Pros: "Airline stewards were friendly and provided good service. Comfortable flight. Food was good."
Cons: "Flight departed over an hour late which made it stressful trying to get to connection flight. If the other flights weren't delayed also, we would have missed the flight. I paid for my luggage more than 24 hours in advance online. Website states if paid more than 24 hours in advance, the fee is $20 for one bag. I was charged $25.00 each way. Called Aeromexico and they said I had to send email to customer service. It has been 12 days and still have not received a response to my inquiry."

Cons: "I purchased a first class ticket, but the airline changed Equipment to a plane without a first class cabin. I was unceremoniously bumped back to coach and placed in front of two screaming children who proceeded to yell, kick my seat and hit me in the head for the entire flight. Never fly aeromexico"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Horrible service, old planes, running 1 hour late, no entertainment"
Pros: "Excellent legroom, friendly service, on time"
Pros: "Excellent legroom, no hidden charges, nice friendly service, on time arrival, great price"
Pros: "Everything"
Pros: "Nothing!"
Cons: "The flight was over 2 hours late. I was traveling with a baby and they never ask if anyone was traveling with infants to board first. The flight attendant came through only once and never bothered to check if anyone needed anything else. The seats were so old that mine reclined with out having to push a button. They need to do a better job with their customers, be more friendly and attentive."
Cons: "Delayed for no reason, very irresponsible msnagement"
Pros: "Crew members are ok"
Cons: "Poor management"
Cons: "No flexible headrest on seats No entertainment screens"
Pros: "It appears not many pay for the upgraded seats between MEX And CUN. My husband and I had 6 seats to ourselves to stretch out on! Boarding priority was non existent and in flight entertainment was for children, but overall it was a comfortable flight."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Very irresponsible people, flights never on time. And their customers service sucks"

Pros: "The price"
Cons: "Entertainment was good on some flights but not on all."
Pros: "Me gusto mucho la atención personalisada de todo el personal de Aeromexico. Brindan información detallada y precisa de los vuelos en conexión. Definitivamente volvere a viajar con Aeromexico y lo recomendare a mis amistades y familiares."
Pros: "I was rushing because I was close to late, I got pulled out of line and asked if I'd be willing to take a direct flight to Mexico City instead of layover, they said I might get stuck in Guadalajara because of short time. They really made my day and took great care of me! Thank you"
Cons: "It was a terrible flight. Flight delayed about 2 hrs due to crew being late, "stock in customs". When they arrived the gate, they were all with their bags of food, etc. Obviously they were stock in food pick-up line! Plane very old, dirty, no entertainment!"
Pros: "Nothing. It really was the worst travel experience we've had."
Cons: "Staff at boarding area was rude and disorganized. Plane was worst I've seen. Old with the least legroom I've seen yet."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Flight boarded 40 min late with zero announcements made at the gate. Arrived late to Mexico City for connecting flight. Called Aeromexico while waiting in line to clear customs to tell them a group of 11 would be arriving late to the gate. They let the plane leave early and tried to charge a change fee."
Pros: "the boarding."
Cons: "one hour arrival delay. seat very old and tight space."
Pros: "flight on time, flight price"
Cons: "food"
Pros: "On time!"
Pros: "From the boarding process all the way to arrival it was a great experience overall. Brand new planes with free up to date movies. The economy seats truly recline (to what i was very surprised) and the food was pretty good."
Cons: "There's absolutely nothing I didn't like about it."
Pros: "My experience was great. The plane was comfortable and I enjoyed the food and the entertainment provided."
Cons: "Checking in at JFK took a while."
Cons: "Unfortunately, I was not able to go on this trip because I recently found out I am pregnant and the risk due to the current Zika virus makes traveling out of the question. Aeromexico was NOT understanding at all. Their only offer was a 1 year voucher from the time I purchased my ticket. I purchased my ticket in October 2015 (before the Zika outbreak and before being pregnant) and I will still be pregnant in October 2016 so that voucher is completely useless to me. I basically lost $900. Even though I repeatedly tried to explain my situation to customer service and had a letter from my doctor it didn't matter they just repeated their voucher line over and over. Needless to say I will NEVER purchase airline tickets from Aeromexico again and that is a real shame for them because I have a timeshare in Mexico which I plan on enjoying with my growing family for years to come."
Pros: "Seats together, food on board, amazing service from the call center, Spanish speaker crew."
Pros: "I didn't like anything about this flight. It's abvery cheap looking flight and a big rip off with money. I paid $400 dollars almost same as United but in United I don't have to pay for carry on. $45 for carry on are you kidding me what is next going to bathroom will cost us money too??"
Cons: "Service was terrible , the claim that you guys are cheap is a lie , seats are squished , no where else do you have to pay for a carry on , staff very immature , overall not a good experience at all"
Cons: "the check in counter opens only 2 hrs before flight. there was a long line to drop bags even though we checked in online $30 charge for a carry on bag is too much."
Pros: "???"
Cons: "The seats are like benches. I had to have a body massage as I arrived due to body ache There was no food Paid $40 bucks for my carry on"
Pros: "The fact that they itemized the cost for everything is OK and will make you to take a conscious choice of whether to bring a carry on luggage, buy water or food. You have be very self disciplined to NOT have costs added to you. But atleast I like that we have a choice but a very HARD one to make."
Cons: "Itemized costs for everything - can be a pain and add up to the costs. I mean charge for beverages, water and light snacks, thats pretty standard and expected. So it leads to very bad customer experience and feeling annoyed that you have to pay for everything. Although I dind't pay for carryon, or any drinks or food as I didn't get any. I felt annoyed and went a way with the feeling. I am NEVER going to fly frontier. Although I might fly frontier in the future that might be my last resort and will try to Avoid it as much as I can."
Cons: "Not family friendly, too many upcharges, terrible plane, food, seats, hot, dry, expensive"
Pros: "Boarding was easy."
Cons: "all economy seats are in a fixed position and do not recline. In order to get a seat that reclines you have to upgrade for an additional $50 per seat. Non-reclining seats are OK for short hops but are extremely uncomfortable for long hauls."
Cons: "The seats are by far the most uncomfortable I've ever sat in."
Pros: "Price"
Cons: "That i have to pay for my carry on bag!!! Reslly???"
Pros: "clean plane"
Cons: "I haven't flown Frontier in a while. I didn't realize I have to buy my seat too? What the heck is that? Sure it's only another $13 min. But here's the catch, you get a seat They've replaced the pull down table with a small flip down "table" that is about 1/3 the size of a standard table. While this does offer more legroom, it makes eating difficult and uncomfortable. I could not rest a standard square salad container on it during the flight. Luckily, I had a plastic bag from the vendor that I could put over my slacks to act as a big placemat. I didn't want to spill dressing on my pants. No WIFI onboard In short, I will be avoiding Frontier in the future. I do fly budget airlines like SW, but at least the attitude there is better. And what you get is clear."
Cons: "Hidden fees, Spartan service"
Cons: "You have to pay to reserve a seat."
Pros: "loved the price options, and efficient borading process"
Cons: "selection of items to snack on very poor and unhealthy. 4.5 hour flight something healthy would have been nice"
Pros: "The crew was friendly and the plane was clean. Seats aren't too bad either."
Cons: "This is the only airline I know of that charges for a carry on bag as well as non-alcoholic beverages. Also, the charging for seats is ridiculous."
Pros: "Pretty much nothing."
Cons: "The fact that you have to pay for a seat - any seat - and carry on, and water, for God's sake. Unreal. Rude flight crew ("take your body parts out of the aisles"), incompetent and rude boarding crew (completely ignoring boarding order, except to make one elderly Asian man leave the line - while clearly letting everyone else board in whatever order they pleased.) Horrible plane - ridiculously uncomfortable seats, no legroom at all. I am 5'10", healthy and middle-aged, and sat with my legs crunched for 4 1/2 hours, leaving me almost unable to walk after the flight. I will never ever fly Frontier again if I can help it. And I will absolutely tell everyone I can not to either. Awful experience."
Cons: "Baggage prices was not clear... I feel that it needs to be stated clearly that carry on luggage is to be paid for at departure..."
Cons: "Hidden seat and carry on fees. Come on now. What is the likely hood someone doesn't have a bag flying 2500 miles. You're going to charge for that in addition to the ticket? Plus, yes plus another charge to select a seat. Super dumb and honestly a bit childish. Put your entire price online and let people pick. Also note zero wifi. I know you're a lower tear airlines but it's 2016! Give the people the all in price and if you won't give them entertainment or wifi make worth their wild. Also note, the tray table was about the size of a tablet, I couldn't even use my computer to do local work during the flight. I appreciate the safe flight but from a high level: 1: make your online prices more transparent. 2: if you're going to be lower tear, make it clear that wifi and infighting entertainment isn't included. People will still choose to fly cheap, but to burry hidden charges is horrible."
Pros: "If Kayak wants to boost its website it should give overall projected costs for flights not just bare bones prices. Frontier is the biggest nickel and diming company since Ryan Air. What a disgusting and dubious way to run a business. Worst experience ever. I have had and continue to have status with at least two of the large carriers, so I have flown a lot. Too bad no one else could provide the direct flight to Cincinnati."

Pros: "Low price"
Cons: "Could not buy sandwich on plane. I was hungry all day."
Pros: "Flight is on time."
Cons: "All except water is for sale!"
Pros: "The staff was friendly, flight went well."
Cons: "I didn't like the delayed flight I lost my reservation with the car rental and they wouldn't reimburse me. I rather be late knowing the plane is working properly then rushing to get there. Thank you."
Cons: "I sat in the last row. The smell coming from the bathroom was so bad that I gagged multiple times. Air ventilation must be worked on in frontier planes. This can not be sanitary to have bathroom air blowing on the last row. Anytime someone closed the bathroom door, our row of seats shook."
Cons: "The departure gate was changed at the last minute to an international gate, meaning, we had to exit security and go through international security. Many of us had purchased beverages/food that we then had to throw out. Complimentary beverages were not offered in flight as compensation. Then, my bag was lost. Apparently, all but two bags made it onto the flight- not really sure what happened there."
Pros: "Everyone was friendly"
Cons: "The baggage and seating fees are ridiculous. Flight was delayed (not for weather or safety). Seats are so uncomfortable. Zero leg room. No complimentary beverages."
Cons: "No human should have to endure a flight on this airline that is over two hours. Awful, just awful. Worst seats ever invented."
Cons: "The amount of hidden fees was ridiculous. It added on about $80 after the price it quoted me. The staff on board were super rude to everyone. And you can't even get any food or drinks on board without them charging you more! Ridiculous..."
Cons: "I took off time from work today to catch a 5:25 flight from San Francisco to Denver, arriving at 9:05. It's now 11:55 pm and I am still sitting at gate 21 with a whole bunch of people other waiting for a plane to arrive. My only choices are to wait of this plane to show up, or come back in the morning to take the 5:45am flight. I have business meetings in Denver tomorrow morning. I had a car rented and a hotel reserved. The car rental in Denver closes is 5 minutes. The thing that's the most upsetting is that we keep receiving erroneous information. The original departure time was 5:25. Then we were told 6:00. Then we were told 9:00pm. Then we were told 12:03, Then we were told 12:20. Now we are being told they don't know when the plane will arrive to take us to Denver. I will NEVER fly Frontier again."
Cons: "I have been in the airport for 8 hours. I am still waiting for the flight to board."
Pros: "Checking in was smooth."
Cons: "Did not like the fact that you have to pay for all food and drinks. Seats are too close together and no way to recline. Packed in like sardines and on top of it have to pay $75 to check 2 bags, more if you carry on. Ridiculous!"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The flight attendants were rude and not helpful"
Cons: "Flight was old and couldn't adjust seat when we get to airport was big line and only one agent working I won't take this company any more dispointed"
Pros: "Easy to check in. Everyone very helpful and friendly."
Cons: "No criticisms"
Cons: "A little noisy"
Pros: "... I guess the only positive thing is that is there weren't delays. That's it."
Cons: "No legroom, no entertainment, no charging ports, crew is not pleasant, har to pay extra fees for everything, including checking in for a seat, charged $2 for a cup of water, charges $20 for a CARRY ON.. Not flying with frontier again."
Cons: "Flight delayed, no communication, unfriendly desk staff"
Cons: "extra fees for everything!!"
Pros: "Friendly crew, liked the Happy Hour special..offset the cost of no complimentary beverage"
Cons: "Surprised about the price of luggage, my seat and front pocket was dirty with stuck gum"
Pros: "The desk staff were nice even when people were yelling at him."
Cons: "I didn't like that my flight was delayed 6 hours"
Cons: "There is a fee for carry on bag too."
Pros: "Like any flight, boarding a unloading was efficient. That's about the only good thing."
Cons: "The seats were small, uncomfortable, with no head rests. I had a back ache the entire time and left the plane miserable. Seriously, spend $50 more and fly with a modicum of comfort instead of like human cattle"
Pros: "So...i will never fly frontier again. Charging $40 for a carry on is outrageous. Also, i had to pay $17 to check in and get a seat. In my opinion, this is the worst airline I've ever flown. I'd rather book a flight that was (40+40+17+17) more expensive so i knew what i was getting. Than fly this airline again. On plane the service was great. I just felt like i was duped into buying a more expensive ticket than was proposed. I will never fly frontier again ( and i tell my friends that too)."
Cons: "So...i will never fly frontier again. Charging $40 for a carry on is outrageous. Also, i had to pay $17 to check in and get a seat. In my opinion, this is the worst airline I've ever flown. Pros: "I got to my destination on time."
Cons: "it's not worth cheap ticket if your going to charge an arm and leg for everything else."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Fees for seat choice, no entertainment, most uncomfortable seats, no leg room (I'm 5'6 140#), fee for a can of juice, terrible and expensive (snack) choices, mechanical difficulties for this airline are the norm."
Pros: "They refunded some of my money back"
Cons: "The crew didn't show up for our 6 a.m. flight. Most airlines would have a contingency plan for this which might include (a) early notification to passengers (b) automatic rebooking connections. Pretty much all would be able to get you to your continental U.S. destination sometime that day. Frontier can't and doesn't even try. They informed the passengers of a 4.5 hour delay right at the time we were supposed to board. Then they informed the vast majority of the passengers with connections that not only would we not make the connections but that we would not make our final destinations that day (it's still 6:30 a.m. at this point). They refused to book us on other airlines. They offered to either give us $100 for a hotel or to refund this leg of the trip and our $40 carry-on fee (another scourge) and told us good luck. I booked a very expensive one-way flight on United so I could get home."
Pros: "The flight was delayed 4.5 hours and arrived well after midnight. There were no emails sent out from Frontier giving any reason for the delay, and no representative was available at the gate to explain the change. However, free television was offered for the entire flight (I'm assuming because of the delay), which was a pleasant surprise. Staff onboard the plane were polite, but not much helps a 1am arrival."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 4.5 hours and arrived well after midnight. There were no emails sent out from Frontier giving any reason for the delay, and no representative was available at the gate to explain the change."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The whole experience sucked...extremely high baggage fees, rude employees, and they wouldn't give me a gate pass so I couldn't hang out with my fiancee and son at the terminal before their plan left..."
Pros: "I'm typically on the Thursday flight from SFO to ORD. For the most part the flight has departed on time and arrived into Chicago early or ahead of scheduled arrival. The seats and space is comfortable. The price is also very competitive over all. The planes have generally been clean. I like the early flight time from SFO and option to arrive into ORD at a reasonable hour."
Cons: "Flight crew is generally rude, and unfriendly. You can notice the difference in professionalism between the flight crew on American Air or Virgin than Frontier. The take off/and landing is not the smoothest, and the navigation through turbulence is poor. The customer service agents at the airports have been rude. I was in the airport security line for over an hour. I had asked an Customer Service rep for help that was walking by to avoid missing my flight. The person ignored me and continued walking. The service charge for carry on is not favorable. I dislike arriving early into Chicago and having to wait on the run way for over 15-20 min before we can get to a gate. Defeats the early arrival."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Service, seats, everything...not worth the cheaper price"
Pros: "Crew was great. Boarding was great as was checking in with security."
Cons: "Paying for coffee is ticky tacky, as is not understanding clearly how many charges Frontier adds to ticket cost. Bad news as between seat, baggage, food my ticket was almost twice as much. Not good for public relations. Very disappointing."
Cons: "Canceled after asking us to stay for eight hours and already got onboard"
Cons: "The fare as advertised was misleading. I did not realize until after the flight was booked that I would have to pay an additional fee to select ANY seat. I would have much preferred that the basic seat price be included in the fare. While I anticipate baggage fees at this point, I was taken aback that carry-ons were more than checked luggage. As for the additional fee for a soda...is that really necessary? Not planning to fly Frontier in the future."
