Cons: "noisy plane. seems like Delta does not maintain their planes very well. flight was delayed, which made it stressful to catch connecting flight at LGA. when we were all on the plane, the pilot states that he apologizes for the wait, since we were waiting a while for take off. he said there was something wrong with the fuel system that had to get fixed but it is ok now. wow, that wasn't the right thing to say. as soon as he said that, the passengers started talking among themselves saying,,,,,,,,,,,,well, i hope it is ok now, because if it is not, we may not get to our destination! he should have rephrased that and simply said that;;;;; sorry for the delay, we were simply going through some maintenance on the plane to make sure everything is all-right, which it is, and we look forward to getting you to your destination in a few minutes! keep it simple without getting into all the details! geeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssssccccccccccchhhhhhhhh!!!!! :("

Not very nice☹️ Only Chardonnay & Merlot wines were available. if you're going to carry two full bodied wines then you should carry two light wines as well. For example a Riesling or Pinot noir. I could not drink either of the wines delta carried. Furthermore, I tend to eat low carb & sugar snacks. All the snacks offered were high in carbs except the peanut packs. Delta only had one peanut pack on board. They had many pretzels , bananas & yogurt bars which were high sugar & carbs! Try carrying some Greek plain yogurt & unsweetened vanilla almond milk. TY for your attention."

Cons: "Flight was scheduled to leave early, the plane arrived, but they couldn't turn the plane around fast enough. We left the gat late, then pilot said we would still be arriving half an hour early. We arrived about 45 minutes late, and that was a problem because our connecting flight was due to depart now in 15 minutes. Lightning forced the airport to shutdown, which was great, we had a chance to catch our flight, but we were stuck in the airplane, and we couldn't get to our gate until the all-clear. I know this is not Delta's fault, but they did arrive quite late on a flight that, according to them, would be early. They also never communicated to the other flight that there were several passengers catching that connection. So by the time we had ran to catch our connection they had closed the ramp. Lightning hit again, and they shutdown the airport once again, so the airplane was still at the gate for about an hour, and they did not allow the 20+ passengers to board that plane, which was right there. So frustrating. The only thing that saved it was that our new flight was the new airbus, and although it left an hour and a half later, the comfort level was phenomenal."

When we checked in at SLC the agent used my last name, which showed me the extra mile Delta staff will go to make the travel with them professional and curious. The flight left on time and when we arrived in Detroit our bags were already there waiting for us. Couldn't have asked for more!"

Also they weren't able to give any idea when the flight would be boarding- they just kept sending text alerts that it was delayed another half hour and no updates were listed on the screens. When the flight finally left, after I had been waiting for over 5 hours, we were told that they would be flying low, so there would be no beverage service. It would be nice in these situations to simply have bottled water to pass out quickly, or make the announcement prior to boarding so people would be able to bring their own beverages."

I was frustrated I didn't get on while I could see she was talking with people at the gate and in the airplane-- but I should have been there earlier. That said-- she came out and was incredibly helpful-- she managed to get me on a flight only an hour after that one and I didn't miss my connecting flight."

You should also offer free snacks. Your prices, after all is said and done, are the same as other airlines that offer snacks. Finally, there was no TV, so no entertainment."

I fly enough to expect the occasional delay but in the last week I have had 8 flights with frontier airlines and 7/8 have been delayed by at least an hour. I would be a little more forgiving about the delays if the airline would be better about communicating the delays. The only way I found out about them was by checking the flight boards."

Cons: "Checked bag got lost in Denver, was promised delivery 24 hours later... Never happened. Bag had all the stuff for a wedding in it. Bag never got delivered, ended up in Louisville and the bag clerk there was awful and couldnt tell me when it would be delivered."

Pros: "I called Customer Service as I needed to request a wheelchair to and from gate. The Customer Service Agent was pleasant and accommodating. I while I do not like paying for my luggage to accompany on the flight, I might try you again."

Cons: "It was delayed for about 9hrs... I was supposed to catch up with my friend, but I could not make it.. Although Frontier staff offered me vouchers for food ($15) and the future flight ($200), still it was really disappointing."

Cons: "You have to pay for a carry on and you can only use a card for drinks and food not everyone has a credit card very disappointed you charge for everything on top of no entertainment to keep people occupied I will never fly frontier in the future"

Pros: "The crew was great, the flight itself was nice. The pilot landed the plane beautifully and we made up lost time somewhere along the route. There were lots of people working to get our bag checked quickly and the young lady who helped us was very friendly. She gave us directions to our gate before we could even ask. I will definitely fly Frontier again."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed and we didn't get much information as to why or how long for quite a while."

Pros: "The whole experience, most of the complaints I see on here don't really make sense to me. When I travel I travel light far less hassle. Most of the time when I fly the problem is with T.S.A. theft."

Cons: "Seats are ok for average sized person, but tight if you are large. The guy seated next to me was large and his knees were almost touching the seat in front of him. Make sure you pay for your luggage ahead of time, online, because it is cheaper."

Pros: "Loved the direct flight and overall everything was great!"
Cons: "I've never been so uncomfortable in an airplane seat before. Unless there was something I didn't see, no one's seat reclined. For me, that meant I was not able to sleep -- no position was comfy even though I had a neck pillow. Normally I dont need to sleep on a plane but the late flights meant I was sure tired. If I choose this airline and flight times again, I'd have to invest in one of those sleep-with-your-head-forward pillows."

Pros: "Nothing the seats were horribly uncomfortable. The seats don't recline and you get billed for every little thing. I won't be flying Frontier again."

Travelers should not have to search the internet and read the extra fine print to find the REAL cost of travel. Shame on you Frontier. You've lost my business."

Cons: "First, plane maintenance. We pulled away from the gate & loud noises including grinding metal started coming from the left wing. We were towed back to the gate and deplaned, process took an hour. They determined a part was needed and solution was to have it driven by car from an airport 3+ hours away. Little info was shared from mechanical to gate agents. After several hours they gave us certificates for $10 off food and non alcoholic drinks...after we'd already eaten. Then they announced everyone would receive $100 vouchers by email for a future flight once the plane took off. 3 hours after our scheduled depart time, I see the plane crew walking away with their luggage...never a good sign. That's when we knew this was going to be a loonnnggg delay. We decided to see if we could get on same flight the next day. Gate agent was great and made it happen...but we could not get our checked luggage. Fine, we left and went home. Turned out to be a good decision, flight finally left 9 hours late! Next day we go to airport early, use our $10 certs. from previous day and fly as scheduled...until we arrive in Cleveland and there is no gate ready for us. We sat for an hour waiting for a gate. Then we get off the plane and no $100 certificates in email and are told its because we changed flights! Are they kidding? Airline travel has become like the bus lines of the air but this airline is just awful! Tray tables the size of a phone, extra charges for seats, luggage and drinks, obviously inferior maintenance, poor communication and lousy customer service. Avoid Frontier if possible."

Pros: "They held the plane an extra 15 to 20 minutes so that I could run through the entire Denver airport to make this flight due to my initial flight coming in to Denver, we sat on the runway for over an hour once we landed"

Pros: "Love boarding in zones from back to front!"

Cons: "- Bag fees ( every other airline allows 1 carry on and 1 personal item at no extra fee) - Terrible customer service... My app said I checked in successfully online the night before my flight which was not the case when I arrived at the airport kiosk in San Diego. I was 1.5 hours early for my boarding time and ended up missing my flight due to no representatives at the counter and a 90 minute phone call with Frontier customer service. I am a frequent traveler and use Frontier for 90% of my flights. I will soon start flying with other airliners and build points with them as I am fed up with the lack of organization and care that Frontier has for its customers. I should be compensated for all the troubles I have been through with Frontier over the past few years!!"

Pros: "The friendly flight attendants, the flight was smooth, the landing and deboarding was a breeze... it has been sometime since I've flown, and thanks to frontiers cheap flight cost along side the great service received I will be booking again!!"
Cons: "Wasn't anything I can think of, one thing though would be I wish they had one free carry on allowance. Other then that I have nothing negative to say."

When booking the flight we were looking for a reasonable price which we found with frontier, not reading the fine print they charged us for carry on bags. We ended up checking bags which cost us another $140. Along with this frustration, the seats are horribly uncomfortable and the amount of leg room is ridiculous. I understand maximizing out seats but this was way over the top. I will not be flying Frontier again"
