No tv. No free wifi. They need to ipgrade these planes - especially on a 2 hour flight.

Flight was 2 hr. delay, making me miss my connection to my final flight home to Roanoke. Now 12:38am in the morning and I just got the first available ticket at 5:30 pm tomorrow evening. Sleeping in the airport.
I am a die hard Delta flyer, but they missed it on this flight. It was on their very dated 717-200 aircraft, which I knew when I booked it so I knew it wouldn’t have seatback screens. However, the internet was awful and it wouldn’t even send texts a lot of the time, much less even connect to the delta app. It was also very hot while in the air, which never happens. What was even more disappointing is that the crew only gave me cheezits and a beverage, even though I was in Delta Comfort. The main cabin fare gets these items. I didn’t get any kind of improved snacks and that was unacceptable. The crew wasn’t very visible at all either. If this was my first delta flight, it would be my last. I am just going to assume it was a one-off flight.
flight was delayed 4+ hours. there was really no understanding of why? weather? the last hour of delay was post boarding. pilot seat was broken. was that the real reason? nonetheless, long day of inconveniences.
Flight got canceled 4 times, missed my connecting flight due to delays, have to wait to go home tomorrow
We departed and landed early which was a nice surprise. The boarding process was slow.
Arlene was a great flight attendant. I also liked how one of the other flight attendants gave us a heads up about snacks and asked everyone to remove their headphones when it was their turn to order. Good idea.
The WiFi was not working. That made for a long flight.
Extremely disappointed with Delta. They canceled flight last minute and then I rebooked the other flights and with which were delayed as well
Awful. Delayed flights, missed connection to Toronto. Hotel vouchers were for already booked hotels x3. Giant waste of my time
The entertainment is a bit limited, it would be better if they added some games to play besides the movies and tv shows. But the seats are comfortable and the crew is polite
The pilot had to extend the flight time from san antonio to Houston to burn off fuel. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress since we had a tight connection to Aruba. And with no other flights going to Aruba we were worried about spending a night in Houston. We had to to run to our connection because of the flight crews mistake. Not happy.
Fine. The issues I had were associated with luggage being delayed from Turkey to Tanzania
Do not like the size of the overhead bin. I think staff should monitor the size of suitcases that are being carried on by passengers to ensure they meet the size requirement.
Flight was good and crew was super polite. However, there were around 5 kids screaming the WHOLE 2 hours. I understand kids have to come but parents need to do something to control their children. They make the experience terrible, especially after finishing 16 hour shifts at the hospital I needed some sleep, which I did not get.
Gate agent did not hold flight for connection, provided no assistance to get new flight

The plane was dirty and the in seat air wasn't blowing as planes usually do.
The customer service was excellent! Check-in, baggage check-in, boarding, the flight went very smooth.
Delays and multiple changes in gates. In accurate info sent to phone. Worst flight in years. With no apologies or recompense.

The flight I booked was conveniently timed, had one brief stop and was going to be quick. The flight I ended up getting was delayed, took longer, had a far longer layover and arrived hours later than planned. Thanks for nothing.
Bad experience going to DFW with an IT outage then bad on the way back with a nearly 5 hour delay that’s started as maintenance then caused us to wait further due to weather - which would not have happened if we had left on time.
Horrible experience flying with American. Flight was delayed due to inbound flight delay. Fine, it happens. Then, we were delayed an additional almost 30 minutes due to the paperwork for departure having a "clerical error." Then, upon landing at the destination airport we were stuck on the plane for an HOUR after we landed and pulled up to the gate because apparently there was another plane. An hour waiting for the gate 12:30 AM when the flight has already been delayed due to operational error feels like a complete failure of the ability to do the one thing they need to do apart from actually have the plane takeoff and land. Very disappointing.
It was a 3 hour flight from Dallas to Missoula. The aircraft did not have power plugs, internet or in-flight entertainment. When boarding, one flight attendant was "somewhere in the airport" so delayed the boarding process (not coming from another flight) although we did take off on time and landed early. In flight there was little to no service - we got the standard beverage but no real connection with the crew which feels unusual for a 3 hour flight. A passenger needed help stowing her bag and got no assistance, and actually some passive aggressive comments from the flight attendants about "she needs to remove the extender" and "she'll have to find a place for it". I have seen others be helpful and put a bag in the closet, or support assistance as the boarding door was already closed. Just not a great experience considering the cost of my round trip ticket {$1000}.
Horrible. No AC. No Air inside the plane. We had to deplane twice! It is late almost 5 hrs in total. I almost passed out and about to call 911. I asked the crew to be honest and open the door. The lady next to me was lay down in the floor due to heat and no air inside the plane. I got headaches, can’t wait the replacement flight about midnight Dallas time. I end it up rebook for next day flight and stay overnight using my own pocket in a hotel nearby due to headaches and can’t breath. I still have a headache this morning. Still not decided yes how to file this issue to AA and/or FAA.
Deplaning time. Having to wait 10 to 25 minutes after boarding to leave the gate. Having to wait 10 minutes to park at the gate to deplane.☹️
When you pay for Premium Economy on an 787 and you’re promised amenities for the extra money, you expect them to work. They didn’t. USB connector wouldn’t charge continuously. 120v outlet wouldn’t hold anything you plugged into it. The adapter would just fall out. The noise canceling headphones stopped noise cancelling in the first 15 minutes for EVERYONE. No one on the plane knew how to fix it so I couldn’t listen to any movies. I just put in my AirPods and went to sleep. Very unhappy with the crappy Panasonic entertainment system. I won’t buy premium again.
My first time flying American Airlines, my first flight to CLT was wonderful and flight attendants was nice and had great customer service. My second flight from CLT to NY was very delayed due to whatever reason the crew was not greeting other than that I’m rate 8 .
It started well but flight was cancelled and they created a nightmare rebooking. It is two days later and we still haven’t reached our destination. I am in Amsterdam waiting on transfer desk to open (later than other airlines) to hopefully get a boarding pass. Once that problem is solved we will just pray this flight isn’t cancelled too.

love the crews and my only problem was the delay at Frankfurt was very bad. I have travelled with Lufthansa for over 30 years now and this was cost me some planned business appointment
The flight delay made the connection a bit tight but that's outside the flight crew's control.
I liked the crews attentiveness, all food and drink items were tasty, and came out in a timely manner. The entertainment systems were not as responsive and my seat had issues with the auxiliary for the headphones. Seats were OK, and the headrest for my seat could go back only so far. Bathrooms were tight fit.
The United Airlines crew that operated this flight was subpar. They didn’t

My concern is with Flight: 441 IAH-FRA I was very cramped in my seat and the person in front of me was reclined. I pulled my wallet out of my purse and when finished I did my best to cram it back into my purse. Our flight was very delayed and we were rebooked twice and lots of airport time. As I got off the flight I noticed that I had dropped my wallet( containing all my credit & debit bank cards + 240 US dollars & 240 Euros. I spoke to customer service & Lost &Found. I was denied access to look on the plane. Therefore I have been without money and given no help. Paula Bjork 503.545.6698
Overall experience is good with boarding and food. There was no entertainment provided on a leg that made it bit harder.
As I remember my last BA flight - mediocre at best. Uncomfortable with poor and minimal food and drinks. Screen broke shortly into flight so didn’t have access to entertainment either.
Flight got cancelled and we did not get an email till the last minute. They rebooked us on British Airways for 6 hours later and did not inform us. We drove all the way to the airport for the AA desk attended to take a while to figure out our flights were cancelled and rebooked. British airway attendants did not show up till 4 hours later! Really poor customer service
24 hour delays aren’t even heard in 3rd world countries with archaic transportation systems. I’m never flying American Airlines again.
All crew except 1 were excellent. When I asked assistance with business class seat conversion to a bed (not being familiar as never used before but have numerous times with other airlines) crew member helped very reluctantly. I should have told her that business class seat conversion is totally different in each airline such as Delta, New Zealand Air and United. Sorry it was my 1st time with America Airlines. Now I know, I won't bother asking assistance in future.
Nice aircraft. Good crew. Delayed departure from Houston, but arrived on time in London. Main thing I don’t like about flying BA is having to transit through security in London Heathrow. A major pain!
Good service, food and comfort in World Traveller Plus. Entertainment was poor - no wifi on the way out and barely working on the way back. Not a great choice of entertainment on the seat back tv.
Late! Late and late! More than 1hr 30mn. This sucks when it is the last of a 4 flight journey. I missed my dinner! Which is not nice on Valentine’s Day!!! But better than the gate next to us, the poor Chinese people were rebooked to the next day flight. AA had to call security as it became very heated with the passengers! It was a mess at DFW that afternoon/evening. I wish they had some food for the people who travel as part of international journey. Indigo does it in India and it is fantastic.
My enetertainmnet screen was broken. Lost my bags. Almost missed my flight do to connection issues with (despite a request) ZERO help from crew. Food was edible. Potatoes pretty good even
Super tight economy class. My knees were hitting the back of seat in front of me (I'm only 5'6"). My small backpack (sized according to their required dimensions) would not fit under the seat in front of me because there is a box (is that the life jacket?) in the way. Over all, extremely uncomfortable. I forgive the tasteless food, but the tight seating was torture
