What "entertainment"? You mean the safety demo? You should provide a "not applicable" response option. The flight was smooth and uneventful except for the toddler boy who had a screaming tantrum for the first 45 minutes of the flight and again for the last 45 minutes. I'm sure I wasn't the only person who wished I could have slipped him a mickey. Surely there must be some way a flight attendant could intervene? Maybe letting him run around the flight attendant chamber for a few minutes, just to let off steam.

Being 6'3", not many planes are designed with your comfort in mind. I fit fairly comfortably in a non-emergency row seat. Last time I flew to Baltimore for work, I had a terrible experience with a different airline. It was $200 less expensive than most airlines, but I ended up paying more in baggage fees and seats. It was only a 1 hour flight and My boss said, "Cheap things usually cost you more, in money, time, and emotion" and nothing has been truer. I always assumed that flights were always unpleasant experiences. Now, I know better."

Cons: "Boarding was chaotic, with people sitting in wrong seats and walking the wrong way down the plane. Crew were not especially friendly. I know it was at the tail end of a long Sunday, but it wasn't impressive."
Pros: "I did not like anything about the flight to be honest. Oh wait you did have cool club lights that were blue that tried to distract me from the fact that I had to take an American airlines flight."
Cons: "Holy moly. You know if you stopped charging extra money for checked baggage you wouldn't have a ridiculously annoying amount of customers with too many bags for overhead storage. Then you wouldn't have to threaten your customers to store their small bags under the seat. Then I would have room for my feet under the seat. When I would have been comfortable. I also wouldn't have to annoy my neighbor with trying to move and get comfortable. But instead the exact opposite happened and I'm offended you guys have America anywhere near your name."
Cons: "Did not get to finish the movie I was watching on my first flight and movies were not offered on this flight."
Pros: "The flight was boarded well in advance of takeoff, which was a pleasant surprise. The short flight was smooth and uneventful. I enjoyed a free movie, and then we were back on the ground."
Cons: "When I booked my flight, I used Kayac like I always have in the past. To begin with, I selected several flights that were listed, only to have it tell me that this flight is no longer offered, which I assume is engineered to get me to select a more expensive flight. Once I finally found a flight that was still available, I selected it and began the process of providing information and selecting seat assignments. On 2 of the 4 legs of the round trip, there were no more seats available except for upgrade seats, which resulted in an extra $100.00+ in charges. Then when I finished the transaction, I noticed an extra $200.00 charge added. End result was that I ended up paying over double what I would normally pay for this same round trip that I have made many many times. I feel, no I know, that some customer relations person will look at this comment and reply with a pre-generated response apologizing and hoping I have a better experience in the future and thank me for using Kayac. Big companies like yours look at one customer as no big deal. I'm a Physician and have the ability to reach out to multitudes. I'm going to make it my mission in life to reach out to as many people as I can through word of mouth, signs in my office, Internet and social media to let them know about the deplorable practices of your company."

Cons: "Bad seating system you can have a front of plane seat, but be boarded last. That creates personal items from being able to be placed near your seat and forced to put in bins at back of plane. That means waiting for entire plane to unboard before getting personal items"
Cons: "Was delayed for several hours then when the plane showed up the flight was cancelled. I was not given I decent deal I was put on a letter flight when in actually I made if home earlier because of a desk woman who noticed I she could help. I was given a small sandwhich it was already late at night. No place to stay nothing while stuck in Dallas. Ended up going to philly then Newport News."

Cons: "The seats are pretty uncomfortable. They are so close together and there is no room to store anything. The tray tables are a joke, you can't even fit an iPad on them. The bag check process was trouble at both legs. They have lower weight limits than the major carriers and that really should be highlighted better when you book with Allegiant. Also, bag checkin for the flight I was on started at 7:45am. There were only 2 people at the checkin counter and one of them was busy doing something and ignoring the customers. So that was a little annoying."
Cons: "I bought a flight that I had to end up cancelling - when I called to cancel - within the 24 hour period, they would not let me cancel despite text on my confirmation saying that there would be a free cancellation within the 24 hours. Extremely annoyed that there was a blatant miscommunication. I did not end up going on the flight but was unable to get a refund which seems ridiculous given that there was text on the website explicitly saying this was their policy."

Cons: "5 delays between for a 4:27PM flight that eventually took off at 3:15am. My biggest issue is the unrealistic delay that could have left us in the airport for 11+ hours. Very thankful that they did allow me to change departure locations to another airport at no charge. That flight went well, even arrived early."
