Delta continues to decline. This was international flight with paid meals & minimal knacks. All drinks were served in paper coffee cups including wine & bee that was purchased, The bathrooms were not cleaned & maintained. Trash container was overfilled with no placed to dispose paper towels. The flight arrived safely. That counts.
The flight was over 2 hours late.. once we finally got boarded things were fine
No tv. No free wifi. They need to ipgrade these planes - especially on a 2 hour flight.
Flight was delayed for about an hour but overall good experience

The boarding agent guy in Lexington on 7/23 that boarded the flights to Atlanta is very rude for working in customer service. I know there were delays but he was dismissive rude and arrogant. Most native Kentucky residents are nice and very cordial he needs to eat a big ole piece of humble pie. I watched him be rude to several people and as much as he could of filled up a delayed flight to save you money and he was so rude to people it was ridiculous. Next no water or snacks on short flights is awful 1st you delay a flight then do not even offer water on the flight.. No thanks I like delta better but I travel ever week and to be treated like this might as well fly American at least they offer water and have better rewards.
Boarding was quick and i made my connection early due to early arrival time
No food or drink, Not much conversation with crew. They didn't come through to check on people. There were no charging stations or wifi to watch movies. It was like being on a bus in the air.
Weather in Atlanta necessitated an hour's hold on the tarmac before we could leave Detroit. The plane was packed, and I expected some surliness. But no! The crew was fantastic (jovial even!), responsive to people's needs, and kept us informed. Consequently, the passengers took the delay in stride, and what could have been an ugly situation turned out to be no more than a minor inconvenience. The crew were the stars here.
We departed late, and we arrived to Atlanta late for our connecting flight to Quito. I asked the flight attendant before landing to please make an announcement and let us go out of the plane first she agreed but never did the announcement. We run and arrived 3 minutes late and they closed the gate of the plane. We ended up staying one day in Atlanta for the next flight to Quito. When we arrived to Quito 2 of our 50lbs bags arrived completely broken and destroyed. I made the complaint and so far nobody in Delta wants to help.
Deleted flight made me loose my connection flight now stuck in Atlanta for a day
Comfort in exit seat was excellent. FLight crew and flight were excellent. However exit seat tray table was broken so could not use it. Entertainment monitor did not work at all despite attempts to reset it.
Wish the seats were a little more comfortable.. it was a 6 hrs nonstop trip. But the crew was courteous and w a smile
The flight was late. Please do not delay next time.
My entertainment did not work. I was very tired from the botched connection, and the poor sleep
entertainment was not good; the shoulder strap on Business class seat did not sit well across the body (more like across the neck); the food was not hot and the special meal promoted by insert in the menu was not available to us
Staff encountered friendly and helpful. Flight delayed 1 hour due to mechanical issue, but made it through Atlanta immkgration and security in plenty of time,
Great customer service, very accommodating. (Check in) Smooth flight, thank you Pilots. Only negative was one working bathroom in first class. Atlanta Base flight attendants were wonderful. Thank you for your smiling faces Delta..
No food optional ( they offer just pasta, no second option, the soda without carbonation, I asked for snacks and they said give a minute, I never got it) I believe they (crew) don't care about it (people)
Very unprofessional staff in the checking and boarding. There was no space for my carry-on bag, which is understandable for a full flight. However, the rudeness in answering my questions about my bag were unnecessary. Shaming and threatening a passenger to be left behind was something I had never experienced (I am 57 years old and a Skymiles member) before. At a minimum, the boarding staff (Krystal Mejia and her manager Dee) should undergo further training on cultural sensitivity and professional skills on speaking with passengers. Krystal, just because I have dark hair and “look Latina” does not mean I can speak Spanish. Your assumption and threatening words until the very ending of my boarding (door of the airplane) were not only unnecessary and stressful but something that a passenger should not experience before boarding.
