The flight was delayed significantly. Communication during the flight was abrupt and caused some panic as we were navigating turbulence. It was also too loud and every announcement felt startling. The flight attendants did not offer any assurances and I felt unsettled most of the flight. The seats, floor and tray table was very dirty. The seat next to me was broken and the passenger sitting there was very uncomfortable. He had a spring in his back and his seat made terrible squeaking noises through the flight.
I didn't go from Reno to Phoenix I ended up going from Reno to Dallas to Tucson because my flight rebooked because my Amtrak was late I tried notifying you guys I also don't know what you ask me about my flight because you guys didn't book my flight
My flight got rerouted due to crew rest. I was sent to Dallas customer service was not very polite. Was given a $40 room voucher for Motel 6 and $12 to eat with. It delayed me by a day. Where if I would have just stuck with my original flight Arizona was delayed to Cleveland and I could have made it home. They put me on a 9:00 flight out of Dallas to Cleveland without my knowledge or consent. When originally I was told it would be 8:45 a.m. on February 1st. I told them I could not take the 9:00 flight because I did not have anybody to pick me up from the airport at that time. I'm extremely disappointed in how I was treated. And I will not fly American Airlines again.
The boarding was pretty easy. However, the first class seats are not lay flat as other airlines (like JetBlue) has and therefore sleeping was a challenge.
Fine. On time, cabin service was fine, bag arrived. All good. Flying into DCA so did not collide with any helicopters, which is also good. Horrid incident that could have and should have been prevented.
I wasn’t happy with the hour delay from Dallas to McAllen, but that is the nature of travel. I don’t like to fly in general because of all of the problems all the time.
I love to flight american however my carry on had to be sent with regular luggage and it was broken. Don't appreciate that. If when I buy a ticket says I can take a carry on and a hand item there should be space for mwsy stuff and not be basically forced to send the item even if it's at no charge. A.A. needs to work on that. Everything else excellent.
The male steward shoved me hard when i sleeping on the isle, woke me up the only way incan descripe it was Violently. I wanted to cause a scene but was able to putnmy anger innch check, i want complain to AA
American airlines put us on a connecting flight that only had 20 min layover. I made it by running down the concorce in Phoenix and was last one on the flight. Not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On a 4.5 hour flight to Las Vegas there was no food/lunch provided only cookies and a drink. This airline is starting to look and act like Sprit/Frontier. Will start to look into other airlines to fly more comfortably
