Cons: "I wouldn't know how our flight to Sioux Falls was. Delta left without us, after they made us late. We left DC late because of Delta's inefficient boarding process. We landed in Atlanta late. Our flight to Sioux Falls left early, without us. My pregnant wife and I made it to the gate 4 minutes before the scheduled departure and they told us the plane was already gone and there was no way for us to get on the plane. Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline."

The screen in front of my seat displayed error messages for the entire flight of 8 hours, from the time I got into my seat until after landing. I asked the crew about it before take off. Nothing they did fixed it, not could the screen be turned off completely to avoid scrolling messages for 8+hours. During the flight I was told it couldn't be fixed until after landing. In that case why wasn't it taken care of before my flight ever started? Anyone inspecting the plane properly in between the previous flight and mine would have and should have seen the same error messages on the screen I saw, and resolved it then. ''Hot'' food in the main meal was salty and lukewarm. Also irritating that flights for 3 people booked 5 months ahead of take off with no option for us to choose seats should end up with 3 separate seats at opposite ends of the plane. Should automatically assign seats together for people booking that far out, on a first come first serve basis or allow seat assignment at time of booking by the customer. This flight was about the typical experience most passengers have come to expect from companies who have too much power and really don't care about the customers they are supposed to serve. This is not a reflection of the actual crew on the flight itself, they were average, not bad, but not great."

Pros: "I am a little disabled... Am in a electric wheelchair, can't speak very well, this was my first flight alone and my chair would not lock in upright position after unfolding it. (If I leaned back on the backrest it would collapse/fold up. I learned I had to lean forward to keep it up.) Everyone was very accommodating and very helpful! At the Provo Airport they gave me a regular wheelchair and I showed them how to remove the lithium battery, remove and stow the joystick and how to fold my chair. No drinks or snacks unless you pay for them. On arrival I waited for everyone else to exit but also took advantage of the lavatory to relieve my bladder ;-). They were waiting trying to unfold my chair. I gave them instructions to step there and lift on the arms and up it went! I showed them where the joystick was, they pulled it out and connected it to the arm, put the battery in the bag, plugged it in, zipped up the bag and I pressed the green button and Voila! it was done! Thank you to the Awesome Allegiant Crew!"

There was non English speaking customers who received no help boarding plane finding seats because crew was laughing joking with other passenger. They tried to put a non English speaking passenger in exit row. I paid $25 to check a bag to find passengers getting free bag checking at gate."

But with me .. Rudeness and bad service .. I said "hello , how are you?".. He didn't answer .. I told him when I did my checkin my boarding pass had "See agent" in the seating section .. He just took the ticket and gave me the last sit available on the plain even though I arrived almost 3 hours before the original departing hour .. I don't know .. It might be the only available sit or it was just a racist thing .. Who knows .. Really disappointed with United. I'll go back with Ameican Airlines."

My biggest issue was that the T.V. screen was very bright and gave me a migraine. If there was a way to darken, or even shut it off, that would be much more pleasant."

After 45min on the plane we had to get off and wait until 3:45AM to find out what the next step was (rescheduled for 11:30AM). Overall the communication and transparency around this ordeal was handled terribly. Staff had no plan to deal with situation, provided helpline numbers were useless, email/text communication of the rescheduling was nonexistent All of this is not even getting into the cheap service and setup of the flight itself. Will not be flying frontier again"

After factoring in all those things, it would have been a lot cheaper to use a different airline. Plus, it was by far the most uncomfortable airplane I have ever been on. No leg room, small seats that do not recline and have no cushion. Terrible experience!"

We will never do business with them again."

I had to "pay" for my seat, hello, didn't I just buy a plane ticket? Also, it costs more to bring a carry-on than it does to check a bag, as each passenger is allowed only one personal item. So instead of bringing a small carry-on for my clothes I paid to check a large suitcase. (added cost) No signage at the gate to identify it if was the correct flight . Crew behind the desk somewhat unprofessional - applying perfume and taking personal calls within feet of the desk, while we were waiting to board. Once on plane the Crew was very grumpy and at times, downright nasty. As I said, they charge you for EVERYTHING, no complimentary water or soda here. The concept of not having complimentary beverages would make sense if they didn't "nickel and dime" you for everything else. I almost expected to have to pay to use the toilet. Fortunately, our return flight was much better. The crew was super professional and civil. This was the first time I ventured onto this new Frontier, and it was certainly the last !"

Paid $250 for the flight then had to pay another $70 just to get on with my bag and sit. Didn't get any good customer service from anyone who works on this airline. Didn't offer any free beverages on the flight. You had to pay $2 for a soda. Plane was old and beat up. None of the machines worked to print up my boarding pass which left me on a long line where me and a couple other people missed their flight due to lack of staff behind the counter. They tried to charge me another $100 for another flight and still charged me the $70 for the flight I missed. So I went to American and got first class for A LOT cheaper than what I paid all together for this flight. Waste of time, money and just a big disappointment all around. Will NEVER fly frontier again!"

I also saw them try to charge someone $60 to check a bag at the gate. Insane. Also, if you ever fly them, don't bother to pay yet another fee to pick your seat, I ended up getting assigned just fine seats both times when I left it to chance. Would not fly them again though."

They are thick plastic seats with about an inch of padding on the front and they do not recline. The tables are not the full sized types found in other airlines either and are about the size of an iPad mini. This is not a flight I'd take for more than a few hours, but it is economical and very fair (there is no first class, just the option to pay a little more for a seat with a bit more leg room)"
