Cons: "The problem is maybe overnight layover in San Diego isn't a great idea. So just as fair warning to future travelers. DO NOT buy a ticket if there is an over night layover in San Diego. You will have to spend the night in the check in lobby because the gates are locked. You will have to re-check-in and go through security on your next flight when the airport opens in the morning. If you like the sound of that then more power to you."

Cons: "A disabled girl and her family were seated immediately behind me and the girl bellowed and screamed more than half of the time, She also began emitting a foul stench i can only assume was a solid in her underwear or copious flatulence. She kicked and pulled on my seat (inadvertently pulling my hair in the process). The parents had very little control and did not seem to have an idea of how to fix the situation. When she draped herself over the seatback I pointed her out to the attendant when she asked if there was anything else I needed. She found me another seat for the last 1/4 of the flight and gave me a free drink and some chocolate. I think it would have been smart to address the problem when it first started instead of pretending everything was fine. This girl did the same thing on my flight out to others and it was not tolerable even 10 rows away on the other side of the plane. The other people in my row were irritated they had to stay and continue to suffer. If i knew there was the possibility to move I would have done it right away. Addressing the issue right away would not have solved the problem probably but the rest of us might have been able to move out..."

This all began when airlines charged for baggage and carry on became the only way to travel without excess fees. There is not enough overhead storage for everyone to carry-on so let's go back to no fees for baggage. The boarding process will become smooth again."

If I fly American, I would bet my entire checking account that the plane will be delayed well over 2 hours."

Woman was very gracious and understanding that she was asking for an accommodation. Ends up her flight to Philly had been moved to a different gate after they had found a volunteer to switch seats. Volunteer was totally unfazed but Desk crew made it seem as tho the Muslim mom was at fault for the time and trouble they had had to go through to accommodate her. She apologized profusely and was very appreciative for the trouble evernote had gone to for her. . As she walked away the crew looked at each other and shook their heads. Pretty crummy way to treat customers!"

I had to book another flight because the change fees were too expensive. I did not know that my return flight to Denver had been canceled until I was checking in a few hours before my flight. It really stings that I then had to book a new return flight, and because I am a teacher who makes about $23,000 a year, I had to book the cheapest flight, which was with American. I do not plan on giving them any of my hard-earned money in the future if I can help it."

I understand mechanical problems, but 3 hours later, and on another plane, the captain starts making stuff up, saying that the only reason we hadn't moved in the last hour was because people were using the bathroom, then something about having to deplane because the plane couldn't back up with us on it because of some sensor? And then, surprise ! All of the sudden they noticed there was an issue with his and some of the crews' hours and we had to wait till they could locate more crew. But they gave us each a 1/3 glass of water and later a $12 food voucher which didn't even cover a meal and beverage. Whoop-de-do. 7 hours later we finally boarded for the third and last time. The crew on the other hand stayed professional and friendly."

The agent should treat us with respect you should have gave me a better information and just throw me away then going back to him several times for the correct solution..."

I planned to buy a one way ticket out. Kayak and the airline both refused to assist and affirmed I would lose the return ticket if I failed to shoe for the initial flight. I had to buy a whole new round trip ticket."

Cons: "My flight was delay and they told me I was going to have time to get my second plane to Orange County California, when got to my lay over my plane was still there but the tunnel gate was closed. The tunnel was still connected to the plain but nobody to assist me. The plane stood there for about 20 minutes and nobody helped. Then once the plane left went to customer service and encountered a unapologetic lady that gave me the option to go either to LAX to get there at 9:30 pmor San Diego at 10:00 pm but I was suppose to get to Orange County at 3 pm, when i had a 9 month pregnant wife at home who couldn't drive due to been due any moment. I ended up going to LAX and getting there past 10 pm was not able to find anyone to pick me up on a Saturday night so had to take an Uber to OC which cost me about $90+ and frontier did nothing for me, just gave me a voucher for $15 to eat while I waited for the LAX flight. As we all know food is expensive at airports what can I possible buy with $15 besides fast food. And no offense to fast food but I'm a 6'6" and 230 lbs I need to eat a little more than a Big Mac meal."

Cons: "Uncomfortable seats even for 2 hour flight, & who charges $2.99 for a can of coke?!?"

Cons: "In San Antonio not available early enough at the counter. Couldn't log into their computers to accept bags. Bag drop should always be available because of online check-in and baggage payment. All we needed to do was drop a bag. Should't have to stand in line at check-in when everything is done and all you have to do is drop a bag. No incentive to use online check-in and payment."

Pros: "Clean roomy planes. Professional helpful polite flight attendants. Smooth ride. Easy on and off. Comfortable seats. Ontime!"
Cons: "Only water offered complimentary. Charging for a carryon bag. charging for an early seat selection."

Cons: "The wait to check a bag was about an hour. Then, my flight was cancelled 30 minutes before takeoff due to "weather." None of the other airlines were delayed. I ended up booking another ticket with a different airline, because other passengers said they had been trying to get rebooked on frontier for the previous week."

Pros: "They totally failed. Never again. Totally ripped me off. Almost didn't make my scheduled visit with my daughters I only see twice a year. I had to spontaneously book emergency flight with United, which was great by the way. But cause was such short notice cost me 900 dollars. Frontier did not refund my checked bag fee and left my bag in la-la land. I found it. Thank God. Then they, frontier, only refunded me 50%. Do t k of why. Will dispute. What a headache, inconvenience, rip off, and waist of valuable time. I learned. You get what you pay for people."

Cons: "The people at the gates leaving San Antonio were rude. I understand the policy they have for luggage fees , but my husband is active military. As his spouse I have the right to check in his bag for him at the gate , I even had his and my id to show them . The only reason I was trying to check one bag at the gate was because my husband was feeling sick and I'm pregnant I can't lift heavy things. One worker dosent know the policy and asked her manager , but they didn't want to help us politely , kept giving me excuses why I couldn't check the bag in for him , finally they did take care of it but with my husband having to stand there in front of them , but they didn't tell him anything. Too have a policy that really does help military service men and women is a great idea and really nice, but too be rude about following that policy , and not helping the spouse of the military member , trying to charge me for my husband's bag and giving me a hard time isn't the way to show support to our troops. They like to take advantage of everything that they can charge extra for , which makes most people not have a good experience flying. Yes cheapest ticket until you add in your baggage fees $35-$60 , drinks and snacks , seats if you want your party to seat together or a certain seat."

Once we landed, we sat on the plane for over an hour because there was another plane at our gate. They didn't know which baggage carousel our bags would arrive, so we waited an additional 30 min. My bag never arrived and customer service rep was flustered and slow. Bag never made it on the plane in San Antonio even though it was checked (per my claim stub) 1 hour prior to departure. It was a perfect storm of an evening. Frontier has cheap flights but you get what you pay for. Next time: Southwest."

Pros: "The woman seated behind me referred to us flying in "this tuna can." I'd say that's accurate; the plane sounds like it's going to fall apart upon takeoff, there is no leg room, and the "tray table" is about 5x7"."

Cons: "The plane absolutely beyond dirty. The tray tables are half the size of other airlines, and had clearly not been cleaned for awhile. There was food covering the entire floor of the plane. I am not an overly sensitive person to cleanliness/germs but this was beyond disgusting. Oh, and don't plan on getting comfortable- the seats are hard and do not recline. Last but not least, one leg of our flight had the most rude flight attendants I have ever witnessed."

Cons: "The flight was delayed made me miss my connecting flight couldn't get a flight out till tomorrow morning none of the workers seemed like they could do anything to help I want my full refund"

Cons: "No company should succeed using a business model that treats customers this badly. Your ticket buys nothing: you pay extra for a seat, extra for taking anything (whether checked or carry-on), with prices going up as you get closer to your flight. Planes are finished to the cheapest possible standard: stiff, unpadded seats that do not recline, so rows are closer together; "tray tables" that are five inches deep; no amenities anywhere. Naturally, nothing is available on board without cost, including water. Three of four legs of our flights were more than an hour late, some of it avoidable, but company policy clearly called for cost savings over customer needs. We will NEVER fly Frontier again and urge everyone else to avoid this carrier like the plague."
