Everything was perfect on the flight. The service, the food and the crew.
Seats are a bit small. Not very comfortable and touch screen of entertainment system was slow.
Liked legroom in the emergency row and the quality of the new entertainment system.
Exit seating with more leg room.
No power plugs in a 4h+ flight is not acceptable. That should be standard for every passengers. Unclean seats. General abrasiveness from some of the staff.

Boarding was confusing because there were few or no announcements of which zone was boarding, and it wasn't clear exactly which desk to proceed to for boarding
Crew was fine.
Seats are so narrow you have to huddle to one side to avoid physical contact with large passengers seated next to you.
Not much compared to Lufthansa from AID to Munich.
Old plane, old movies, service was mediocre
flight attendant found me a seat away from the screaming babies.
I was surrounded by about 6 babies. This is not acceptable for a long flight! I would like to have options as to where I sit. There should be a baby section where families pay more to be in a section on their own!!

We waited on the runaway for 3 hours without any service, not a sip of water. When I finally arrived in Helsinki, I missed my connection to Riga and was rescheduled for a flight 6 hours later even though there were two flights leaving before then. Also I requested vegetarian meal online, but was not served vegetarian. They did not have any extras.
Lots of movie choices.
Boarding was in a very tight space and I couldn't hear the gate agent on the intercom well.

There were no menu options for vegetarians on either meal. Several screens were not working, despite multiple reboot attempts.

Flying doesn't get much better
My return trip didn’t have any major unexpected expenses the way my outgoing trip did.
They broke a very expensive item that I purchased on my trip. It was properly wrapped and cushioned in clothing. I had fragile stickers on the outside of my luggage and it is shattered beyond repair.
Delay, nothing to eat, poor service !
I was not aware of the requirements of the Schengen Agreement and my passport was expiring in a couple of months. I was not able to get on this flight even though my final destination did not have the passport restrictions of the Schengen Agreement. When I booked the flight, I was not made aware of these requirements before my flight.
I was not at all pleased with the overall experience. Most of the staff was very nice though. The flight staff was nice, the airport staff was not.
Flight was delayed without notice. They waited until after we were lined up to board to put this up on the board, leaving us standing around for an hour. They never announced it on the overhead. The boarding process took an obscene amount of time which seems to have been attributed to having one worker confirm passports after we had already been checked at the desk. He moved very slowly. Actual flight was quick and easy. No food or entertainment as it was only an hour.
