Flight (boarding, landing, on time) were all good. No complaints at all there.
Food: Received one very thin wafer during a 6 hour outgoing flight. Did not receive any food for the 5 hour return flight.
Entertainment: No tv or music at seat. Had to use an app (downloaded in advance which we didn't do fur the outgoing flight) to get even minimal entertainment, or pay for an upgrade to get expanded options.
I only happened to wake up at about 3am to see that I had an email from Virgin saying my flight was cancelled, so I had to get out of bed, call the airport, and sit on the phone with them for about 20 minutes. I did get transferred to another flight free of charge which was great, but it was annoying.
