Pros: "Delta was smart with boarding early once they realized everyone had cleared security. Flight took off on-time and arrived early. The crew was excellent and exuded energy although it was the end of the day."
Cons: "I ordered a special asian vegetarian meal and it was just plain horrible. I had to settle for the cookie. It's nice that they serve a complimentary meal on the red eye flight but the quality of the food was bad. Entertainment options were also limited although they had some recent box office entries from last year. The leg room also wasn't great but that's expected in economy I guess."

I won't be able to get a seat ahead of time on the way home either which will be an even longer flight (6+ hours) and will likely be stuck in a middle seat yet again. If this is the case with booking through third party sites, I won't do this again."

There should be more education to the passenger in general. If you don't have a connection, just stay put for an extra 5 minutes, is nothing crazy to do."

Cons: "My flight from SFO to Miami was delayed so I missed my connection to Rio and now I’m NYC on my birthday instead of my final destination. The flight status was changed 7 times. And AA said they would get my bag off but they did not and now I have to wait at JFK and hope it got rerouted here. And if it didn’t to hope it can on another flight before I hopefully actually get on a flight for Rio. Nobody has comped me for losing a day in Rio and for my hotel room. And this has been the worst flight exeperience or my life which unfortunately landed on my birthday. One I’ll remember in a sad and bad way. American Airlines refused to compensate me because I got my tickets via Kayak and I haven’t been able to find a number to complain to a Kayak agent whom I sure would say I had to contact American Airlines and nobody would help or take responsilvitu for this disaster."

The clerks seemed to be working quite slowly and were quite unconcerned about the growing line. I'm glad I checked in early for my flight!"

I couldn't download my tickets prior to arriving at the airport. It was super confusing because I couldn't figure out whether I was flying on British Airways or American Airlines. I didn't know what terminal to go to. I finally checked in with American even after they told me to go to British Airways. Next, American said that my booking was messed up such that they couldn't check my bag through. So at Chicago I had to exit the Secure area, pick up my bag from baggage check, check it back in and go back through security. I still didn't have my ticket for the chicago-barcelona leg of the trip. At American, they told be I had to exit the airport again to go to British Airways for the Chicago- Barcelona leg of the trip. Luckily, i asked another agent and she confirmed my flight was though American. It was the most confusing flight experience, I have ever had."

After three times into three planes, arrived Chicago at 3:30am without the checked baggage."

Seat is uncomfortable for tall passengers such as myself at 6'5". Important to bring neck support. I had brought one but it was not stiff enough to offer good support. It also would have been a nice touch for writing implements of one sort or another to have been passed out to complete the board card that needed to be filled when entering U.K."

I was sent to three different counters regarding my onward travel - sent from terminal to terminal. No onward travel was resolved and I eventually just paid for a train onward. I was told this was because it was a weather delay but at the boarding gate multiple announcements were made about repairing the plane and replacing batteries. United deliberately wasted my time and never fulfilled their obligations to get me to my destination. (Additionally, wifi and entertainment was not functional the entire 11 hour flight)"

The staff at the airport gate wasn't helpful at all, they offer no emotional support but asked us to "make a complaint in baggage reclaim". There, the staff was a little more helpful and gave us a new stroller (very small, not close to ours, but we used it anyway). I had to call many times until I reach a spanish speaker that showed concern for our problem and finally found our stroller and sent it to our hotel."

Surprised that Adobe Flash + DRM software is required. They're supposed to be downloadable from the inflight system, but that wasn't working. Crew don't have expertise to deal with this (wasn't expecting them to). Movie selection looked decent enough."

Cons: "First : I bought Lufthansa tickets but was flown w United. Rude staff terrible food and unbearable seating no tv monitors per seat. I travel to Europe 4 time a year... This was without question the worse"

Pros: "It was my grandson's first plane ride. They let us board early because I was managing two carry on suitcases. The flight was smooth and he loved the apple juice. He learned so much by looking out the window and seeing the ground and the clouds."

Pros: "That the flight came in to London 30 mins sooner than its scheduled time."
Cons: "Terrible behavior by the crew. It felt truly humiliating to be spoken to condescendingly by them and treated very badly."

Cons: "None of the entertainment units worked in my entire section, about 19 rows all together. I was not able to access the light or call function. These should be separated from the media units and should be functional at all times regardless of technical issues. Food choices were interesting. The barley salad was quite strange. I would take that off the menu, if possible. It was quite inedible. Flavor profile was not good."

Pros: "The crew was extremely helpful on both flights. This made the whole experience very pleasant."

Cons: "UA staff tried to intimidate my daughter into redesign sting her registered service dog as a "comfort aninal", and demanded that she describe the nature of the dog's service, IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT. UA staff also, at the outset of the flight, attempted to confiscate all food and drink items from passengers, so that UA could immediately sell food and drink items to passengers."

Cons: "Seats were not comfortable, no individual tv screens"

Pros: "You can carry up to 16kg in your carry on. That's great."
Cons: "Food was below average and only twice during a 14 hours flight. Plus, no free snack available... you have to pay. I will think twice about travelling with United for an international flight."

Pros: "Do not use frontier. There was a snow storm 4 days ago and frontier us still delaying every flight. All other airlines on time. Flight in was delayed3.5 hrs and return was delayed 3hrs. Again it has been sunshine and nice the last 3 days but frontier insits the issues are not there fault but weather related. Pay the extra money and fly anyone else."

Pros: "Worst airline ever. Cancelled the flight due to operational issues and had nothing to offer except a flight 4 days later. Total waste of time and money."
Cons: "Respectable airlines will offer you something to get to your destination - booked on another airline or at least a hotel if you are stuck. This is not a respectable airline."

Pros: "The flight arrived 40 minutes early."
Cons: "I paid $40 for a carry on. The plane was not pressurized, I've never had my ears hurt to bad on a plane."

Cons: "I use to love Frontier back in 2006-2008. I purposely booked the trip on Frontier as they were known to be clean and comfortable. Much to my surprise the plane was very very small, the seats did not recline at all (horrible for an overnight flight) and the trays were so small I couldn't even fit my laptop on it."

Cons: "I did not like that the airline did a horrible job informing the passengers what was going on after realizing that the original plane had "mechanical problems.""

Pros: "The attendants and the crew were very sympathetic and did everything in their power to accommodate the passages due to the delay."
Cons: "Waiting in the airport from 7 am to 2 pm due to multiple flight delays. I had a short trip and the first day would have allowed time to sight see before the conference. We arrived to late in the evening to visit any sights."

Cons: "Flight was delayed for 4.5 hours for maintenance issues, we had to cancel all of the plans I made for the day. I was at the airport for nearly 7 hours and then had to wait on the replacement plane to refuel for over an hour after boarding. Awful."

Cons: "An hr delay, only one working bathroom, rude staff, late 45min wait for checked bag. Overall got to my destination in Denver about 2 hrs late."

Cons: "THe flight was delayed by close to two hours, but more surprising was the amount of extraunexpected money we had to spend for basics-close to $30.00 each to "pick" seats, $130.00 each for baggage (yes you have to pay for any luggage beyond one personal item like a purse), money for food, etc. There are not even basics on the lfight such as blankets, and the seats don't recline. Overall, not an airline I would choose again as the "bargain" price turns out to be full of hidden costs that weren't clearly explained upfront"

Pros: "They nervously switched us to a new plane when they couldn't fix the first one."
Cons: "No food, not even a magazine to read on the 4 hour flight. Both of my flights were delayed without any prior warning, so I was sat in the airport for hours waiting for them to extent the delay (which they did several times on my way to my destination). Avoiding Fronier in the future."

Cons: "Flight delayed over 6 hours and they still charged an arm and leg for everything"

Cons: "Seats did not recline and were very uncomfortable. Couldn't believe you had to buy your drinks. No snacks. By the time that I paid all the a'lacart it cost me more than a flight with Delta or Southwest. Will not be flying Frontier again."

Cons: "The online price was competitive, but it was bait and switch, because I had to pay an additional $90 for a single overhead bag, round trip."

Cons: "Sat on runway for 40 min after landing in what otherwise was a good flight."

Pros: "the flight was cancelled after being delayed for 4 hours. it was delayed because "many passengers booked the flight", and then it was cancelled because the window crack was found. fronter did not partner with other arilines, so the next one was available in 3 days. i had to cancel my whole flight and book last-minute flight with United and left in an hour. I had to pay $1000 extra for this flight. Frontier really ruined my day and my finanicals."

Cons: "Delayed 3 hours, then told flight was cancelled! Frontier did nothing for passengers! Return flight had over 2 hour delay! We changed carrier and had no problems. Will never fly Frontier again!"

Cons: "I cannot stand the fee structure of charging more than any other airline for EVERYHING! $60 to pay for one carry on bag if it is at the gate!!! You guys are simply mercenary. Pros: "The crew was as helpful as possible, very kind and clearly as frustrated with the situation as we were, and did their best to make sure the rest of our flight was comfortable."

We were loaded on to the plane, then told it would be another hour, got off the plane, got back on, and it was still another 20 minutes until we started moving. It was tiring, frustrating, and caused a lot of issues with my ride in Phoenix. I do understand, however, that many of the issues were unavoidable, such as mechanical problems and missing mechanics, but it was frustrating nevertheless."

Cons: "I had a pretty unpleasant experience with Frontier on 12/21/15. Rain in San Francisco caused flight delays. Go figure. Frontier kept us waiting for six hours then cancelled the flight. They were rude; they didn't help their customers, including families with kids, get on other airlines; said they would try to getpeople out of SFO in the next couple days! When I realized I would not get to the wedding I was trying to attend, they siad they wouldn't refund my money' When I insistedon a refund they then said there would be a $19.99 cancellation fee. Eventually, they agreed on a refund. Pretty poor way to run a business. On the other hand, when I needed to cancel my Enterprise car rental, I was able to do it in less than two minutes over the phone - no hassle."

Cons: "I don't know why I chose to fly frontier again. Cheap rates, but you have to pay for a carry on, which is ridiculous. You don't get a free beverage, the crew is alright and the seats are so uncomfortable and small. I can't imagine how someone bigger than a 5'4, 120lb female could sit through a flight. This was my last time flying with this company and I will not recommend it to anyone!"

Cons: "If it weren't for having had so many bad airline experiences, I would rate it lower. And hour delayed for a 2 hour flight. Frontier seems reasonably priced, until you factor in the hidden fees - $30 for a checked bag, $35 FOR A CARRY ON, $ to choose ANY seat. Not much legroom and seats didn't recline. At least they didn't lose my suitcase."

Pros: "I flew stand-by & got the last seat so ya it was excellent"

Cons: "A $30 ticket ended up costing me over $200 because of all the extra charges for baggage. Never once have I been charged to take my guitar on a plane but they wanted $60 at the gate. Not to mention that I flew Frontier with my guitar for free 3 weeks before this happened. I will never fly with Frontier again. Do yourself a favor and choose an airline that is upfront about what they will charge you for."

Cons: "I spent the entire day in the airport b/c they strung us along 2 hours at time. Then when the plane was finally ready they had to get a new staff for the plane and delayed us another 4 hours. Couldn't they have planned ahead and found a staff before the plane was ready?!? Or if they had just told us upfront the repair was going to take 8-12 hours we could have made use of our day. Losing a whole day of productivity when you own a small business is catastrophic. Frontier really screwed me over."

Cons: "Paying to sit next to my husband, delayed, got in late and had to sit there for another 45 minutes so instead of getting off at 7:30 it was about 10:00. Crew was rude and pushy and the tray tables were half the size of normal airplane tables."

Cons: "Never had the chance to fly... missed the connection because they were late and they didn't have another flight. I had to buy a ticket on another airline just to get home!"

Cons: "Couple in front of me was constantly being annoying, Guy behind us spilled water on us three times. the woman in front of me kept trying to push her seat back while I was sleeping. The crew was being completely useless and didn't help at all."

Pros: "I liked the no frills boarding process. Nothing special there. I'm always just glad to get on the plane and on to my destination."
Cons: "I didn't like the fees for carry on, food, or to request a different seat. I'd rather pay more for my ticket, and forgo these ridiculous fees. No one likes to pay a fee, or feel like they're paying one. I don't think I'll be flying frontier anytime soon. Not worth the slightly lower plane tickets at all. Plus, imagine if you're taking a short trip and need to bring a carry on. Cmon, now!"

Cons: "Hidden costs, uncomfortable seats, little space. Not worth the cheap tickets when you then have to pay for a seat and high prices for baggage. It comes out the same as other airlines."
