Everyone from the ticket counter to the stewards were so accommodating and helpful

The response was very helpful and quick. Overall, it was very professional.

I had a medical incident on the flight. The crew was very responsive and kind, making the situation as "good" as possible. (I believe they were overly cautious, but it's understandable.) My only complaint is that the seats are too small. I was so cramped for so many hours, that it exacerbated my medical incident. I will probably not be able to fly in coach anymore, and cannot afford otherwise, so it looks like flying is a thing of the past for me.

Flight was delayed about 40 minutes by a mechanical problem. This made a long day even longer. Otherwise good.

We did have to wait an hour for the runway to be cleared but other than that it was fine.

Could have service kiosks, had to find a gate with an attendant

There was no sense of urgency to get us to our destination on time. There’s just no such thing with this airline. It’s not my fault, they don’t have enough help. They sure as hell charge you enough for everything Nothing like being nickel and dimed to death. Money for bags money to choose a seat. You gotta be made for money to fly this airline.

I hate turbulence and we had quite a lot. I really appreciated kept us calm informed. When it would likely start, when it would likely end. And the cause. Very good!

Alexa provided her hand to help from the plane door until I could grab part of the interior to get to my seat

I was beat it was a late flight don't remember taking off or landing was a good nap.
