wifi too slow or would not connect and entertainment kept on freezing
Cancelled my flight. Left me in airport for 12 hours. Rude gate attendants. Worst delta experience I’ve had. I hope they have a focus group and return to thinking about customer service.
Stewardess was not accommodating when I requested a second drink.
Some of the passengers are coming on board with luggage so overstuffed and/or too large that have no business going into the overhead bins.
There is consistently no communication/updated time slots in the app on when a flight will board when its delayed, which is the most frustrating as a consumer trying to understand if they need to get food now, or if there is actually a chance for them to eat during their layover. This keeps being my experience with delta and a potential reason to change airlines.
The internet was spotty and I was unable to watch any movies on my iPad; the flight was fine otherwise
This a short easy flight. No food or drink but that was not an issue since we were only in the air for 35 minutes.
Delta continues to decline. This was international flight with paid meals & minimal knacks. All drinks were served in paper coffee cups including wine & bee that was purchased, The bathrooms were not cleaned & maintained. Trash container was overfilled with no placed to dispose paper towels. The flight arrived safely. That counts.
The flight was over 2 hours late.. once we finally got boarded things were fine
We departed late, and we arrived to Atlanta late for our connecting flight to Quito. I asked the flight attendant before landing to please make an announcement and let us go out of the plane first she agreed but never did the announcement. We run and arrived 3 minutes late and they closed the gate of the plane. We ended up staying one day in Atlanta for the next flight to Quito. When we arrived to Quito 2 of our 50lbs bags arrived completely broken and destroyed. I made the complaint and so far nobody in Delta wants to help.
Flight Crew Review The crew was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the flight feel comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure passengers were taken care of. You could really tell that they cared about providing great service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would be happy to fly with this crew again!
stood in line to check in luggage for nearly an hour. very poor service and not excusable
Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Do not book it’s a scam! They stole $1200 from me

Comfort in exit seat was excellent. FLight crew and flight were excellent. However exit seat tray table was broken so could not use it. Entertainment monitor did not work at all despite attempts to reset it.
Wish the seats were a little more comfortable.. it was a 6 hrs nonstop trip. But the crew was courteous and w a smile

entertainment was not good; the shoulder strap on Business class seat did not sit well across the body (more like across the neck); the food was not hot and the special meal promoted by insert in the menu was not available to us
Staff encountered friendly and helpful. Flight delayed 1 hour due to mechanical issue, but made it through Atlanta immkgration and security in plenty of time,

No food optional ( they offer just pasta, no second option, the soda without carbonation, I asked for snacks and they said give a minute, I never got it) I believe they (crew) don't care about it (people)
Very unprofessional staff in the checking and boarding. There was no space for my carry-on bag, which is understandable for a full flight. However, the rudeness in answering my questions about my bag were unnecessary. Shaming and threatening a passenger to be left behind was something I had never experienced (I am 57 years old and a Skymiles member) before. At a minimum, the boarding staff (Krystal Mejia and her manager Dee) should undergo further training on cultural sensitivity and professional skills on speaking with passengers. Krystal, just because I have dark hair and “look Latina” does not mean I can speak Spanish. Your assumption and threatening words until the very ending of my boarding (door of the airplane) were not only unnecessary and stressful but something that a passenger should not experience before boarding.
There were alot of delays without any information. First, my original flight was overbooked so I volunteered to stay back. The layover was hell, I sat in the airport for 4 hours. I was highly disappointed because no one was around to provide answers.
The flight was delayed 4 hours, and when we finally boarded, they told us that the fuel was only just then checked. So, we waited even longer to take off.
Flight was extremely hot and they made us check our bags when the space was nowhere near full
The only thing to like was that we eventually got to our destination
Finding the gate was very confusing. Our boarding pass listed one gate and the staff verbally told us a different gate.
Our 8:45 am flight kept getting delayed. Boarded after a 2 hour delay only to be taken off the plane again. At 12:30 pm, we are told there was a new plane and we had to change terminals. Flight was delayed again to 1:50 pm. Eventually boarded again only to be on the plane for over an hour. Flight finally took off at 3:30 pm. 7 hours after original scheduled time. To top it off, couldn’t even get coffee on the plane due to turbulence.
16 Hours delayed, NOT because of the cybersecurity Microsoft issue, but because we were one flight attendant short, then when the missing flight attendant showed up two hours later, the flying shift of our pilot had expired, so, now no pilot. American Airlines is the new Spirit Airlines, actually, that is not fair for Spirit, they are probably better.
My previous flight was late and did not connect properly. The gate was closed and I missed this flight.
The agents at the gate were rude. The stwards were pleasant. The seats were comfortable. The tray table had crumbs on it. A passenger talked constantlt and very loudly for the entire flight annoying many passengers. The stewards did not ask her to speak in a lower voice but my travel partner did.
Had to rush between flights due to first leg being late, then pulled for additional security screening and attendants were in no hurry, took other people at same time as my husband and I further delaying us and causing additional stress.
It was my worse flying experience. It was my first time and last time flying with Jet Blue.

It was my first time in Jetblue flight in 10+ years(?) and the experience was horrible. You were better before. There were ATC delays sitting/waiting in the tarmac for 2 hours, I understand that this isn't Jetblue's problem but how the matter was handled poorly is. Cabin was so warm and hot couldn't get it to cool down for the entire waiting period worse, even during cruise flight. Start, the passengers were spoken to and treated like a little children with no respect. Constant/multiple annoying tone/voice PA announcements of mentioning "... only big/large suitcases are for the bin and small ones need to be placed under the seat, etc,..." I see that flight was delayed and crew were trying to get the plane ready to board as soon as they can but the way they presented was lack of better word, condesending and scolding tone to cattle. It was definite unpleasant, unwelcoming flight experience I have ever had with Jetblue. Whatever happen to smiles and fun employees , pleasant/helpful gate agents, flight attendants, crews, where have they gone? It was dissapointing flight experience overall from everyone. Sorry for the direct transparency.
Flight was cancelled as JetBlue could not find a pilot. Communication was poor and they did nothing for stranded passengers. Flight they rebooked us on was 4 days out.
Flight left 2 hours late with no explanation as to the delay
The space between seat rows seemed to be larger than other airlines. I didn’t check their food or entertainment since I slept most of the way. They do seem to have a lot of options for purchase though.

Worst flight experience ever flights canceled. JetBlue told us just did not even bother standing in line to come back in one and a half hours then without any information we had to go pick up all of our luggage and spend over $2000 in accommodation just to get home. JetBlue said that the next flight available for us to get home would be three days later. Absolutely absurd hasn’t offered to give us any compensation do not fly JetBlue horrible company. They said it was based on the weather and the weather is great in all locations that we would’ve been flying to total hoax. I think it’s a conspiracy theory.
The flight was excellent. The crew was welcoming and attentive.
They pulled our pilots for "another" flight and delayed us without any compensation.
