The crew on The flight was efficient and friendly.
The flight was so crammed. I understand there's the possibility of flying on a fully booked flight but if it took an hour to load the passengers how quickly can you realistically get 400 passengers out? Plus it prevents everyone from having an overhead cubby. You need to reconfigure the flying experiwnce.
The cree was great. Plenty of room in economy plus. Timely boarding.
The food was hard on the edges and too spiced on the salad.
Early flight was not as crowded
But was very busy just the same. Weather was poor
Ran out of the best meal option in Business Class...
Service, Ecofriendly, Kind Staff
The food was really good. You can tell they have made an effort improving this subject. The plane is a beauty, silent, smooth, but when you flight in tight seat, with a minimal reclination, it all goes to the trash. Good entertainment service, modern, but the missed a few movies they should have.
The uncomfortable seat. It doesn't recline much, very small space between them.
About as comfortable as it could be given a 10 hour flight and a pretty full plane.
Boarding at LAX was unpleasant. Waited in a crowded shuttle bus for at least 20 minutes then long drive to a remote boarding gate.
Nothing, they had been VERY unprofessional and incompetent, they lost the luggage and is been now two days of going around back and forth with phone calls to AA and Latham, needless to say this has been a great inconvenience for the passenger and I'm constipated because of it!
Staff were excellent, food was ok
Seats on this aircraft are terribly uncomfortable. Our three hour flight was awful. Narrow thin seat enable more passengers to be crammed in. Great for Latam’s profit but terrible for thief customers. I’d never fly on an A321 again if I could avoid i.

the service at the airport was terrible. personal is not enough and also the avianca customer service is awful. I will never use that airline bedore
It was a delayed for 4 hours and even then was another dalayed of 48 minutes
Everything first every single flight taken was delayed by at least 30 mins and not on time, then they played last minute rescheduleds in which they over booked by like twice the amount of people on flight and offer a mediocre 100 dollar travel voucher to make up for it to get on the next flight that’s 4 hours later. Since no one took that offer they ended up rescheduling it and stopping in other places to ale up for the lack of space, what was suppose to be a 6 hour flight turn in a 12 hour flight.
Great cabin crew. They were friendly and very polite. Seats were pretty comfortable too
Check in process took one hour and a half from Miami! Thank God the desk agent escorted us through customs to board the plane.
