This flight has a history of leaving late, however, I was pleasantly surprised that it was not delayed this day. The flight went smooth, except I was in a window seat and the wall and my feet were freezing. I found it difficult to sleep due to being so cold, I also was using 2 provided UAL blankets and could not get my feet warm. This was annoying, but I still made it there on time and safe.

First class ticket gets you a choice of chips or nuts. . Just like economy Southwest. Also no screen in the seats. This is first class???!

All of the United employees I interacted with were professional and courteous. The aircraft was clean, the food on the flight was good. No complaints here.

Ridiculous boarding. Enter the gate, walk down a staircase with bags, exit a building, get on a crowded bus, dropped off a few meters away from the aircraft, walk with bags to another set of stairs to board the aircraft. And all that during a pouring down rain, and with children. Ridiculous!!!

Late boarding by three hours. No Wi-Fi. No screens. Cramped seats. Sitting on the tarmac for 30 minutes after landing waiting for a gate. Delay in luggage getting to baggage claim.

Lufthansa no longer offers any refreshments and snacks on short i.e., around 2 hrs flight. We still had full staff stewards/stewardesses. No idea why they were needed as there was no work for them during the flight
