Cons: "My entertainment system was broken, and on a coast to coast flight in the middle of the night where sleeping is impossible, that really sucked."

Pros: "Again the on board crew was very helpful and were willing to vouch that the plane had mechanical issues not weather issues when the gate agent in LGB tried to tell me that I would not get reimbursement for ground transportation to get from San Jose to San Francisco. So the good is that JetBlue did reimburse me for the LYFT I had to take to San Francisco."
Cons: "Well I arrived in San Jose, not San Francisco. So I arrived 3.5 hours late. Also, I did not appreciate when the gate agent told me that I could not be reimbursed for ground transportation because my flight was weather delayed not mechanically delayed. I understand that he/she may not have known what was the issue with my original flight out of Salt Lake. But, telling me that I would have to pay for ground transportation at 1 am to get the last 30+ miles to my destination made me really worried. If he/she didn't know and didn't have the time or resources to figure it out, I would have preferred if she redirected me to someone else or a phone number or email."

Cons: "All overnight flights should include pillows and blankets. (without paying extra cost) I even paid for upgraded seats and pillows/blankets were not included. Eyemasks and earplugs are provided, which is ridiculous. I can easily pack those. Traveling with bulky pillows and blankets just to be able to sleep is crazy. No meals on Jetblue, even on international flights. All other airlines from US to LIma have meal service. No entertainment on international flights All other airlines from US have movies, games or free onboard WIFI. Seats have very little recline so your head falls forward if you try to relax. The headrest is not adjustable for height or side to side support. The benefit of having extra leg room is offset by the fact that you have to bring pillows, blankets, food and entertainment. The value is not there. The rates I paid were comparable to other US airlines flying the same route."

On the return flight I was give. A huge hassle because I had a carry on and a personal article. Avianca wanted me to check in my carry on but my flight landed in Miami at 2:30am. The reason I took a carry on was so that I would not have to wait for suitcase. Would never fly with them again. They can keep their credit as far I am concerned."

Cons: "Suppose to fly out at 3pm, socked in by fog, by the time that cleared and other flights had left, told the plane would fly at 8 pm. 8 pm, no boarding, finally an explanation a tire needed to be changed. No further updates as to was it really going to fly that night. Finally about 10pm, flyers were offered a 5:45 am flight and those who didn't want that could wait to see if the plane would leave at 11pm. If it didn't don't know what one would do. People were gathered around the one agent, trying to re-book their flight, getting upset. Finally at 11, it was announced it would fly, nobody cheered because nobody believed it. It did fly and after collecting luggage in Bogota it was too late to get to the reserved hotel. Ending up spending the rest of the night in the airport to catch an early flight out. Avianca handled the delay poorly, very little communication and assurance, felt hostage to their bottom line."

Overall just an old and outdated plane, which was terrible for an international flight - especially the longest of my 3 legs home. Once again, entertainment was far too limited. Only one recent hit movie, which I already watched in my 1st flight during the 16 hour journey."

Would be nice to get a better estimate as to how long it would take to board so that I could hang out in the lounge. In addition, departure from JFK was delayed as well, either we missed the IFR window or got stuck behind some traffic and I fell asleep on the plane only to wake up what seemed an hour later just getting ready to hit V1. No upgrade."

I'mover 6' tall and middle seats are painful, especially cross country. Airlines need to be a little more attentive to their customers' needs. If a passenger is taller than average, and the flight is more than 60 minutes, provide comfortable seating at no extra charge. If a customer has a short layover, which their system knows about since it is the sourve of the flight plans, put the customer toward the front of the aircraft since these flights are habitually late and customers end up having to sprint through airports to try to make connections."

Cons: "We had seats at first where there was what looked like bubble gum bits stuck on one of the food trays. The flight was clearly not cleaned although it landed 2+ hours before the departure. We had to ask for a wet tissue and clean it up. That was of no use too as it wouldn't scrub off. My wife was feeling under the weather and so we asked for a blanket. The blanket was hardly a blanket and more like a towel. We then luckily could switch seats as there were 2 vacant. But, the air conditioner was leaking water in the seat to our left. The crew was callous and just stuck the passenger with some napkins saying it does that. I don't fly Delta a lot and my experience in this trip isn't inspiring much confidence."

Cons: "TSA agents at Panama Airport are the rudest people I've ever met. Ruder than TSA Agents is USA if you can believe that! I've flown out of Panama several times and they are rude every single time. Seats on plane are very uncomfortable."

Pros: "Crew was friendly and attentive. The food service was decent. We were given a breakfast which was a choice of omlette or crepes. That was later followed by a snack of burrito or sandwich. Omlette was the better of the two and both snack choices were good."
Cons: "My row of seats did not recline. Nowhere during the booking and seat selection process did it ever state this. All the other rows of seats reclined just fine, even the seats in front of us reclined which made it even more cramped for us when they did. I booked my tickets and selected my seats online way in advance and had I known that particular row could not recline I would have chosen another seat. I'm just not happy with how Copa did not communicate this during seat selection. For the record it was row 10."

Cons: "Checking was horrible. It looked like every agent was being trained and the ones that were trained were slow. I waited 1 1/2 hours. luckily I was there 3 1/2 hours before the flight."

Cons: "I cant say that it was good since i didnt take the flight. I had to make a change so it was cheaper to just fly with some one else rather then pay to make a change with Copa. On the way down it was not that bad. I was just not happy with the change price but it is what it is."

When I called 24 hours in advance, they say it is too late. Crew not very friendly. Overall not good experience and was Totally disappointed on my first trip with COPA."

Cons: "In Panama City we had to go through a secondary security at the gate and had some of our belongings taken from us.. belongings that are normally allowed through security in the U.S... and because of this we had to have our fragile items put below with all the baggage and be sent to baggage claim.. which was extremely scary for us and frustrating. We were held inside the security of the airport without be allowed to leave to use the restroom, buy water or eat food."

Pros: "I missed my first flight due to faulty advertising by copa. Because they announced the flight was delayed. Then they did not want to put me on the next flight because they said it was full, but it was not. Copa representatives at sfo treated me very badly, even though I was very polite. I told them if they didnt put me on the next flight, I would miss my cruise in panama and they were still not helpful. They told me they couldn't do anything to change my flight because I booked through kayak. They ended up putting me on the next flight and I still barely arrived at my destination on time and I had to spend 150$ extra because my transport in panama had already left me. I had to walk all o er ago to see if there were any flights to panam from other airline because they didn't want to admit their mistake and put me on the next flight. I had a horrible experiences with copa on my way to panama and on my way back. Their people were unfriendly, rude and not helpful at all. They give no greetings, they lie about planes being full and my suitcases arrived cracked. Worst and most stressful flying experience I ever had!! I am still infuriated and would like some kind of reparation or action taken because I had to stay 4 extra hours at the airport, spend extra money and they gave me the most stressful experience ever while flying. Oh"

Cons: "Stopped abruptly to re-fuel on a non-stop flight to SFO in Cancun. The crew was not very communicative about this stop. The crew then switched at Cancun, leading us to believe the re-fueling communication was not true, and they were really switching out crew. While sitting on the tarmac of Cancun waiting for two hours, drinks/service was not given. I was in business class, and wasn't even offered water. We were also told to not use the restrooms. Worst business class experience of my life. I will never fly Copa again."

Cons: "They overbooked the flight and I was left out in Panama an additional 9 hours until the next flight out to SF. They were also very unwilling to accommodate me in a nearby hotel all expenses paid to wait for those hours as compensation...but gave first class tickets to other passengers as compensation."

Cons: "Check-in is slow because there are not enough agents attending this process. So when one person has a complication, the line is held up a bit too much. Boarding is not as organized as it should be. On-board entertainment system is not very good at all."

Cons: "Not only they do not offer gluten free menu, but they didn't have the fruit plate I asked for. They gave me the regular food and I ate only the salad. It was the worst stomachache of my life. The flight seemed eternal. The crew did absolutely nothing! It was the worst flight ever."

How is that? You tell me. My initinal flight with Copa from SF to PC was great and I will fly Copa again...."

Pros: "The food on the flight was great. It's also nice to be able to recline the chairs so far."
Cons: "The flight was packed full. Even though the chairs recline very far, that means you lose a lot of leg space when the person in front of you reclines. And there is also not very much leg room to begin with. The chairs are outdated (not nice fabric). Also, when the person ahead of you reclines their chair, you have to be very forceful in order to stow your tray table - it's actually a total design flaw. We got very mean looks from the women in front of us because we had to shake their chair so much in order to put away our tray tables. The air conditioning barely came out of the vent above my head, and the vent above my boyfriend's head was smashed completely so there was no air coming out of his at all. The flight was hot, and he was actually sweating."

Pros: "Everything ran on time, quick flight considering how far SFO is from Panama City, comfortable seat for sleeping."

Pros: "Seats were almost big enough for me, at 6'4", to sit without scrunching up."
Cons: "Still it is hard to stay comfortable on a 7 hr flight. It is all about comfort. The entertainment and other items are secondary. Incidentally, the earphones could be made to actually go into your ear so the movie dialogue is audible. I understand that passengers need to hear the pilot if necessary, but the movies are interrupted for that anyway. A short announcement at the beginning asking us to remove one earphone when we see the notice on the screen would go a long way to making the flight more enjoyable. If I can get into the movie I can more easily forget my discomforts."

Cons: "que los aviones que me tocaron abordar no tenían nada para entretenerse"

Cons: "Missleading information from COPA personnel at JFK Airport about to claim the luggage in Bogota or Cali. Secondly the last connection Bogota-Cali was not booked either by Copa or Kayak with Avianca Airlines, so after showing paper work and fighting with Copa we got 4 hour late flight. We were not the only ones, there were about 12 people with the same situation."

Pros: "Food and media was fine"
Cons: "Left us waiting at the airport trying to find our bags for about an hour. Finally one of several passengers who lost their bags found out that there was a problem and that our bags were still in Panama! Waited another hour and a half to file a claim. No apologies, no compensation and no communication. If there is ever another choice any other choice I would take it rather than fly copa again.."

Cons: "My fight (209 on 12/23/15) was delayed because the flight attendants wooden seats a overweight person in the first class when they have six seats available, I missed my connecting flight (761 12/22/15) in Panama and had to wait six hours in Panama to catch my next flight. Nobody from Copa did anything I even emailed and never got a response, this was my first time flying Copa Air."

Cons: "Very disappointed this time with Copa. They did not leave on time ( 1 hour later) and they stopped in Cancun when this was a non-stop flight from Panama to SFO to put gas and change the crew. This was never said at the time of the purchase of the ticket but just before boarding the plane in Panama. Also they never told us why we left late from Panama. At the end we ended up arriving 3 hours later to San Francisco."

Pros: "Seats barely recline. Uncomfortable even for a short period of time."

Cons: "Strange use of curtains upfront during flight. I was asked to check my carryon for free to help out with boarding, but then had to wait longer to get the bag in baggage claim. It was the last bag of my checked bags to show up. Checked carryon bags should have a higher priority to return."

Cons: "Leg space. There was very little leg space. One hour before the flight departure they were already announcing 'last call' on the airport screens."

Worse airline I’ve ever seen. I’ve been flying international for 20 years and never saw a flight you have to pay for Luggage"

Cons: "The American Airlines flight was delayed by 1hr. When landing in SFO we waited on the strip for 20mins to get to our gate."

Cons: "Undisclosed charges for bags and a check on that lasted over 30 minutes and my entire family ogn6 people were scattered throughout plane with absolutely no effort to put young kids next to parents"

Cons: "After getting off the shuttle to board the plane via stairs, men at the bottom and top of the stairs both stopped everyone and refused anyone to board. We were stuck on the tarmac for around 2-3 minutes. No entertainment options during the flight. No free food. Only water."

When I finally was able to sleep, she didnt wake me up for breakfast even when I especifically asked to be awakened. And than replied that she wasnt able to wake me. Awful service for executive."

Cons: "Look for alternatives. This airline used to be good, but they grew too much and now is really bad. Overall experience was very bad. Evaluate low cost competition. Today they are much better than LATAM"

The boarding pass for our connection from Rio to Miami was not given to us in Sao Paulo when we had to manually check in. As a result, we had to exit the secured area in Rio to go check in manually again for our connection and then go through security and customs again."

Cons: "Three gate changes, the flight was delayed and the luggage was left outside in the rain. Recommend waterproofing when flying with Latam."

Cons: "The flight at first had a 3 HOUR delay do to a "mechanical breakdown". We were told that they were going to bring another airplane from Rio de Janeiro. After the 3 hours passed they were only announcing in Portuguese to board the original plane. They never changed planes or provided a clear explanation to the passengers. Many of us refused to board. This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. The staff was disrespectful and would not help us. We ended up taking another flight until the following night!!"

Cons: "Latam The website of Latam is useless. The services for people in broadcoast is so difficult that almost impossible (email, facebook, telephone, etc) In my case, i was in Africa and couldn´t change my ticket. My brother had to change it from Argentina."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled, we were reassigned to a Turkish Airlines flight that departed more than 6 hours later than our cancelled flight, we were given lunch but at a fast food restaurant even when we had to carry along all our luggage (super un-practical). And searching for info on twitter I found out this flight gets cancelled quite a lot."

Cons: "Everything. We booked flights a half year in advance yet they forced a couple of us to upgrade to premium in order to get seats. They then separated one of the couples with premium seating without notice so some other couple could sit next to each other. Their website didn't allow us to use an electronic boarding pass. Its cumbersome and uninformative. Some of the attendants are incredibly rude."

Cons: "We took off for Curitiba and found out when we got there that we couldn't land so we went back to Sao Paulo then had to sit on the plane for two and a half hours. The Curitiba airport had opened, but then we had to change staff and also the staff brought the wrong paperwork to the plane, so that caused further delays. Really frustrating."

Cons: "The seats were the smallest seats I've ever say in and I felt claustrophobic. Checking into this flight was a disaster and impossible. Tam would redirect me to Tam airlines and Lan would redirect me to Lan. The Lan customer service was unable to get into the Tam airlines flight so we emded up with the most awful chairs in the airline. I wish they would fix their website so checkin isn't as frustrating as it was for me. I understand the airlines merged but if each airline is unable to access eachothers flight then how exactly did you merge? ALSO when we got off the first flighy to connect in this one they gave us no explanation until 20min later to where we should commect to this flight. They MADE US WALK A 20min WALK TO ANOTHER TERMINAL WITH ALL OUR BAGS. It was awful. If your gonna need people to walk to another terminal the least you can do is supply a shuttle."
