Flight attendants were great. Cheerful, upbeat and friendly. Jet, in particular, was fantastic.
They made us board and then deboard due to mechanical issue which delayed the departure by almost 2 hours and we barely made our connecting flight. These quality checks should've been done before boarding not after.
It was an overnight flight and I desperately needed coffee before we landed, but Delta does only one beverage service, and that is shortly after takeoff, not before landing at 5 am.
Free Wi-Fi is good. That’s all - food mediocre, unfriendly crew, poor communication after trying to file a claim for my lost bag, which Delta didn’t even know was lost until I told them.
My Flight was cancelled and there was no other options available for me to Travel on that date and my options for the next day was all connecting flights that would have me in the airports all day before reaching my destination
Everything went smoothly. I didn’t like that when I booked in the main cabin my wife and I weren’t seated together. One would think when booking on an option that allows picking your seat. They would put you and your travel partner together. Had to call to get it sorted. They did fix.
Keep us informed of delays in a more timely manner
were we seat it was freezing cold we even got sick. We asked the flight attending why it was so cold and she said she will take care of it and it got worse.
I appreciate the crew and their hard work. In Atlanta, the ticket counter had 1 woman to do all the work. She was amazing. People weren’t happy they had to check their carry on roller bags, but she handled them well. She was cordial and worked quickly to get the passengers boarded.
I understand why there was a 40 minute delay, but we should have been offered snacks during that time. We weren’t offered it until later.
Awful!!!. I do not recommend United. The flight staff are unhappy and don't attempt to make the passengers feel comfortable or welcome. The food is not edible, and the seats are miserable. My expensive luggage was destroyed, and the ticket prices are too much for the experience.
The air hostess was excellent. I have taken so many flight domestic and international, this is the first time the air hostess was so caring. She was a delight
No seat back entertainment. And app had a hard time getting entertainment loaded.
It was great with United overall except for two things. 1) It was a 5-hour flight and we were with kids, so we were asking for extra snacks. They were extremely reticent to dole them out even though there wasn't any meal and the kids were starting to hit their limit towards the end. 2) Baggage didn't arrive until 80 minutes after we landed.
They did the one thing that really matters - got to Chicago early.
Staff was rude. Didn’t give water for 2 hours. Worst service
We took off an hour late due to arrival airport not having enough gates. That was followed by 1:30 wait to get our bags delivered for the entire flight.
It’s a service to take you from one point to another. No frills. You want it, you take it. It’s upon you to bring food, reading material, games to play, movies to watch, etc. The wifi onboard never works - so you cannot even listen to any podcasts, music, or get updated news feeds. The toilet is a mess, and a four flight does not need any hygienic interventions when people either splatter their pee all over the seats or on the floor. It’s a monopolized service and so smile and bear it.
It is a modern tragedy that any airline expects you to travel for 14 hours in such discomfort and that the only way to add comfort is exorbitant prices. I was in pain by the time we landed. Shameful.
Planes were on time, we were offered opportunities to take seats in exit aisles that had better leg room, tasks offs and landings were smooth, we were kept informed of flight status
Both ground crew and flight crew were rude, and did not provide any level of service. They made it very difficult as we were traveling with a passenger the required assistance.
From the check-in, to the flight, and arriving, everything went very smoothly. Unfortunately, when I received my baggage it was severely damaged. I have a hard shelled suitcase and it was completely smashed it. I’m not sure how this could happened but I am extremely disappointed that my belongings were damaged beyond repair and continued use.

The plane was so outdated, that it made it uncomfortable. The temperature was hot during the whole flight

1 hour waiting for suitcases to come out traveling in business class and food in business class is a sandwich? Avoid Aeromexico .
Newer plane with large seats. No meal, but snacks were plentiful. Inflight entertainment was good but movies were dated.
No space reserved for anyone who didn’t have underseat in front of them. Made it inconvenient to get the backs secured. No inflight entertainment in the 190. Bring your own! Food was excellent and we were surprised to get a full breakfast.
KUDOS TO ALL THE CREW PROVIDING ASSISTANCE WITH PASSENGERS ON A WHEELCHAIR. ON BOTH FLIGHTS THEY HUSTLED TO TAKE MY RELATIVE TO CONNECTION ON TIME. THEY DESERVE A LOT OF CREDIT!
Good experience with this flight. Boarding was smooth with no issues. The short flight was good with quick drink & snack service. Nice easy way to get back from DC.
Very good flight that left on time and arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a plus! The crew members were very welcoming and helpful. However, the temperature on the flight was very cold - almost to the point of extreme discomfort. Additionally, requiring passengers to pay $8 for headphones to access the JetBlue entertainment was disappointing. Those earbud jacks are not used with most technology and would not be able to be used. There was no option to use Bluetooth for my own earbuds. Beyond those inconveniences, the flight was good.
My original flight was cancelled. My replacement flight was delayed over 2 hours. I lost my whole day in NY
The crew and the pilots. The pilots were amazing. The landing in Cancun was excellent.
There were mutliple delays. There was inconsistent, delayed, and poor communication regarding the delays.
In flight on demand didn't work at our seats. Only a single beverage/snack run.
Kayak sent over to jet blue my account being Mike Callaghan instead of Michael. I have a jet blue account with Michael that was connected
Problem with the gate after landing for an hour caused lots of issues for commuting after. Don’t think the crew handled it well at all.
Landing was bad. Gate issue or something for 1 hour. Missed my taxi, thus paid triple for the ride to my hotel.
Delays and cancellations. Mechanics weren’t on site. Replacement plane took hours to arrive although it should have arrived within 90 minutes. Flight back was cancelled. Ended up driving over 12 hours and wasting 3 days between everything.
They did not offer coffee on a 7am flight…awful!!
RIC Staff was not enough. Elderly passengers had to wait 30 minutes to deplane, so we could board and still had to walk as no chairs were provided. And, passenger in front of my seat assignment rammed seat against my legs entire flight time. Was mildly bruised and left thigh still sore.
The flight had a delay that made me being in a real rush to take the second flight. The delay was almost for 2 hours. They moved us from gate to gate in 4 times. Once I arrived to Philadelphia, I got to run thorough all the airport, as the train was already closed by that time. So I got sick with asthma for all the running I had to do. And I was the last one to board, when it was almost closed. So irresponsable with the people
5.5 hour delay with no explanation on why, along with no proactive effort to reaccomodate me.
Flight overall was good. Landing was a little rough, but could be attributed to the rainy weather.
The free internet access did not work, so we had to purchase 2 Internet packages. Flight attendants were not proactive in checking in with first class patrons
Equipment swap led to 2+ hour delay on international flight. And to top it off, boarding took forever.
Wretched scheduling - they got themselves into a critical crew situation and didn’t try to address it until 15 minutes before they had to cancel my flight
Terrible. I hate flying with AA. There is always a high level of stress felt when I fly with them.
