Instabul airport was the usual chaos, which does not add to the experience for transfers. Also: boarding started late and of course was not done and time and since we lost our slot we were further delayed taking off. That made the transfer time even less and the situation more stressful."

It's almost 2016. The lines also moved ridiculously slowly, and to add to my consternation, the "online check in" line was serviced by far fewer desks than the normal check-in line. Shouldn't there be an incentive for checking in online? This experience was STUPID AND FRUSTRATING."

Pros: "Delta was smart with boarding early once they realized everyone had cleared security. Flight took off on-time and arrived early. The crew was excellent and exuded energy although it was the end of the day."

It's nice that they serve a complimentary meal on the red eye flight but the quality of the food was bad. Entertainment options were also limited although they had some recent box office entries from last year. The leg room also wasn't great but that's expected in economy I guess."

If this is the case with booking through third party sites, I won't do this again."

There is no public area to move around in, which I kind of thought there would be for such a huge airplane. The seats and room were even less than other airplanes (in "World Traveler"--economy) which is a drag because I am a bit shy of 6'. The seat in front of me was about 10" from my face during the flight with mine reclined all the way (and the person in front of me) Pretty much impossible to sleep--ugh."

Cons: "After everyone was boarded in the plane, the pilot announced that a fuel pump was broken and that they would try to fix it. 2 and half hours later, the pilot announced they couldn't fix it and that a new one would have to come from London to San Francisco to replace it (as if the only place to get decent plane parts was London)!!!! The plane was rescheduled to fly the next day at 18.00. It didn't actually leave until after midnight, causing us to miss our connecting flights not just once, but again the next day. Communication by British Airways about what was going on and when we could expect to fly was awful throughout, and their customer service was worse than abysmal. I will avoid flying BA in the future."

Cons: "Too short time for connecting flight resulted in missing my connection. BA decided to try a new software system on a high travel date which resulted in an hour delay. Many passengers missed their connecting flights."

Pros: "Not much of anything. No complimentary food or drink for a nearly five hour flight, and sub- par customer service."
Cons: "The check in agents with Iberia airlines in Porto were rude, the. told me only when I arrived that I could not carry on “camping backpacks”, so I would have to check it for an additional 40 euro to check it.. despite saying they’d be happy to check “carry on” free of charge.. I’ve never had a problem with my backpack before, and it fits well within the size restrictions and easily fits in the overhead.. then they were unable to transfer my bag that I payed 40 euro to check, to my connecting flight. Therefore I had to wait two days to receive my luggage at my final destination in Rome.. Overall a really mediocre and frustrating experience."

Cons: "Very little room amongst the seats. Tiny armrests and little room to move in your seat without disturbing the neighbor. No entertainment"

Pros: "Nothing. The airline changed the departure time for the first leg of my flight so I could not check my connection and had to cancel my flight and rebook with another airline."

Cons: "There was a broken restroom on the plane in the main section, so then, they should keep an eye on the remaining restrooms as they get dirtier sooner. Madrid barajas airport is an ordeal, Iberia needs to explain better that passport control happens when you get to terminal 4S on the tram AND then there are TWO more passport controls. then there isn't enough space for people to line up for the various groups, creating friction. Iberia just needs to be more organized."

Pros: "The crew in my area were very helpful. The young guy next to me passed on the dinner choices. The crew member came back and asked if he would like some pretzels, etc. which I thought was very nice. They were very friendly."
Cons: "Just a suggestion that the ear jacks for the entertainment be passed out earlier. Luckily I brought my own but my neighbors on both sides had a long wait until they were passed out."

Cons: "The condition of the flight attendants should be improve so that they not appear to be grouchy all the time. My video display was not functioning, when I asked for help the flight attendant seemed offended. He went to the back and did get it fixed. I thanked him, but he did not even look at me."

Cons: "LEG ROOM! This was less than normal space! The seats were so close to each other I couldn’t even straighten up my knees! This is a long haul flight, it is not humane to keep people folded in 3 for 12h!"

Cons: "Ticket had no info on baggage allowance. Got charged $55 for one piece. Website has glitches that would not save passport info. Flight attendant did nothing. Did not ask people to have their seats upright during landing. No food or even water for a 7 hour flight unless you pay. Seat uncomfortable. Horrible experience."

Cons: "My entertainment console went out right after takeoff. I can’t sleep on a plane, and I waited 5 hours for the attendant to finally reboot it. And one rather surly, overweight attendant with attitude"

Cons: "Even water they gave only for purchase. The flight arrived on time, but there was a long wait for luggage at the Budapest airport"

Cons: "I had ordered a gluten free meal but in the chaos of my seat moving multiple times, it got lost in the shuffle so I wasn't able to eat much of the food that was served. I have long legs and the seat provided almost no where for them to go. I was very uncomfortable by the end of the flight."

Pros: "The seats were good and for once I felt like I had enough leg room. The entertainment consul had a good selection of movies and tv programs."
Cons: "The attendants were not very attentive and I eventually had to ask for a customs form since I never received one. I feel like long international flights should offer food without having to pay for it, whether or not it is a "discount" airline."

Cons: "The whole experience of missing my connecting flight due to Iberia's delay. When we deplaned they gave us Express Connection envelopes and told us to run to our gate - 21 minutes away, a passport and a security checkpoint along the way... this is after a red eye... facing an 11 hour delay before my next flight and a voucher to McDonald's - really????"

Cons: "I stopped at the Iberia check-in at Barajas in Madrid. They sent me to BA check-in, where I waited 45 minutes to find out that I should be at Iberia check-in. Then, Iberia check-in had to send me to last minute clerk or I would have missed my flight. Last minute check-in ended up being the same place and same clerk I began with."

Cons: "Before boarding, crew member had each of us throw our carry on luggage through a hole in the wall (no, they didn't help), down a chute (yeah, a slide... not a motorized belt or anything), watching our luggage hit the ones below. No one was below to catch them, and we saw them slamming into each other, some falling on the ground. Highly disturbing!"

Pros: "No free food this time. Shorter EU flight and seats not as spacious because of it."

Cons: "The seats are by far the most constricted I’ve ever been in"

Cons: "Despite seeing a crew bring 3 pieces of luggage to the plane, since the cargo was closed they turned around and 1 of those was my luggage which arrived a day later. The flight was late departing and then required to circle the airport and then the luggage did not make it."

Cons: "Gate agents never seem to recognize how difficult it is to hear announcements when there are anout 100 people milling around the gate and chatting. Boarding announcements need to be loud, clear, and spoken slowly. Repetirion wouldn't hurt."

Cons: "Crew and service personnel were rude, Food was bad, entertainment was none existent! Very long flight without entertainment and rude service"

Pros: "I liked the food and the fact that we could have wine with dinner."
Cons: "I didn't like the boarding procedure. There was an announcement for business class first, but then there wasn't enough said about the rest of the boarding i.e. "Group one can board now." Everyone was moving forward whether they were in group 1, 2, or 3. It was disorganized and not handled in a fair and efficient manner."

Cons: "My ticket said operated by British Airways so after an hour of standing in line - why there were two agents baffles me-- I was told to go stand in the Iberia one. I went to a kiosk and it didn't recognize my flight, so I finally got ahold of someone. The night before I was unable to check in because their site had crashed, so there was no way for me to know where to go."

Pros: "Great crew, funny and friendly. Really enjoyed my first experience on Iberia. The Economy Plus was really nice. I wasn't expecting a preflight beverage. Nice touch."

Cons: "The bus to the plane stayed fully packed at the terminal for several minutes. I heard several people start complaining about their heat. The crew at the terminal were brusque. Other than that, the flight was fine. I wasn't offered any food or drink, but once we were flying, there were no additional delays."

Cons: "According to my itinerary, we were scheduled to fly from Marrakech to Casablanca on Royal Moroccan Airlines flight 402. There was no flight. My itinerary also said we were to fly out of Casablanca on American Airlines. After sitting at the gate for over 2 hrs. in Marrakech,one of the ground crew members told us our flight had been canceled, but we were never notified. The supervisor refused to give us a letter stating that they screwed up by either sending us to the wrong gate, or that the flight had been canceled so I could get my money back thru my travel insurance. She said the flight was not cancelled so it wasn't her fault. No flight left from our gate. She refused to help us book another flight. I had no smart phone to book another flight and she told me, that was too bad. I asked what should I do, she said "that is your problem not mine, I cannot help you." There were 2 others they sent to the wrong gate and 6 others who had the same problem as us. Later 2 others, on a different flight with RAM, walked up to the ticketing section and said they were sent to the wrong gate and missed their flight too. I need a letter from someone so I can retrieve my $1800 back from my travel insurance because we had to book other flights and stay an extra day in a hotel in Casablanca. I don't feel that is asking too much. We were there early to fly out and did everything they told us to do. Luckily, someone cared enough to let me use their smart phone to book another flight and hotel or this could of been a real tragedy."
