Without them our flight would have been pushed by two days. Instead of what we did do which was cancel our reservation and moved to another airline, AAirlines, to a redeye flight. But due to the bumps and last minute purchases my wife and I sat separately on the 11 hr flight, in middle seats, overnight with no room to sleep. Also my refund will take 3 weeks according to Aerolineas Argentinas policy! Do not book with Aerolineas Argentina's!"

Very useful...After being on hold for a total of two hours which made me miss my flight I gave up and went home after not having slept since it was an early flight and wasted about 30$ (dollars not pesos) on transportation to and from the airport."

Cons: "Flight attendants did not answer call button. Pointed out to one that the entertainment center sound didn't work. She gave me another set of ear pugs. Didn't wait to see if that was the problem.....it wasn't. Another just turned it off and restarted and said "that should do it"....it didn't. She also didn't wait around or even check back to see if it now worked."
Cons: "The seats were so tightly packed that a normal adult can't keep avoid touching the seat in front with their knees. Add to this the crew did *two* beverage passes on an 11hr flight…horrible."
Pros: "Good quality modern plane and excellent clues for money. Boarding was a bit late and not explained but for the price (much less than AA) it was excellent. I would definitely flybeoth them again"

Cons: "Late flight with no information on why there was a delay. Managed to catch the connecting flight but our luggage did not. No one gave us a lost luggage number so no one was able to tell us where our luggage was."
Cons: "They changed the date of my flight without telling me and then were kind of cruel about it when I asked what happened. I had to spend an extra day in Buenos Aires and go back to the airport the next day. I had scheduled a hostel in my destination and the hostel wasn't able to change my reservation but they charged me for the night anyway. I ended up camping in El Calafate, where it was very cold and rained all night."
Cons: "The snack was 2 small bags of cookies and also a bag of crackers. Can we get something less processed and healthier?"
Pros: "The flight itself was fine. However, it left at a much later time than scheduled and at a different airport in the city."
Cons: "Aerolineas Argentinas cancelled my morning fight the night before without explanation. There was very little information, and I was unable to call a representative because it was off-hours when I got my cancellation notice. When I arrived at the airport, they changed my flight to a much later time departing at a different airport in the city (although they did provide a free shuttle). If I have a choice in the future, I would avoid Aerolineas Argentinas."

Cons: "What didn't I like? Everything else. I fly 150000 miles a year and have never had an experience like this. Aerolineas went on strike the morning of our flight and canceled it. Ok, strikes are terrible, but they happen. However, we then had to spend NINE HOURS waiting in line at the airport. Aerolineas refused to talk to us over the phone, saying we had to call the agency. Kayak and FlightNetwork tried to call Aerolineas, who then said they wouldn't help and we could only solve it at the airport. Hence the nine hours. They eventually rebooked us on a flight the next morning, out of the other airport in Buenos Aires. Again, I get it, flights were full with the cancellations. But the run-around was appalling, and they didn't pay for our hotel (why on earth not? We had to spend an extra night and it was ENTIRELY THEIR FAULT) or the $100 of cabs back into the city and then out the next morning. Absolutely appalling customer service. Never again. And honestly, never again through Kayak either."

I was to continue on the same plane from Miami and Lima to Buenos Aires, however, nobody mentioned I could stay on the same aircraft, so they made me go off the plane out the arriving area hall, again through security, which was a hassle, almost forgot my wrist watch..... all that to end up in the same gate to board the same plane. a total waste of time and energy...."
Pros: "Great airline. New Boeing 787. Very courteous crew. Nice business cabin with reclining seats and seatback IFE. Light meal served with some very good Chilean wine. As they are part of One World I used the very spacious Iberia lounge which also made the whole trip extremely comfortable"

Cons: "When I arrived, my luggage did not make the connecting flight. It was tracked down and hopefully will make it to me soon but you can see how it’s inconvenient. The first leg of my flight was operated by Wamos, though it was a LATAM flight. I know that this is something that happens often for all sorts of reasons, however I can’t help but think it had something to do with the transition of my luggage from one flight to the next. My flights home are similar ( One leg of it being operated by another airline) and needless to say I’m a bit nervous about that."

Thereafter I purchased a oneway ticket to Medellin on another airline only to learn that they cancelled my return flight. They wanted to charge me almost $600 to rebook! I ended purchasing a ticket with different carrier. Money paid to Latam was wasted."

The crew was clueless about how to handle seating a nice family whose seats were taken. 20 minutes later, the crew finally got it together. Also, the sandwich sucked. Some type of cream cheese on a lousy roll. Unbelievably bad and a calorie waste; tasted like wall paste."

We went for over an hour without knowing what was going to happen while we sat on the plane."
Pros: "I am deaf, almost 68y. Old. They insisted to escort me to the gate, I was very happy to be escorted by a beautiful young girl. I would have been a little lost had I gone through the screening by myself. The indicated gate number was changed as well."
Cons: "There was a LAN strike at airport. No manager from LAN, nor airport came forth for over 2 hours to talk w/ passengers. 8 a.m. flight left at 2 p.m. No apologies given."
