I understand flights cannot wait, and I would have greatly appreciated being saved the trouble of running to a different terminal and instead taking that time to change my travel plans. When I bought my airline ticket, I was not informed that I would have a checked bag fee, and it was expensive. The flight was late coming into Denver as well. The flight was delayed multiple times for reasons the airline would not tell anyone why. After we were able to board the plane, the gate attendants were rude. The in flight crew was nice, but they were not helpful with people trying to figure out seating. After everyone was on the plane, we were delayed once again. Once we finally got in the air, I tried to watch a movie. The movies were expensive also. The movie would not play for some reason. There was no leg room or room for me, or the person next to me. I would not recommend flying with this airline. This was the first time I have flown with them, and will be my last time. I don't like to write bad reviews but I have to with as many problems as I had with this airline."

It's never weather, 85: never a plane malfunction, just delayed for whatever reasons. It's pretty irritating after years of flying your airline, that you can pretty much always gaurentee a delayed flight."

If your company policy is one personal item and ever other carry on is a fee please stick to that for everyone. I Pais my fee but many other passengers had twice as much as I carried on and they never paid additional fee..."

I paid an extra $9.00 for a window seat in the back of the plane and it would've been $20.00 for the same seat closer to the front. They also charge for bags whether they are carry on or checked. My first flight, a kid in front of me threw up and it went under his seat and all inside of my bag. I spent the entire flight cleaning puke off of my computer and my clothes. The flight attendant just told me there were paper towels in the lavatory. When we finally arrived at 11pm we sat in the runway for 30-45 minutes until our gate was clear. Then we finally pulled up and it took another 15-20 mins for them to attach the bridge for us to get off the plane."

We were charged almost double the price for our checked baggage on this flight compared to the previous one because during our trip it switched to "the busy season." There was no notice of this when buying the tickets. There is also no good reason to charge more for a carry on than checked baggage. Just make it the same price if your going to charge for both. Also, the increase in price for carry on and checked baggage when checking in at the airport instead of online is massive. I drove down from the mountains where I had zero service straight to the airport. Had I pulled over somewhere on the way and checkin in before, I would have saved a ton of money on our three bags. I'm not sure if I'll ever be flying frontier again."

Cons: "The airline nickel and dimes you for everything. Carry-on or checked bags will cost you. A drink on the plane will cost you. We were delayed about 20 minutes getting on the plane and then sat on the runway for over an hour before we left. The last 20 minutes of that was due to wind reducing available runways for all departures and arrivals, but the first runway delay was caused by not one but two maintenance issues. Frontier actually just finished replacing their old planes with newer plans that have more uncomfortable seats with tiny trays and no on-board entertainment. For a short flight, it's not horrific, but for a cross-country journey, it's highly uncomfortable. The crew are just "there." Gone are the days of a warm cookie when you sit down. I've never had happy or friendly attendants, either. They do their job at the minimum. Slow to respond to guest issues and I've seen them be a bit rude with customers as well. I've had issues in the past with Frontier and lost luggage and lacking customer service. I only went with them this time because I wasn't bringing kids or luggage and just needed a cheap one-way. Otherwise I would never fly them."

They had 5 agents working to handle 5-6hundred passengers. There was only one agent walking the floor answering questions. He was nice enough to me but in his frustration, he was very rude to other passengers. People were getting nervous that their planes were boarding and they still hadn't checked their bags. This caused people to try and cut in front of other people in line and of course those passengers became angry. After finally getting through that mess, we got to our gate in a different terminal (which was also confusing because our boarding pass said terminal 3 which we went to first only to find out that we needed to go to Terminal 4 to check in and then walk over to terminal 3 to board). Once we boarded the plane they told us that the computer system was down so they could not put in their flight planes so they let us off the plane. We re-boarded the plane and finally landed home around 2:00 in the morning. By the time we got our luggage and drove home (20 minutes) it was 3:15. Overall Stinky!!!!!"
