We missed our connection in Atlanta, even though we arrived at the gate in time to see the gate agent shut the door while we were running and waving. We arrived at the gate 8 minutes before the flight departure time also. The flight attendant on the flight from Fayetteville just handed out water and cookies without asking what you wanted. She had coffee and snack mix but didn’t ask anyone, just handed them what they got. Overall I was very disappointed in the flight from Fayetteville, NC to Atlanta and with the gate agents at the Atlanta airport. I usually expect more from delta. They didn’t offer vouchers to make up for the missed connection or offer to pay for a hotel since the next flight out was the next morning."

Suitcases are being moved around right at people heads and more than once I've been hit and seen other people be hit in the head by a suitcase. Getting luggage in place used to be a simple and minor issue, now it occupies much of the time, energy, and attention of the cabin crew as well as the gate crew. I realize this is making money for Delta but the cost is being paid by people being hit in the head with luggage and the crew's unavailability to deal with other issues."

Cons: "I sat next to a creepy intoxicated man during my flight and I was not helped out. When I first sat down he was speaking to me and trying to hit on me but I showed that I wasn’t interested. I didn’t even have to sit down to smell the alcohol on him. During the flight he tried to place his head on my shoulder and tried to get close to me. I was too worried to call for an attendant because he was intoxicated but when the attendants would come and offer us food I tried to make it clearly visible that I was anxious and uncomfortable and NOTHING. To make it worse they continued to serve him alcohol!!"

Boarding was a fiasco with the pillars in too small of a gate. FA had too much coffee they kept main babin lights on way too long and kept loudly asking if anyone wanted extra drinks snacks....this is a redeye, people want to sleep!!"

Also, my boyfriend and I sat in a full row while the row in front of us only had one person. It would've made more sense to put that person in one of our seats and us in that row to give four people more space instead of just one."

My mother with Lymes disease was waiting 3 hours in Providence supposed to arrive a 11:50 instead 2:50am we were so tired missed a day of vacation."

Cons: "When I was transferred to Delta's website to book, the date was reset to 6 months in the future. It happened to be the same Monday the 26th so that's why I didn't notice. Delta refused to refund my money. This was a terrible experience and I plan not to use Kayak or Delta again!"

This all began when airlines charged for baggage and carry on became the only way to travel without excess fees. There is not enough overhead storage for everyone to carry-on so let's go back to no fees for baggage. The boarding process will become smooth again."

Pros: "United airlines canceled a flight last minute that I needed in order to get to my best friends' wedding on time, I usually fly AA but the United flights were slightly cheaper at the time. The options United gave me would have had me missing the wedding, AA had more flights that allowed me to make it in time, considering it was booked 12 hours before take-off, it was decently reasonable and left on time and got in early (imagine that, United). Thank you American Airlines, again!"

Pros: "The American Airways gate agent was very helpful fixing the problem that British Airways created. She went out of her way to get me booked on AA flights to catch my BA flight from London to Riyadh."
Cons: "My original flight was cancelled and the first available flight was 3 days later. BA booked me on the flight but failed to change my ticket from the original flight causing me to miss the flight from Kansas City. At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight."

Pros: "My 17 year old daughter flew American Airlines to attend a wedding. She recently had spinal surgery and is not able to lift more than 5lbs. After being assured by the airline that staff would help her with her carryon luggage, she was abandoned and ignored by both flight attendants. Each flight attendant referred het to the next, so she is walking back and forth tor their amusement. Tears rolling down her face, finally an elderly passenger helped her. Then the staff gave her attitude the entire flight. She may appear healthy, but she was cut from her neck to her waist and had two rods inserted along with bone grafts. I just cannot believe how awful she was treated."

Cons: "My son and I were scheduled to leave Providence to Philadelphia on Monday at 6:05. Flight went through a series of delays until we were finally informed that our flight would not make the flight departing Philly to SF. Rather than fly to Philly during the DNC, we decided to SPEND ANOTHER NIGHT IN PROVIDENCE and take the flight out the next day. This part of the trip caused me to lose a day of work and spend more money on a hotel and meals. This was very poor planning on your part since there were flights flying in and out of both places, but your company was short one aircraft that would have gotten my son and I home on time!!! This was my last flight on American Airlines and I will be sure to spread the word to my friends and family that you have become too unreliable!!"

Because of this, the airline payed for our hotel room and for a portion of our meals. The majority of the flight was through turbulence. No one helped with placing bags for the handicapped in the overhead. They did not call for the wheelchair at arrival nor was there an attendant att arrival to push the chair up the ramp."

Cons: "Flight was delayed by almost an hour from Calgary to Toronto (technical - computer issue). On the return flight from Toronto, the flight was also delayed (seat issue)."

Cons: "The boarding crew did a poor job of giving direction. In spite of the fact that boarding by zone was not specified, I was reprimanded by staff for boarding when I did. I found it very disrespectful that the staff reprimanded me for their own error. When I pointed out that they had not called a zone the ground staff lied and said they had called the zone. I strongly recommend staff receive remedial customer service training. This was an incredibly negative experience - not to mention undermined the otherwise decent experience that the Air Canada flight team provided."

Not too much, not too small, just right for a 6 foot man to not have his knees pressed against the seat in front for the whole ride"

Split our group after rescheduling due to aircraft issues despite seats available on both connectors. Said to wait until next stop to fix. Next stop said nothing they can do since we checked a bag. Put 2 hours between arrivals just because they can. Blamed it on the computer. Did provide a $10 meal voucher. Good to know Air Canada values my total trip delay time at $2/hr"

Pros: "The flight itself was excellent, no comments there. The head stewardess was a bit stressed and bossy (not only to the passengers, but her staff too) but the other crew members made up for that with their excellent, professional attitude."
Cons: "Calgary Airport was DREADFUL!!!! The long lineups for Customs & Immigration actually caused me to miss my next flight, even though the Frankfurt flight was early and I had over 90 minutes between flights. Several passengers were expressing concerns about missing their connection, but the staff just shrugged and made everybody wait in line without even trying to organize matters. I spent well over an hour waiting for my passport to be stamped and when I finally got through and tried to locate my suitcase (which was MIA), my next flight was closed. At least my suitcase will be delivered to our home, which is a slight relief."

We lost a day of vacation due to Air Canada not being held accountable for the flight being late as well as sitting on the Tarmac at Haneda airport."
Cons: "We sat on a Tarmac at another airport for five hours without knowing how long we would be there. Also, there was only one crew member that was helpful. Our flight was supposed to land at 2:20 pm and did not land until 10:30 pm at Narita airport. We were not compensated and were abandoned by Air Canada. We had to sleep in the airport since everything was closed."

The desk worker went that extra mile to change my flight to an earlier one. Everything was completed barely in time, but she also escorted me through all the way to board the flight so they would not close the doors on me. She was awesome!"

Compared to my other experiences with international flights this is one of the best ones overall."

Cons: "There were issues with the aircraft which caused an hour delay for the flight. Upon arrival (unrelated to the aircraft) there was another delay from the airport not being able to allocate an available platform to exit the aircraft."

Pros: "Boarding and loading of the plane was fine until the generator didn't want to start."
Cons: "generator broken, waited/delayed IN plane 1.5hr+, no snacks or gift certificate given. Entertainment system kept restarting as a result."

Pros: "The information screen did not work... Air Canada booth at Winnipeg staff excellent.. Calgary terrible"

Pros: "Kayak's reasonably priced tickets"
Cons: "No in-flight entertainments in the equipment (plane)"

Pros: "Generally, Air Canada is my preferred airline. Flights were smooth ."
Cons: "Not enough time for transfer in Calgary so very stressful in USA customs and security. Baggage did not make the connection and I am still without 38 hours later."

Pros: "All aspects of the actual flight were good. The flight attendants were pleasant and professional and the food choices were good."
Cons: "The flight we had booked was cancelled. Were were rebooked on a different flight - the time was good as it got us home when we were supposed to arrive. The changed flight involved an additional transfer, which was stressful because of tight timeline."

Pros: "The crew was friendly and accommodating."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "this was the first leg to Phx. Offering a seat sale, then cancelling the flight, and arbitrarily rerouting us on a milk run! After calls to AC was able to make more acceptable arrangements, with their code share United. Then United did cancelled our flight the night before and rerouted us. Bottom line, we choose AC because of the seat sale and overall time of our travel. I will likely avoid using AC in the future even if I have to pay more!"

Pros: "Boarding was awesome, arrival was awesome. Crew was courteous."
Cons: "There was no entertainment, ie TV, as I did not have an iphone to download their app. We were offered a drink, no snack."

Pros: "It was meh...."
Cons: "I got no notification that the flight was going to be 1 hour earlier"

Pros: "Boarding was fast"
Cons: "Long takeoff and seats were to close"

Cons: "We didn’t have food on our flight, but ordered it at a cost. We didn’t get the food or pay for it."

Pros: "I liked that the plane didn’t crash!"
Cons: "I don’t know, maybe having FOOD ON THE FLIGHT ACROSS THE COUNTRY INSTEAD OF JUST CANDY?"

Cons: "Cramped"

Cons: "The United Boarding Agent repeatedly warned about the "SMALL" carry on compartments on the CJR aircraft and literally insisted we tag our carry ons to be set aside on boarding even though we knew they fitted OK. AS A RESULT when we got to Calgary we had to wait at the over size luggage racks for our carry ons to be delivered instead of them being set up for us as we left the aircraft which is normal!! Very frustrating!!"

Cons: "Late"

Pros: "Great staff and breakfast was very refreshing. Will definitely fly with United again."

Cons: "Na"

Cons: "Pretty good. I'd fly united agsin."

Cons: "Tv didn't work no entertainment options on personal device"

Pros: "The crew was working efficient and tried to respond to request"
Cons: "The plane was freezing cold. I came prepared but had to hunker down under blankets even though I had two shirts and a jacket on. This is not acceptable for any flight or airline. I caught a cold on my return trip due to this. I'm disappointed as it seemed like a newer plane. The stewardess acknowledged this but was unable to get our section to warm up. Everyone in my area of the plane was Ice cold."

Pros: "Nothing, the fact that they were my membership partner for milege"
Cons: "Food was bad, boarding process sucks , seat sucks for first class, no free wifi , old dated devices , was not offer personal device on first class, crew seem mad all the time"

Pros: "The crew were very nice and we had a safe flight."
Cons: "The seats were very hard and uncomfortable! Customers should bring a pillow."

Cons: "Didn't like having to buy food on an international flight."

Pros: "On-time departure and courteous crew. Smooth flying on this leg of our trip."
Cons: "I don't have any major complaints about this flight."

Pros: "The flight attendant was very nice. She tried to let one particular person off plane first so that he could run to catch his connecting flight"
Cons: "The gate people were horrible at explaining the delays and then trying to set up alternatives. Quick tip: offering "free water" when your flight is delayed 1.5hrs so several people will miss their flights is not enough."

Cons: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours causing me to miss my connecting flight to Indianapolis. Went to the service desk to re-book, and nothing could be done to get me out in time. Customer service was not great. I was flying to see my daughter graduate, and the only time they could get me out was when the graduation started. No hotel vouchers were given for the delay either, so the airport bench ended up being the bed. So I ended up being stranded in Newark for an additional 8 hours to just miss her graduation."

Cons: "Plane seating was tight"

Cons: "1hr 10min. Delay on the tarmak. Late into Calgary."

Pros: "The boarding process went well."
Cons: "The plane clearly had not been cleaned, not even superficially. There were stains and crumbs on the tray, there was garbage in the small seat pocket and the seat was damp. Very unpleasant."

Pros: "I received an unexpected free upgrade to first class. Two thumbs up!"
Cons: "No complaints. Every aspect of the flight met or exceeded my expectations."

Cons: "Flight Attendant was REALLY late. We had to delay boarding to wait for her. 15 minutes. then it took longer to wait for gate check -- green tag bag - than if I had checked the bag. when we finally got the gate check bags and headed through customs the checked bags were all on the carousel. And I have Nexus. So Customs was 3 minutes. NOT a good process. Figure it out YYC international terminal!!!"

Cons: "Delays"

Cons: "One hour delay, no microphone to hear what the desk staff was actually announcing, desk staff were also completely unprofessional. Made my connecting flight by less than a minute thanks to SPRINTING through the airport because of the delay - a less able bodied person would not have made it. Overall ridiculous and dissappointing"

Cons: "The fligjht diidnt happen. I double booked the flight. But when I tried to adjust it I wasn't allowed to without crazy fees. This was after an agent told me that he would wave the fee. Their not on the same page and they do not honor what you're told."

Pros: "Nice seats - and some room to move and relax."
Cons: "Being an Air Canada customer and having bought an Air Canada ticket - I do expect that either the entertainment will be free on my iPad or included - particularly when I have to PAY to get a decent seat. It isn't right that entertainment isn't included for the extra price!"

Cons: "It was cancelled in the early AM, due to equipment failure"

Pros: "Plane was filthy & disgusting! I asked the stewardess for a towel to wipe down my table that was covered in sticky gunk, she just handed me a Wet One. Passengers table next to me was the same. My checked was only 3 lb over the 50 lb limit. United actually made me take 3 pairs of dirty jeans out & carry them with me in a Target shopping bag! Ridiculous!"

Cons: "Entertainment is very expensive... no distractions from that end for my work though...silver lining I guess. Internet is similarly very expensive"

Cons: "Put on stand-by despite booking flight months ahead of time, just because we did not check in 24 hours ahead of time."

Pros: "Good in-flight entertainment using the app. Decent staff overall."
Cons: "On our booking through Kayak, this was only listedas an Air canada flight, however, when I couldn't check in online and phoned Air canada (which took 30min), they said it was operated by United and had to check in on united.com. Why was there. o mention of this?? It took me phoning to find out what airline I was flying with! Also, a United staff person told us we didn't need to touch our bags in calgary en route tonour final Saskatoon destination, which was wrong."

Pros: "Nice comfortable flight slept through the flight"
Cons: "The delay of the flight"

Cons: "Not like Air Canada ... I can tell the staff are tired of their jobs. Entertainment you needed to pay for. Really bare bones"

Pros: "Co passengers friendliness"
Cons: "The tiny cup with more ice than refreshment. Small bottles of water would be great - less likely to spill over in bad weather and thirst would also be quenched. Lack of luggage space for those of us with the correct allowance hand luggage instead of all the extra large pieces because people don't want to go to baggage claims or pay for baggage. Truly their suitcase not paid for is the same as mine paid for. Difference is the inconvenience of having to keep my hand luggage at my feet because of the larger pieces filled by passengers in group 1, 2, and 3 over my designated seat area."

Pros: "Early arrivals"
Cons: "On the express smaller planes you have to gate check your rollarboard suitcase which is fine but if your in first class they dont have a separate tag from economy class so i got my bag last even tho i was in first."

Pros: "Econ Plus was nice. Flight was fine."
Cons: "GA called for all "people with disabilities" to board first. How about simply asking for people who need a little extra time...PWD's is a bit of a label that doesn't work for me. While we were boarding the white female FA made a snide comment that maybe passengers should not bring more than one bag. She was also rude to the other FA."

Cons: "With maintenance delays, I wouldn't make any connections."

Pros: "Nothing flight got canceled and they couldn't even get me out the same day .. Due to there Maintnence issue most horrible expierence"

Cons: "Major weather issues so delayed boarding and flight. That's understandable, but poor, often rude, gate operations. Often no, inaccurate, or misleading information. They seemed confused, as if this were the first time event."

Pros: "They have a snack and a drink on such a short flight."
Cons: "No leg room or entertainment. Receiving baggage after the flight took 15 min (carry-on baggage)"

Cons: "I wouldn't know since I wasn't on it and I'm still in the airport waiting for my flight. I have to try to get comfortable on the floor right now."

Cons: "Flight delayed and I had to literally run to the next flight"

Pros: "Everything! My grandparents needed special assistance with wheelchair and the crew was very helpful!"

Pros: "Nice new plane"
Cons: "2 hour delay due to a name discrepancy on a passenger. Not fair to keep everyone waiting for one person"
