We were told to arrive at the airport for our flight which was delayed incase our flight left on time. our gate changed five different times. Our flight was supposed to leave from Puerto Rico to Ft. Lauderdale @ 1:30 p.m. the flight kept getting delayed . our flight did not take off until 7:30 that evening. Nobody informed us of anything what the delay was etc. it was handled horribly by Jet Blue staff. We were t offered vouchers nothing.

Cons: Missed the connecting flight by about 15 minutes, strange that we get delayed for about an hour but the connecting flight can’t wait a few minutes. Currently en route to another airport to spend the night at the airport and then take an early morning flight to my home city. Would have been nice to get a hotel room. I also had trouble with being charged for a second checked bag when I only had a single checked bag, would be great if the customer service help desk could help with that at the airport.

Cons: Boarding crew in front desk was not too friendly and could have used better words to communicate. Seen I was waiting for 20min before realizing that my gate was changed after check in. I approached the lady in the front desk to see if it was time to get my seats assigned. The lady in the front desk asked me in Spanish if I new English seen I was speaking Spanish to her I really don’t get why me knowing English had to do with me getting my seats. Also I went to gat 7 cuz that’s the gate I printed out 1hr before my fly but had to run to gate 3 cuz JetBlue changed gate seen 7am but couldn’t change it on the check in printouts/information (does that even make sense). Finally the answering service is a lottery you have to pray you get someone nice(and I hate to say this cuz I’m Puerto Rican but we can be so rude in customer service). You can tell from the accent a person has where they from and every time I get a Central American person they are so nice but when you get a Puerto Rican person they can be so rude and almost always you get nothing answer or done. This particular time before my flight I call to get my seat cuz when I flew to PR and almost always I call 24hr before my flight and get my seats assign free of charge. Not this time the customer rep answered and I tell her that I’m calling to get my seats and she answers you can do that when you check in, I tell her that I try but I’m being charged to get them and that in my previous flight the girl said to call 24hr before this flight and I could get them assigned free of charge (which was true cuz I had call for my fly going to PR and the girl also said it too) and the customer rep said well it probably cuz is not 24hr before yet. I told the rep yes it is I’m currently on my way to the airport but I want to get them before I get to the airport and the rep answers well you can do it when you get there (mind you I’ve been on hold waiting for almost 2hr that’s why I’m on my way to the airport cuz I usually do it 5-6hr before my flight but the answering service has been very busy) I tell her that I’m trying to save some time and get them before I get to the airport and the rep said well I can’t help you cuz we can’t give you seat on the phone you have to do it when you check in or wait until you get to the airport and they’ll give you your seats. It’s very frustrating that there’s people like this and they are from the same birthplace as you. So sad!

The crew was late in getting food out but for a four hour flight there is no value in flying anymore. Airlines are just trying to rake in as much money as possible. When are they going to be responsible for everyone getting sick like cruise ships are? They should hand out masks and sanitizer because airlines are one of the dirtiest public spaces that there is! Show up late and barely clean the plane between its third or fourth leg of the day.

Cons: This flight was for my wife and I's honeymoon and it was a miserable experience. The flight was delayed by several hours with no specific expectation of when it would actually leave. We were just continually told “soon”, “shortly”, “in an hour” all night long. If we were given a specific time then we could have planned on at least trying to sleep for a little while. It wouldn’t have been near the same inconvenience if it was during the day except it was during night when no stores were open to buy food or a pillow to try and sleep. The airline wasn’t able to get any pillows or blankets for us. Luckily we still made it on our cruise before it left but with no sleep it left us pretty miserable trying to recuperate from that night.

The child was about 11 but for some reason her mother was sitting on the isle next to her and wasn’t concerned about having that changed or helping her daughter have a better experience on the plane. The lil girl was screaming , she had a car that she rolled on my seat and the seat next to me for hrs. It’s not her fault, her mom didn’t do anything to help.. nothing .. Then the Crew was arguing and wasn’t happy at all .. Craig talks so fast on the intercome I couldn’t understand him .. Craig wasn’t happy with him having to do credit cards and wanted to do trash . Him and the crew from the back were arguing and I was in disbelief that not one crew member tried to help, talk to the mom or do anything about it .But they were involved in their own mess so they were not worried about the young lady screaming . I left that flight with a headache and no rest what so ever..i really wish the mom or someone would have said something.. absolutely awful flight .. awful I left there saying to the crew get me off of this plane pls ..

Cons: The pilot was late arriving so we had to wait for him to show up then because we were late our flight got delayed again because of a lightning storm near the airport. Other planes who were scheduled to leave after us got to leave earlier than us so I don't know what happened there. After I was finally on the plane my headphone jack would not work. I know it's not my headphones because I had just used it before boarding for both my Nintendo and computer. Also, the buttons for the TV are on the armrest and if you try to get comfortable you'll change the channel. When the flight attendant came around she just propped a bunch of stuff in front of us and since it was dark I had no idea what I was looking at, ended up getting a very crappy bag of chips. Overall was a terrible experience flying JetBlue.

Cons: My plane boarded 20 minutes late. Jetblue forgot to de-ice the plane so we missed our takeoff spot and left an hour and a half late. We arrived in SLC over 2 hours late, and then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for an open gate. The entire flight I was seated next to an elderely couple that were making out literally on top of me. When placing my overhead bag, one of the straps were caught in the lock mechanism. Instead of the flight attendant moving my strap and closing the bin, she gave me attitude and told me to fix it myself. 2 hours into the flight i wished to sleep, but my television display was broken. As a result, the brightness of the screen was on the max setting the entire trip. The last two hours of my flight I spent dealing with a headache because the rest of the plane was dark, and the display was half a foot from my face. To top off my horrible experience, the row across from me, and the row in front of me, had a screaming infant which wailed the entire flight long. I will never fly with Jetblue again, and will advise anyone considering it to pick a different airline.

I don't fly everyday, so why would you expect me to know where everything is and exactly how your process works? The emotional exchange at the airport when I checked my bag. I was the only person in line and there were two JB employees behind the counter who were more interested in their social conversation than in assisting me. I made a simple request for assistance and was immediately blown off. I can't complain enough about this.

I had to walk 2 miles and go through 2 TSA points to transfer from the international arrival terminal to terminal 8 for my final connection. Comparing LAX to the Frankurt Germany airport is like night and day. Finally get to my gate - and I have to watch a pop up ad to get 45 min of complimentary wifi.
Pros: Traveling from SJU to GSP, my mom got to the airport in SJU for her 1am flight. To find out it had been canceled. No call or email before hand, the had to wait until 2am to change the flight and get a hotel voucher. After that, next day they board the plane and de-board the plane due to mechanical problems. Another night and just a couple of 10 vouchers. She never received an explanation or recompense for loosing part of her trip in the san juan airport. This is the second time ahe has gone thru this in the same year with United. Awful experinece.

The flight attendant neglected to look my way when picking up discarded trash, (I raised it up when she passed me - she was looking the other way and raced up the aisle), so I sat with my trash during the final 30 minutes of flight (and additional 20-25 minutes waiting for gate)

So, avoid United, unless you have no other choice.

After boarding my early morning flight from San Juan to Houston, all passangers were seated we were at a stand still for 2hrs before being instructed to depart the plane. Fortunately I was able to transfer to another airline, but this overral experience with United was horrible.

There my bags were scanned and all the guy said to me was "ooh that's too close" and walked away. I then stood in a line that did not move for over ten minutes, with only three people in front of me, while 6-7 desks were empty and doing nothing but talking amongst each other. I then called the guy that scanned my bags back over to ask why I was still standing there while my next flight was about to board and he told me I'd been rebooked!! I didn't want to wait for the next flight so then had to sprint, with my bags, from terminal 2 to 7 (which if you've ever walked through LAX you'd understand how unpleasant that was alone). Cons: The flight was delayed twice after boarding, we had to sit in the plane for almost 2 hours. I dont think frontier is worth the price anymore, you definatley get what you pay for. I had to check a bag both ways because a checked bag is cheaper than their fee to carry on a bag. There were no complimentary drinks or snack even after having to sit on the plane for so long. I requested an aisle seat and got stuck in the middle. Overall, think I will be paying the extra for any other airline than frontier.

Cons: Flight was more than 1 1/2 hours late taking off after we had already boarded with only one update from captain explaining that there was a computer problem and he had no idea when it would be fixed but that they were working on it. When we finally did take off, we waited for an additional 30 minutes in Salt Lake while we waited for a gate and another 30 minutes to be allowed off after reaching the gate. Given the amount of time for security and early check-in protocol, I could have rented a car and only arrived an hour later to my destination without having to endure this flight.
Pros: Everything was fine for a no frills airline. Just be sure to bring your own water. You only get one cup, and if you sleep through water service you are out of luck.

But with the price of your seat and ticket with any other airline, it comes with a free carry on bag and even some small free snacks on the flight. Nope. Pay extra hefty fees for small carry on, and of course pay extra for peanuts or even water. So after everything, it’s the same price as any other airline. At least delta has TV or United has snack options or American has decent leg room. Didn’t like either Frontier plane I flew on. Now I know for the future, it’s not as cheap as I thought.

None of this information is presented upfront so it's a bait and switch scenario. Also, trying to reach a human being is nearly impossible. Cons: After a 10 hour layover, they stopped the boarding process because a toilet malfunctioned and we had to wait another 45 minutes. The lack of complimentary beverages was pretty annoying as well, especially considering that after buying my tickets, I spent an additional $75 on checking bags as well as another $50+ to choose my seats at on-line check in. Of course nowhere did it mention that if I simply checked in at the airport instead of doing it online beforehand, I could be assigned seats and it wouldn't cost me anything. I drop $1000+ on airfare, checked bags, and sneaky extra fees, and you can't even give me a $.50 can of soda for free? I've flown Frontier before, but the customer service has gone downhill in the past few years. I will never use this airline again and I encourage others to do the same. They're providing an inferior service and staying in business by offering "cheaper airfair" which they make up for by tacking on exorbitant luggage fees, sneaky online fees, and neglecting customer comfort.

The thing that irks me about Frontier is that every time we fly we have to pay for bags, whether they are checked or carried on. Cons: No real complaints about the flight, HOWEVER, Frontier's luggage handlers (probably in Denver) ruined a piece of my luggage. I got home very late and didn't notice the problem until the next morning. I checked their baggage policy and noticed there was a four-hour window to report lost or damaged luggage, so I was out of luck on a $100 piece of luggage. I recognize damage can be caused by any airline, but when you have to pay to check a bag AND carry one on, you would think you'd be given more than four hours to report a problem.
Cons: I've never felt more taken advantage of by a company than I have for Frontier airlines. I purchased my ticket on a tight budget, only to find that the cost more than doubled from fees when I arrived at the airport. I was expecting to pay extra for a checked bag, but have never flown with an airline that also charges $40 for an overhead bag. I ended up spending more on luggage than my actual ticket (2 bags), which turned what would have been the cheapest flight option, into the most expensive. They also have a seat fee- yet another last minute slap-to-the face charge.

Cons: one crew member (aft steward) was a little tyrant. I was waiting for a seating error/confusion to be resolved and he kept harping to get out of the aisle and take my seat (which was occupied). He then closed all the overheads when we were half boarded - making new arrivals scrambling for storage. Also, all the hidden fees!! I paid 1 1/2 times my airfare in more fees. I'll fly another airline before choosing you again. I have flown over 500,000 miles in the past 20 years and this was the worst.

Cons: Booked over Kayak which did not inform me of the excessive charges for things like booking seats or carry-on luggage. In addition, the new Airbus planes have seats that do not recline, made of rigid foam padding, and tray tables that are smaller than an iPad Mini. There was no food or beverage without an extra fee. There was no entertainment. Frontier would be a lot further ahead if it worked with services like Kayak to report consistent cost of fairs compared to other vendors. The bottom line is that this is the last time I fly Frontier, and the last time I book using Kayak.

Pros: Prices we're good. The on flight staff was friendly, it's unfortunate that you have to pay extra for non alcoholic drinks and carry on bags. Gone are the days of cheap flights AND honey roasted peanuts. But I guess that's the trade off for cheap airfare now a days.
Cons: On our departing flight my husband and I had gotten us and our 4 kids up to the gate only to realize I had forgotten to add my lap child to my ticket. I get that it was not convenient but the lady was very short and rude and angry with us, she treated us like complete idiots. While it was an unfortunate thing to have slip my mind, it happens! I was bound to forget something when packing and prepping for me and 4 kids to travel. We offered to show our post on Facebook when our daughter was born as proof of age. But she gufawed that ridiculous idea. Because obviously we could have set up fake accounts and hacked the dates to make it look like our kids was under 2!! Really!?? A social security card doesn't even show birth dates. Anyway, the whole charade left us feeling very embarrassed, frustrated and like we were criminals or something. She handled things very unprofessionally and showed us no empathy whatsoever. She told us we would not be allowed onto our return flight without a ss card or birth cert. Which we got when we reached our destination. Upon boarding for the return flight the workers were great. They let us right on the flight and didn't even ask for the birth cert. or anything. They used common sense. Which is what I wished this other flight attendant had more of.

Cons: Seats are like sitting on a piece of plastic and they don't recline, which was funny every time we landed or took off they would ask to have the seats put in the upright positions. The minimal savings you think you are going to have go away quickly when you find out you have to pay for a carry on and pay for a checked bag. Oh and you want a soda and a snack on your 3.5 hour flight? better be prepared to dish out for them as well. When you are getting on the plane they have billboards going down the walkway that say Featured on Frontier and Showing soon on Frontier, but no TVs to view on. No place to plug in your devices to charge like the other airlines I use.
Cons: I contacted Frontier about a week before my flight to let them know my friend I was flying to visit had to make an emergency trip to see her father who was dying of liver failure. On the first attempt I was notified that only immediate family members were would be an excuse but that I could try to request through a different faucet of emergency circumstances. I put through another request and was never contacted. I did not fly to Salt Lake but I was still charged even though they could very well have sold my seat to another person and made double the money for the seat. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Frontier.
Cons: I got stung by the $30 each way for a carry on bag. This made the flight the most expensive of my choices rather than the most affordable. Never again.

Cons: Both planes (departure and returning) were old, dirty, and I have sat in more comfortable metal folding chairs than the chairs on these planes. Frontier charges for everything. They charge for seats that recline, charge outrageously for reclining seats with a ting bit more leg room, their beverage service is not free, only water is not charged. No snacks either. Luggage that is considered carry on at any other airline is charged at $60 at the gate and the flight attendants pander and really push passengers to apply for their credit card. Horrible all the way around and we will NEVER fly Frontier again. Ever.

Pros: There was no food and no entertainment. The flight was delayed 30 minutes. These are not criticisms, I did not expect food or entertainment, and delays happen. I'm just explaining the score I gave.
Pros: The only thing that was bearable was the staff. They were pleasant enough and continually apologized for the massive delays.
Cons: Both flights were delayed. The return flight was delayed by three hours. I understand things happen but rather than feeding me a line of bs about how it's only going to be "a little while longer" I would have rather have been told that the flight wouldn't board till three hours later. Because the flight was so late I missed my shuttle and ended up getting a cab which was an expensive toll I was less than pleased to pay. The plane seating itself is uncomfortable as all hell. Granted I'm 6'3" with a muscular build I could have chose a stretched seat but for a 1.5 hour flight I didn't think the extra fee was worth it. This and several other minor things have convinced me to never fly Frontier again so long as I can help it.
Cons: Pretty much the experience. I had a pretty lengthy layover to begin with. The delayed flight was absurd. It doubled my layover with little to no notification as to when it was going . It is was pushed back 5 times with no announcements from any Frontier employees. Plus once the plane finally ended up showing up, the gate was staffed with one employee that was seriously overworked. Everything was delayed again. Once we boarded the plane, there was yet another delay from the maintenance crew and there was no estimated time for departure. This seriously is making me consider never flying Frontier again.
Cons: I felt duped and deceived by the slimy nature of your airline not being upfront with its prices. $13 dollars to choose a seat??!? 40 FREAKING dollars just to WALK on the plane with my carry-on?? I thought Fronteir would be like other airlines but no, I had to pay $53 TWICE just to walk on the plane for my round trip flight. If my flight is going to be $106 more than what I paid on the ticket, then tell me upfront so I can know not to fly with you guys. And after all of that, being tricked into paying more than HALF of my ticket price in stupid hidden fees, your plane was cramped and austere, lacking the padded chairs, ample legroom, normal-sized tray tables, and conplimentary beverages available on countless other airlines. So I basically paid $100 extra for a cramped and uncomfortable flight. I was disappointed in your airline as a whole and will never be flying with Fronteir again.

Cons: The hidden fees. I purchased a ticket not knowing that I would then have to pay for a seat! How ridiculous is that??? Did you expect I would hold on to a handle like on a subway??? If I purchase a ticket, I expect that to include a seat. Your ploy to attract people to purchase tickets, and then charge up the nose for even a seat as well as a carry on bag and peanuts, is not impressive. I will not purchase a ticket on Frontier again and I will definitely let my friends and family know that they will be paying just as much for Southwest if they do so. I'd rather know up front what the total charges will be. Very disappointed in this aspect of my purchase.
Cons: Although there were warnings that "fees may be applied", I could not find how much those fees would be until 24 hours before my flight when I checked in. Before that, I had actively searched for how much I would be charged for my seat and my luggage both online and on the phone. No answers. I described this process to a lawyer who said there is possibility for a large class action lawsuit. I ended up having to pay $70 in fees (and will again on my flight back home -- probably -- again, there's no way for me to find out from Frontier until I check in). I don't mind fees, but they should be transparent. I will never fly Frontier again.
Cons: Baggage drop lines were unbelievable. Foreign travelers were in the same line as domestic. There were only four agents to handle 100s of passengers. When I checked in online, to select a seat I had to pay an additional fee and then was also charged for my carry on bag which increased my fare by $68. In addition they do not participate in TSA precheck which further delayed my security process. Although I had allowed plenty of time (1 1/2 hours) to drop my bag and get through security by the time I got to my gate my flight was already boarding. Additionally you are charged for everything on the flight even water which for a 3 1/2 flight is ridiculous.
