Cons: "This flight was for my wife and I's honeymoon and it was a miserable experience. The flight was delayed by several hours with no specific expectation of when it would actually leave. We were just continually told “soon”, “shortly”, “in an hour” all night long. If we were given a specific time then we could have planned on at least trying to sleep for a little while. It wouldn’t have been near the same inconvenience if it was during the day except it was during night when no stores were open to buy food or a pillow to try and sleep. The airline wasn’t able to get any pillows or blankets for us. Luckily we still made it on our cruise before it left but with no sleep it left us pretty miserable trying to recuperate from that night."

Other planes who were scheduled to leave after us got to leave earlier than us so I don't know what happened there. After I was finally on the plane my headphone jack would not work. I know it's not my headphones because I had just used it before boarding for both my Nintendo and computer. Also, the buttons for the TV are on the armrest and if you try to get comfortable you'll change the channel. When the flight attendant came around she just propped a bunch of stuff in front of us and since it was dark I had no idea what I was looking at, ended up getting a very crappy bag of chips. Overall was a terrible experience flying JetBlue."

Pros: "The gate crew was very, very helpful and friendly. The flight crew was super nice, and very helpful and understanding when my kid threw up. Most airline staff would have been annoyed. Yours were awesome. Good snack selection, with several allergy friendly options, yay!"
Cons: "We recently flew on a new delta plane, their entertainment was better with more kid options and the ability to charge devices during the flight. But don’t worry your leg room always wins. We miss the full size cans of apple juice."

Cons: "My plane boarded 20 minutes late. Jetblue forgot to de-ice the plane so we missed our takeoff spot and left an hour and a half late. We arrived in SLC over 2 hours late, and then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for an open gate. The entire flight I was seated next to an elderely couple that were making out literally on top of me. When placing my overhead bag, one of the straps were caught in the lock mechanism. Instead of the flight attendant moving my strap and closing the bin, she gave me attitude and told me to fix it myself. 2 hours into the flight i wished to sleep, but my television display was broken. As a result, the brightness of the screen was on the max setting the entire trip. The last two hours of my flight I spent dealing with a headache because the rest of the plane was dark, and the display was half a foot from my face. To top off my horrible experience, the row across from me, and the row in front of me, had a screaming infant which wailed the entire flight long. I will never fly with Jetblue again, and will advise anyone considering it to pick a different airline."

I don’t mind as long as I don’t find out later I was charged $25."

Was receiving alerts beginning from that morning notifying of delays which continued as I waited at the airport that night. This seems to happen frequently and nothing is ever done to make it up to travelers. On the plane, the audio for the tv had static so you couldn't actually hear anything. It doesn't seem like you can turn the tvs off, which is annoying as they emit light, so if you want to sleep you have to deal with the light from your tv."

Over flight was ok it just sucked you had to download the United app to order food and beer and to watch movies and it would have been great probably if the app downloaded but it didn’t so it sucked not sure of the app was down or too many people trying to download it or what but other then that it was ok the seats weren’t too comfortable but I reckon that’s too be expected only my second time flying the first time none of my flights where on time but this go around they where on time with everything.

Cons: "everything started when we tryed to check in online for our flights with Lufthansa, when we got some errors saying that our flights does not exist. NO Emails, not calls, no messages, no voice mesagges left by the company! -called the client service, located in Philipine apparently, the lady confirms that all our flights were canceled (3), then she hangs off the phone. -called the second time, another lady is rebooking me on a different flight, but she informs me that my husband is not on the same reservation as me, so basically he is in another flight. Eventualy she is changing his reservation as well and puts him on the same flight as me. -waiting for the confirmation email, of course the reservation is just for me, no husband anywere. -called the third time, a nice canadian gentelman informs us that the second flights was canceled so he will redirect us via NJ instead of Washington. -we are rushing to the Richmond airport to catch the NY flight, at the counter they let us know that this flights was canceled and we are back on the DC flight. -when ready to board in the DC flight they are announcing the this flights is delayed from 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm due to weather conditions. -waiting in the line to be rebooked in another flight, after 3 h of waiting they decide they can fly to DC at 4:45 pm, with about 15 people on board."

Since older people generally do not want to be carrying luggage up the 'stairs and through the Chicago airport', it means they get to pay extra! I think it is age discrimination that all the airlines are doing. Only the young can fly the cheapest."

Cons: "Partially at fault of late arrival, but we only landed 10 minutes late, and were immediately rushed through baggage claim and customs to re-check our bags for the next flight. There my bags were scanned and all the guy said to me was "ooh that's too close" and walked away. I then stood in a line that did not move for over ten minutes, with only three people in front of me, while 6-7 desks were empty and doing nothing but talking amongst each other. I then called the guy that scanned my bags back over to ask why I was still standing there while my next flight was about to board and he told me I'd been rebooked!! I didn't want to wait for the next flight so then had to sprint, with my bags, from terminal 2 to 7 (which if you've ever walked through LAX you'd understand how unpleasant that was alone). I did make the flight, but just, thanks only to the girls at the checkout counter who were actually willing to help me, although not eager to."
Cons: "Flights were significanly delayed that resulted in missing connecting flights. During my return trip I ran to make my connecting flight just barely on time and once boarded we sat on the plan for an hour before taking off. Flight to get to Richmond on united was a major problem. I work up with a notification that my flight time had been moved up 2.5 hours ( a problem as I live 2.5 hours away from the airport) I called and they said it was a mistake that I was good to take the origional flight. A few hours later I get a phone call from united asking if I could be at the airport 2.5 hours early. I said unfortunately no because I had already spoken to someone from united and they had reassumed me that the origional flight was still good. She then said if I couldn't make it early it was no problem. So I get to the airport at the origional time after speaking to two different agents who told me this was ok to find the plane delayed and causing me to miss my missed connection."

Cons: "United rerouted us and added another leg to our trip. We never flew Richmond to Denver. We ended up going Richmond -> Chicago -> Denver -> Santa Barbara. This caused us to miss a post-wedding brunch with family that we're only able to see about once every three years. All this after changing our flight out to the east coast the day of the flight (my 8:55pm flight was changed to 5:23pm, and I was notified after 3pm - meaning I had to run out of work early, costing me money, run home to pack, and rush to the airport, only to wait 3 hours for a now delayed flight). The also added another leg to that trip as well (at 3pm, day of). This was a red-eye flight and the last thing we wanted to do was get on and off the plane all night. I will not be flying with United after this trip."

Pros: "They were always very attentive to let you know about gate changes or seat changes. Which to me personally is very important. I have had very bad experiences with other airlines in the past because they did not communicate properly their gate change and I missed my flight and missed events I was flying for. Excellent job to United for communicating gate changes very well! They did not break any of my luggage and the seats were fairly comfortable. The employees were also very attentive and willing to answer any questions."
Cons: "It was a bit confusing gate wise. I did have to ask an employee what was going on but they cleared up the confusion pretty quick. I flew on a jet verses a regular plane, and it was very loud. I had my movie turned up all the way with headphones and I still could barely hear it. It wasn't the fact that I couldn't hear my movie but in general it just hurt my ears. I was sitting towards the back of the jet though so I'm assuming if I was closer to the front it wouldn't have been as bad? Overall it was still a great experience"

Cons: "We paid for first class seats from Houston to Salt Lake City, thinking it would be provide us more than a regular seat. It did not. We received one drink and were allowed to pick from a basket of snacks (packaged pretzels and cookies), but that was it. No additional food, no entertainment options on our plane, no blanket, no pillows, no hot towels. We basically paid all that extra money for a little bigger seat. It was not worth it. This was our first time flying with United in a while and it will definitely be our last."
