The Interjet representative informed me that the bags would not be charged if flying within Mexico but not part of international flying, I called the Justfly.com to ask for an explanation of what happened, Afterall, I used their website to book my flight," a representative informed me that there clause stipulates that baggage fees can be adjusted by the airline and that the airline should be contacted 3 days prior to flight to confirm. So, that the buyer can make arrangements prior to flying out in those 3 days." I have no Idea who takes responsibility for the miscommunication Interjet said the website, the Justfly.com said Interjet, and I am left with out $50 that I was not expection to spend. First time having a bad experience using a travelling booking website that I did not get what I paid for. Also, first time having a bad experience with interjet."

I had to walk to the complete length of the airport and back again, just to check-in. Other airlines, such as Delta, have a kiosk located just before the security entrance. The cabin temperature was absolutely freezing during the flight, and I am usually hot."

The representative couldn’t help me so i asked to be transferred to a manager, after 2 hours i was transferred and the manager hung the phone up. Long story short i called back spoke to another manager Yana and she was the rudest lady ever! She basically told me for waiting to long i will have to be placed on a flight 2 days after my cancellation flight. I started to cry because i needed to be home and she basically did not care so i took the date. Never again and i will warn everyone about this airline and their customer service!"

I asked the rep at the customer service station if United pays for a hotel room if our flight gets canceled, I was told no. There were several canceled flights, do all the hotels were booked in the area. It was up to me to call every hotel in a 10 mile radius at midnight to find a room. I had to come out of pocket 150 dollars for the room and I missed work the following day due to my canceled flight. I was forced to stay in a hotel room with none of my clean clothes, no toiletries. I was told by a united rep, "we get off at midnight so you won't be able to get your suitcase today". All in all, it was one of the worst flying experiences I have ever had. I would like some one to call or email me."

They made us pay $20 for each carry on bag that we take for free on every other flight. The flight was 2 hours late. There was nothing free on the flight, no water, pretzels, nothing. It was a 2 hour flight and the crew sped through the cabin serving things that nobody bought. The Airbus 320 had absolutely no screens on the back of seats, no inflight entertainment or information. Bare bones service, not pleasant.
