Cons: "really nothing!"
Cons: "We were seated near the back of the airplane. The heater came on midway of the flight, by the time we landed, it was difficult to breathe because it was so hot. The flight attendant all relocated from the back of aircraft to the front aircraft where it was cooler, I assume. I was worried for my son."
Pros: "Flight attendants were nice"
Cons: "The flight didn’t leave on time because the plane wasn’t ready for takeoff (the engines had to be warmed up... WHY would that not be ready when it was time?!) so we left 30 minutes late, didn’t make up any lost time at all in the air and we ended up missing our connecting flight because of it all."

Cons: "Really rough landing"
Cons: "Tray table was broken, I was downgraded from Comfort plus to main cabin after a plane swap with no mention by anyone and no compensation. Flight was delayed 45 minutes because a flight attendant was running late and then to top it off, at the end of. The flight the attendants blocked anyone fromaim cabin from leaving until all of first class had departed, even when no one was coming they still Blocked it off. This is a practice I have never seen on delta and haven't seen in aviation in almost 20 years in the US"
Pros: "Quick flight"
Pros: "The entertainment was really good and the service was excellent. Flight attendants were great. Enjoyed my complimentary beverage and on time departure and arrival."

Cons: "The leg from Atlanta to Pointe de Pitre had no wifi or even old style entertainment. Bring a book!"
Cons: "Flight delayed 2 hrs"
Pros: "Great pilot.."
Cons: "Jam packed too small and the lady flight attendant was to bossy and not that welcoming, she was more interested in being more of a drill sergeant than the comfort of the passengers"
Pros: "After almost every airline cancelled. Delta still took me to where I needed to go with not one single problem. That pilot was amazing. I forget his name. But the plane didn't slide or anything during take off. Amazing."

Pros: "Was initially hoping to fly a US airline but will now look for Aeromexico first. Exceeded my expectations!"
Cons: "The layover in Mexico City was a bit long and the airport was not so great"
Pros: "There was a threat in the airport which caused the closure of one terminal. It happened to be the one from which this flight was due to depart. The crew was calm and able to get everyone on board with a minimum delay, considering the circumstances. The flight crew made up some time in the air and we were able to land less than 30 minutes after our original ETA. Well done, Delta."
Cons: "There was no tv screen, so if you don’t have a smart phone or tablet you can’t access to the entertainment. Also you should warn passengers to download the Gogo entertainment app because it’s very slow to do it in the flight"
Pros: "Entertainment was good. Delta staff seemed flat compared to other delta flights I've been on."

Pros: "Not the wor st comfort,"
Cons: "Cannot even request seats before booarding, as they try to get us to pay more. The anxiety over separate seating for couples is not worth it."
Pros: "Good Entertainment"
Cons: "Seats"
Pros: "Got us home super fast"
Cons: "The most uncomfortable flight I've ever had"
Pros: "The crew were very friendly; the power of a smile is underestimated by many, not this crew. Wonderful smiles and service to match."
Cons: "Out of all the airlines I have flown, this was quite disorganized in my opinion. The fact that I was not able to select a seat, nor did I have one assigned to me until prior to an hour before boarding, gave me a bit of anxiety. I don't think it's fair to take away this option to those that get the "cheap, standard" tickets."
Pros: "Very friendly and accommodating crew"
Cons: "Uncertainty re connections at JFK provoked some anxiety but the pilot and crew were helpful in allaying that."
Pros: "The crew was friendly and accommodating, and service was good"
Cons: "I purchased a basic economy ticket and upon checking in, my Delta app said my seat was unassigned and I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. I checked back later and the app had me as number 7 on the standby list. I called Delta (wait time 3+ hours... my flight was in 3), and then the Delta app support where I was able to get through to someone. She told me that the ticket I purchased over a month in advance did not guarantee me a seat on the plane (???). She said that if I was bumped from the flight they would reschedule me for the next morning. She was pretty rude and made it seem like I had a 50/50 shot of getting on this plane. I rushed to the airport in hopes that I would be the first from Standby there, and the gate agent told me that I was fine and would board right after first class and be assigned a seat then. Great. Once I got my seat assignment, I board to find out there is someone else sitting in my seat...... They eventually called the desk and had her moved, but it was the weirdest boarding experience I've had.. and I've flown Spirit. These planes that Delta fly's are SO OLD. Both times I have flown Delta the "turbulence" has been so bad and cold air was blowing right on my the whole flight with no option to turn it off (it wasn't from one of the vents, but from the side). Someone close to me works for Delta and I know for a fact that some of their engines blow mid-flight.. and they tell the passengers that it's turbulence.. so that doesn't make me feel very safe. I won't fly Delta again if there is another comparable option."
Pros: "Great helpful happy staff, made you feel welcome. Good atmosphere and peaceful. Food excellent."
Cons: "On transatlantic flight , seats comfortable but inadequate recline for a night flight and no footrest."
Pros: "The crew was friendly and boarding was easy."
Cons: "didn't provide snacks. They took a long time to retrieve the luggage that was checked at the gate."
Cons: "Flight attendants were a little snobby and didn't treat all passengers equally, in my humble opinion (note: I was sitting in 1st class)."
