Thete was not sufficient time to arrive more than an hour early due to the fact Gimpo airport opens at 6am and the flight was at 7:45. When I arrived I was not allowed to check in or board and no one wanted to help me find out what to do. They suggested I call my ticketing agent. Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"

Just tell me what time to be at the gate so I can stand around after an international flight. Oh and if a flight attendee to squawk rudely at a paying customer when we do land, why I'd just have to ask myself AGAIN ... why do I fly United?"

Cons: "Azul cancelled the flight to Salvador without giving us any reason why. The sky was blue without a cloud in sight. I had another flight to catch in Salvador to bring me back to Miami and because the Salvador flight was cancelled I missed all my other flights and neither Azul or Tam wanted to help me get to my final destination. Azul offered to get me on a flight to Salvador the next day, but that did nothing for me since all of my other flights were scheduled for the day before. Long story short, I had to purchase a brand new flight for $1016. I paid for something that was not my fault and all anyone could say to me was, "I am sorry, there is nothing we can do for you" Words cannot express the rage, irritation and frustration I felt on that day."

Pros: "Despite being a smaller airline I must say I’m completely floored by how much I enjoyed my flight with JetBlue! The free WiFi is a game changer compared to the greedier airlines that charge through the roof for it and the staff has been incredibly kind. ‏ Also, the flight attendants were really sweet. I watched them diffuse a few situations that most people would have ended up making worse. Not to mention this is the only airline that actually OFFERED to assist me getting on the plane. I sometimes request assistance, but I really needed it last night and they offered without a second thought. I had only come up to the desk to ask about reprinting my ticket. As soon as I went up to the desk to ask about reprinting my ticket, they immediately asked if I was ready to preboard. The man who helped wheel me out of the plane at JFK was very considerate as well and asked if I wanted to go to the restroom before going out to the gate. He wheeled me all the way to the car where my husband was waiting. Every member of the Jet Blue staff I met this weekend was exemplary. If I can help it I will always fly Jet Blue when I fly nationally."

I had to pay for a 24 hours expedite / rush passport. ALSO, once I got my new passport (17 hours later) I was told that I had to pay $170 penalty for moving my departure day and $680 because I had to adjust to the new ticket price. At that point I decide to buy a new ticket with a different airline. AVIANCA SUCKS!!! They are NOT very accommodating at all. Will not recommend this agency and I WILL NEVER ever again will use their service."

Cons: "Dec 19th SFO - San Salvador- Lima (Peru) They cancelled the departure for 12 hrs, instead of :600 am we finally left from SFO at 6:25 pm. Everyone missed their connection flights. So they took us to a nice hotel. We finally left San Salvador the next day at 3 pm. So I spent two days flying to my final destination (Lima-Peru). Really disappointed about Avianca notification systems. The first email arrived at 3:30 am when everyone was already at the airport for nothing. Never again will flight with Avianca."

I was informed from Tripit that the flight was delayed, not by Delta. Reservation personnel took logical course of action to find new flight for connection that we could make because of delayed initial flight. I would recommend that they first see if there is an earlier initial flight that the customer could make, then look at finding later connecting flights. We found out about delay 8 hours prior, so we had plenty of time to get to the airport earlier. Total delay required me to take additional day off of work."

My kids and I took off as much clothing as possible and still remained hot. We were putting ice on our wrist to try to cool down! I sat with my hand against the window to capture some cool air. We were in Row 37. I am not sure if we were in a hot seat or if the other passengers experienced the same."
Cons: "Delta airlines has very poor costumer service. THE WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED. I wasn't the only one feeling this way, I witness a couple people fighting on the phone like me. When my 1st flight was delayed I asked to be rebooked then and the delta employee insisted that I would make my connection. I didn't make it. This is not all. I could have gotten to a near city several hours after but on the same day, but the mediocrecy of this employes did not allow me to get there until the next day at 7 am. Happy new year to me. This two women (or one of them) on the phone, lied to me. There was an option to get me here and one of them failed to do their job right AND LIED TO MY FACE ON THE PHONE. Just unacceptable. I will sue them, I had an under age waiting for me in Cancun and a pet with me!. With no food or access to do its necessities. AND THERE WAS AN OPTION THAT "they missed" on porpuse."
Pros: "I was bowled over to learn in flight that the lowly steerage (economy) passengers--and everyone else had a selection of 3 complimentary meals! Who does that any more! Unfortunately, the only vegan option ran out just before my seat, but I was still amazed and pleased....and have ordered a vegan meal in advance for my next flight. Incredible! Plus, plenty of room for bags, good video selections, and power at all seats. I love Delta and will fly them more often!"

Cons: "Plane food was not good. The crew were not as friendly, almost exhausted. There was one woman who was not sensitive or compassionate to my fellow seat mate. He was an older man who needed extra assistance. From the look of her face she didn't feel like helping him... as simple as helping him pour ice into his cup. Instead I helped my fellow neighbor. She might not feel comfortable helping a senior citizen but don't be so loud or make a face of disgust."

It's nice that they serve a complimentary meal on the red eye flight but the quality of the food was bad. Entertainment options were also limited although they had some recent box office entries from last year. The leg room also wasn't great but that's expected in economy I guess."
