Travelers with documents issued by the US Department of Homeland Security, US Customs and Border Protection, or US Department of State indicating that the traveler is exempt from the restriction;
B1 crew crewmembers that are engaged in lightering, Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) activity, wind farm activity, private air/sea crew and other similar crewmember activities;
Students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents, if they arrive from or have been in Ireland, the UK or Schengen Area in the past 14 days.
All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.

When she draped herself over the seatback I pointed her out to the attendant when she asked if there was anything else I needed. She found me another seat for the last 1/4 of the flight and gave me a free drink and some chocolate. I think it would have been smart to address the problem when it first started instead of pretending everything was fine. This girl did the same thing on my flight out to others and it was not tolerable even 10 rows away on the other side of the plane. The other people in my row were irritated they had to stay and continue to suffer. If i knew there was the possibility to move I would have done it right away. Addressing the issue right away would not have solved the problem probably but the rest of us might have been able to move out..."

We had one flight late and the person at the counter was able to get us on another flight so that we didn't miss our connection - this was stellar customer service."

If a passenger is taller than average, and the flight is more than 60 minutes, provide comfortable seating at no extra charge. If a customer has a short layover, which their system knows about since it is the sourve of the flight plans, put the customer toward the front of the aircraft since these flights are habitually late and customers end up having to sprint through airports to try to make connections."

In Dallas I had to run from one flight to the next. The only reason I made was because the connecting flight eas also delayed. In rhe end we landed at SFO (instead of OAK) over 2 hours later than originally scheduled. To make matters worse, there was a backup on the Dublin grade, making the drive home to Tracy over three hours long. arrived at SAT at 4:30 PM CDT and arrived home in Tracy after 3:30 AM OFT. oh yeah, and my luggage didn't make it at all..."

Horrible, if that's how AA treats their dedicated service members!"

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND I WILL NEVER FLY AMERICAN AIRLINES AGAIN."

The agent should treat us with respect you should have gave me a better information and just throw me away then going back to him several times for the correct solution..."
