Sf to Mexico was fine

Lost my immigration form and missed my flight. Airline told me to talk to my booking agent. I spent time talking to justfly and it took them a long time to tell me they couldn’t do anything and I’m stuck in Mexico for a day.

a crew member was extremely rude and yield at us because we got confused with custom’s paper work and eventhough she saw we were there filling it out again she told her coworker to close the flight with out us and nobody did or tried to help I would never recommend, if I could rate no stars for bording and crew I would do it

Flight was delayed , your website was slow and could not do check in over the web, when I️ got to the counter 3 hours before my flight I️ was still delayed because I️ couldn’t do an online check in. Made it to the gate with one hour to spare but don’t think you should penalize people because of your own issues
