Students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents, if they arrive from or have been in Ireland, the UK or Schengen Area in the past 14 days.
All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.
Travelers who did not get tested, are advised to stay home and self-quarantine for 10 days after travel.

On the flight to New York with Delta we had to check our carry ons at the gate because it wasn't enough room for bags in the airplane.so we asked when we checked our one suitcase if we can/should check our carry ons to avoid having to do it at the gate. The delta employee told me sure no problem. He checks in my one suitcase I purchased gives me the tracking paper and says ok have a good flight. I asked him so what is with our carry ons and he told us that that would cost 25$ and we can't check those in at the drop off?!?We ended up taking the carry ons with to the gate and then off course there wasn't enough room on the airplane that we had to check it in. And surprise it was free?? We had never issues with Lufthansa, icelandair etc. with checking our bags at drop off to not needing to carry it around and than still end up to check it at the airplane. Every airline has been more than happy that we volunteer to check our bags that they don't have the trouble at the gate."

Cons: "LAX security is awful. We never left the airport (arrived LAX from Sydney AU) yet were forced thru security again. Had to remove shoes, was scanned and "frisked" by TSA to get to Denver. To go to Australia, Denver TSA waived the removal of shoes, skipped the scan for the metal detector and no one touched me, ditto for LAX on the trip to Sydney. Where's the uniformity or standards for TSA?? Why did I have to be subjected to this garbage on the way home?? This is why I despise flying. It makes no sense to me. This ruined what was a great vacation."

I’m 5’1” and 110 lbs but adding my 25lb daughter siting in my lap before she turns 2 is absurd to expect that it will be comfortable whatsoever for us or the people breathing next to us. Please DELTA, lead by example and make sure your planes are designed with more room in between and around the seats. In my opinion, every seat should be first class."

Those of us still waiting got to wait another half hour for our luggage. Talk all they want, United just can't seem to get it right. PS: those of us who had to wait were the ones who got to the San Antonio airport the earliest and thus our luggage was on the plane first."

Cons: "My flight was delay and they told me I was going to have time to get my second plane to Orange County California, when got to my lay over my plane was still there but the tunnel gate was closed. The tunnel was still connected to the plain but nobody to assist me. The plane stood there for about 20 minutes and nobody helped. Then once the plane left went to customer service and encountered a unapologetic lady that gave me the option to go either to LAX to get there at 9:30 pmor San Diego at 10:00 pm but I was suppose to get to Orange County at 3 pm, when i had a 9 month pregnant wife at home who couldn't drive due to been due any moment. I ended up going to LAX and getting there past 10 pm was not able to find anyone to pick me up on a Saturday night so had to take an Uber to OC which cost me about $90+ and frontier did nothing for me, just gave me a voucher for $15 to eat while I waited for the LAX flight. As we all know food is expensive at airports what can I possible buy with $15 besides fast food. And no offense to fast food but I'm a 6'6" and 230 lbs I need to eat a little more than a Big Mac meal."

Cons: "The people at the gates leaving San Antonio were rude. I understand the policy they have for luggage fees , but my husband is active military. As his spouse I have the right to check in his bag for him at the gate , I even had his and my id to show them . The only reason I was trying to check one bag at the gate was because my husband was feeling sick and I'm pregnant I can't lift heavy things. One worker dosent know the policy and asked her manager , but they didn't want to help us politely , kept giving me excuses why I couldn't check the bag in for him , finally they did take care of it but with my husband having to stand there in front of them , but they didn't tell him anything. Too have a policy that really does help military service men and women is a great idea and really nice, but too be rude about following that policy , and not helping the spouse of the military member , trying to charge me for my husband's bag and giving me a hard time isn't the way to show support to our troops. They like to take advantage of everything that they can charge extra for , which makes most people not have a good experience flying. Yes cheapest ticket until you add in your baggage fees $35-$60 , drinks and snacks , seats if you want your party to seat together or a certain seat."

My bag never arrived and customer service rep was flustered and slow. Bag never made it on the plane in San Antonio even though it was checked (per my claim stub) 1 hour prior to departure. It was a perfect storm of an evening. Frontier has cheap flights but you get what you pay for. Next time: Southwest."

Last but not least, one leg of our flight had the most rude flight attendants I have ever witnessed."

Your ticket buys nothing: you pay extra for a seat, extra for taking anything (whether checked or carry-on), with prices going up as you get closer to your flight. Planes are finished to the cheapest possible standard: stiff, unpadded seats that do not recline, so rows are closer together; "tray tables" that are five inches deep; no amenities anywhere. Naturally, nothing is available on board without cost, including water. Three of four legs of our flights were more than an hour late, some of it avoidable, but company policy clearly called for cost savings over customer needs. We will NEVER fly Frontier again and urge everyone else to avoid this carrier like the plague."
