For some reason I couldn’t stream any movies on my iPad, but others could. The trailers played fine.

Flight was late

The trip was fine. We had to reduce fuel so take off was late. They did as well as they could.

Missed my shuttle to Wenatchee due to one hour delay. 7 passangers had to leave due to overbooking or whatever. There is always something wrong, fed up of flying.

Staff were so helpful and kind. I was traveling with my mother, who has trouble walking and everyone, from flight attendants to gate staff, was very helpful and patient.

It was a nice smooth flight. I liked the entertainment. I like it when pilots talk more, saying the general route and what you can see, like the Sierras. I didn’t hear that on this flight or previous ones this past year. What matters most is safety, so if they are focused on that priority, that is the best too.

As soon as I boarded I asked one of the flight crew in the back if it was possible to purchase a cheese platter as I was really looking forward to it and was already hungry since I was trying to save room for it. She explained it was a first come first serve... By the time the lady got to the back she stood there for a while gossiping with another traveler without even glancing over at us and was holding our commentary cookies in her hand. She finally acknowledged us and when I asked for the cheese platter I was informed they had sold out... At that point I was HUNGRY and tired and honestly irritated that we had to sit there for several minutes without being acknowledged so she could gossip with a passenger. I ended up having to buy a box that I really didn't like but I didn't want to be cranky cuz I was hungry and I needed to eat something. Also, I had a middle seat ALL the way in the back of the plane next to a crying baby, which I couldn't change even though I was "given the option to." I have a difficult time flying if I can't see out the window. That just added to the irritation of the situation :/ I fly Alaska a lot and I was surprised at how bad this flight experience was..."

I wish the trip had been longer. I have only had good experiences on my Alaska Air flights. About 5 now. Staff also very nice."

We had a pet for which we had paid for round trip reservation months ago, yet agent took quite awhile to reconcile our reservations. We stood in line for nearly a half hour during which their were very long lines at each check in point and at least one or two agents left on breaks while the lines were still very long. At Burbank the agents were fast, accurate and there were almost no waiting. The flight itself was great and the flight attendants were excellent; but not impressed at all with check in at Seattle."

Seats were comfortable and crew was lovely. Bathrooms were clean. Wi-Fi was spotty at best. If you’re not going to have it, don’t offer it.

Our JetBlue flight into JFK from Reno was delayed at the gate due to poor planning/foresight on JetBlue's part. I ran with my group from our plane to the gate for the Raleigh flight and arrived 5 minutes after the doors were scheduled to close and we were too late. There were at least 5 people who missed this connection. I wish JetBlue would show a little mercy and extend the door closing time when they know the other passengers are at the airport.

1 hour late departing. Landed on time but waited for the gate.

Smooth trip. No problems no delays and that's great.

Onboard crew was great, but I was unable to check in on my phone so after my connecting flight I checked in right at the gate, at that time they assigned me a seat but didn’t tell me that I wasn’t allowed a carry on bag and needed to check it due to my boarding group. While boarding was when I was informed I needed to check my bag at which time they informed me I needed to pay $65 since I didn’t check it at check in, I informed them that I had a connection and didn’t check in regularly at LAX and was unaware I needed to check my bag, at that time they changed the charge to $35 but I was still disappointed I needed to pay anything considering it was a small carry on bag that I wasn’t told I needed to check before hand.

Lots of time on the tarmac at both ends. LOTS of crew announcements that didn’t need to be made.

The last leg of our flight home! The flight was not over booked and we were able to have space between us. Again - boarding would be much better if planes were boarded by back rows moving up so people don’t have to pass getting to their seats. It is crazy to board the main cabin randomly.

Crew was good. Great flight. Just cookies an water was served, wanted more! Im leaning toward more direct flights, spent whole day at airports an layovers. My time is more valuable. My idea of flying is changing.

Cons: "It's a 6A flight from RNO to SLC meaning you are up really early to get to the airport, checkin and wait. There's no Delta lounge, so you're stuck trying to find something to eat and somewhere to sit well before our flight. The exit row seating does help, but the seats didn't recline making it a bit more uncomfortable."

Cons: "I booked KLM flights (Cork - Tampa return) but the planes were in fact Aer Lingus and Delta. So I have no idea what KLM is like. When I checked in at Cork the ground staff could only give me a boarding card for the first flight. For the second one she said I would have to go to the Delta counter in Amsterdam. It was difficult to find a counter there or staff as check-in was all by computer. The computer kept saying 'error' when I put in my code. I eventually was directed to a KLM desk (nicely hidden). I was told that my seat no longer existed. At this point the flight was ready to board. Thankfully the KLM ground staff were extremely helpful and reassuring and upgraded my ticket to economy comfort. On the way back, I could only get a boarding card for my first flight. The second two I had to collect at the boarding gate of the second flight."

I even asked in a Toronto and they said no and nobody in Atlanta told me to collect my bags. So bags never made it until the next AM. The West Jet rep was very good and located the bags and they were delivered as promised. You should provide 3 page detailed instructions on how to handle Toronto. I am a seasoned traveler by the way. I’ve never seen anything worse. I could go on and on."

I didn't like that my flight time was changed more than 15 times with no reason why until boarding time. I didn't like the fact that I did not get a seat assignment until boarding the plane. I didn't like the fact that they couldn't manage to scramble another plane and crew, but instead forced us to wait over four hours for one that was stuck somewhere else in the country."
Pros: "Flight and service were fine. Because there was a long delay, the ticket agents supplied free sandwiches, drinks, salads, and coloring books and tried to engage the waiting passengers with games. I won a $50 Delta gift certificate! The captain had good communication with the passengers to keep us informed."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 4 1/2 hours because no crew was available."

Baggage claim took forever.

Wish the Wi-Fi was better and the seats were a bit bigger, more legroom would be awesome, but they're the usual wish list items. Besides that everything was excellent, pilots, crew, and staff were really friendly and helpful, plus we arrived a little early which was nice. It's why I always fly American and it's regional carriers...great service at a reasonable price. Also I've flown so much on American I know where I'm going now!!

The flights are all packed full and the overhead bins are full of things like purses, stuffed animals, and other lightweight bags instead of putting them under the seat. This makes it hard to get actual suitcases up there. The new hook thing for setting your viewing device on is a nice touch though.

Quick boarding was great. Seat cushions are hard and painful. Did not eat anything. Disappointed with the nonexistent masking policy. No snack options caused allergy poisoning. Bottled water would not spread the virus so easily

Cons: "I always have preferred American Airlines but they seem to have constant problems with the aircraft these days. This causes delays and missed connections. This in turn causes no breakfast or lunch or dinner opportunities. I travel with snacks in my bag at all times now just in case so I won’t get sick for lack of nourishment or water! This last flight I missed my connection altogether and had to take a shuttle home, then catch a ride back to the airport to pick up my luggage and then get my car to drive home. It was 4 hours past my expected time home."

One of the kiosks was down and the line to self-check was long and moved very slowly because there was only one agent behind the self-check baggage drop. She did well keeping up but there was a long line of unhappy customers due to the long wait. No snack was offered but I did get a glass of water. Not enough overhead storage for the carry-on bags because passengers get the luggage check tag but brought the carry-on onboard anyway."

We had a bag we brought on three previous legs of our total travel which was considered by all of the other attendants as a personal item. This particular attendant very rudely informed us it was not, and we needed to check it. When we tried to explain the previous flights she responded with “I just explained this to the other passengers...it’s not allowed.” We didn’t argue, and gave the bag to the personnel in attendance, but the tone for the duration of the flight continued."
Pros: "Kayak is taking people’s money by selling airlines tickets of airlines that doesn’t exist. I bought tickets for some airlines called Finnair and end up in the worse airline there is “American Airline” this is Not fare for clients, I refuse to flight Americans Airline, if I would have known I would have not buy this flight. 7 hours in a plane with no TV, no free drinks and the worse service. This is a trick, by using Finnair and then end up in AA! There is no Finnair, this is a lie! I am so disappointed about Kayak and won’t use it again. Thank you for rob me and trick me into the worse experience!"
