Friendly flight attendants and reasonable good food. Quick service throughout the trip.

I WAS CANCELLED ! I thought entire flight was canceled but it was still ongoing and I was only canceled as a passenger and one day before my flight with really poor "choice" of next flights that completely ruined my family event. Absolutely disappointed by SAS. Will be avoiding this airline now

The flight was pleasant with landing and take off being very smooth. Toilets were a bit busy at times but crew was very accommodating. Food service was quick and hot. The connecting short flight was full and there was not room for hand luggage.

The layovers / connections were too short and too long. I SPRINTED to make the connection from OSL-JFK and then SAT for over 6 hours from JFK-BUF. I don’t mind a longer layover more than I want to RUN to make my next connection

Flight crew was very kind and polite. They had to deal with an unnamed issue right beside me, and did so with respect.

The special need food was awful and gave no alternative.

Elderly traveler with disability was bumped from extra legroom to economy with little legroom. He couldn’t bend his knee to fit in the seat. Very uncomfortable for a 7 hour flight and will be reported to DOT. Then the food was disgusting. Boiled chicken with boiled rice and steamed veggies. 3 slices of carrot and one broccoli. We couldn’t eat it. No salt or pepper provided. Disgusting.

They were all bad because SAS was at fault and cost me my time. I will never fly SAS again.

Staff was fine. But plane offers very few free services.
