$176 Find Cheap Flights from Pullman to Portland - Compare and Save

Alaska changed their departure time 4 (!!!) times, then couldn't find my luggage from a direct flight from Spokane to Portland. There were 11 passengers who didn't get our luggage & had to wait 40 minutes for Alaska to find our luggage. Alaska should reimburse everyone their airfare for such inexcusable service.

Previously there were complimentary beverages served on short flights with Alaska Airlines. It was a very nice amenity and would love it if Alaska Airlines brought back that service!!

Initial flight was delayed, which caused me to miss my only connecting flight.

Deboarding the plane was chaos. The passengers in the back of the plane started deplaning before the passengers in the middle of the plane could even retrieve their overhead bags. The staff of the plane did nothing to help.

Enforce the one bag rule for carry ons. Don't allow people to have 2 and 3 carry ons. Make baggage gets loaded onto the correct plane. My bag didn't get put onto my last flight so I didn't get it until the next day.

Alaska Airlines has the best service of airlines I have flown the last couple years. I always choose them first.

I know there were a lot of delayed flights, mine from Portland to Eugene was delayed by 3 hours, but not from one employee was there a" we are so sorry about the delay or is there anything we could get you, I thought it was very un-professional and rude.

The flight was great, unfortunately the Airport sucked at accommodating connection flight. My Mother had to sleep at the airport, making me feel helpless. Unable to determine if I should sleep or drive 3 hours each way to pick her up.

The crew was the best I’ve ever had HOWEVER when we arrived in Salt Lake City there were no Alaskan Airline employees to be found so we weren’t able to leave the plane until ANOTHER airline took pity on us. How could that possible happen?

They were all very kind, but misinformed. We came from Idaho to Spokane, Washington and were told that my husband and I could get passes to sit with William until his flight took off. (William has special needs.) When we got to the airport we were told only one of us could sit with William, so my husband and I were separated for 2 hours as I sat with William. What is WORSE . . . is I asked for a meet and assist in Portland and they NEVER showed up. NOR did they call me to tell me they hadn't met him. William's grandmother in Portland is disabled and can't walk into find him. Fortunately, some kind citizens helped him to find the meeting point with me on the phone in terror. I have a heart condition, complete with prior heart attack, this type of customer service is UNACCEPTABLE.
