Cons: Flying on United was surprisingly much better than our flight on Lufthansa

Cons: I wasn’t one of the passengers but it’s unbelievable that United was denying passengers in zone 5 to take their carry on. You can’t take what you are going to use during the flight, it is not normal. Is that a joke or what?

Pros: business class seats at the time of the sleep was very uneven and uncomfortable, foods and coffees were cold.

Pros: Crew good. Good tv/ movie choices.

Cons: Late check in and takeoff because cleaning crew didn’t show up on time. Late landing because plane below was cleared to take off late. Didn’t receive instructional video until after takeoff because TVs wouldn’t work at first. Uncomfortable seating.

Cons: Entertainment system did not navigate. Food was too salty. Crew was not very pleasant-annoyed when I was in the bathroom and missed service.

Cons: Serve drinks faster we didn't get a drink until we was 20 min into flight. I pay for first class expect a drink before we take off.
