The crew inside the airport for Alaska was rude, lazy and incompetent

The flight was delayed by 2 hours for “routine maintenance”and because of that I arrived much later iso my Uber ride home was $100 when it’s normally $50.

The airport crew and on board experience was fine. The problem with Alaska air is that there is zero customer service over the phone when you’re trying to buy your ticket or change anything.

More or less, this seemed like a mismanaged group of great people who would crush at this job, if only they were given the resources to do so.

I enjoyed the feet space in comparison to other airlines. The snacks were also better, great service and the pilot greeted and said hi which made me feel safer.

Well the seats were very tight but the plane was very clean, the attendance great and good entertainment. Maybe they had it, but I wanted a map on the app. Thanks

Flight was cancelled last minute, had to change and buy another ticket to united airlines, made it 10 minutes late to my international flight and couldn’t get any reimbursement what so ever due to “Weather”, yet all other airlines except south west were running Just fine. Every single time I fly Alaska, it’s a huge delay or cancellation. My hope is that more people avoid this airlines all together until they actually improve.

Representatives both at the gate and on the plane have zero interest in helping you! It’s really unfortunate…

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The only thing I could have done without was the long layover in between flights but I was going to a less popular destination so it was understandable.

Flights were on time, easy boarding, comfort, flight was smooth.... Best travel experience I have ever had
