departed and arrived on time

I had to pay $25 to check a bag I could have carried on. To make matters worse, they attendants checked bags at the gate for FREE. I didn't like the hidden / nickel & dime fee and I resent that I paid when others did not.

When I was taking lunch the kick out of the seat after I paid the upgrade because one of the seat was for handicap people. Why the agent at the counter sold me everything and never told me.

The captain. Honost with clear communication

I don't even know where to start. Rudest lying service rep checking in Cabo. Basically I was traveling with another person. We walked up together because I purchased both tickets. we asked for first class upgrades rep said it was full. We made it through security all the way to our gate and noticed the Alaska rep only gave me a boarding pass he gave my friend a luggage claim but no boarding pass. So my friend had to go down stairs and get a boarding pass then return through the security screening. He got his ticket through the computer kiosk and guess what it offered first class upgrade for $15. There where 3 seats available. Next the plane was delayed and he never mentioned that! Next the tickets had the wrong boarding terminal it said terminal 4. The screens all stated 1A. The correct terminal was actually 1B. If your still reading it gets worse. We made it on the plane about an hour delayed. Then,yes there is a then! Then the a/c broke so they unloaded the plane and took our boarding passes. Everyone was so confused and scared. Elderly where hot and miserable. No Alaska reps communicated anything. Finally we get on the repaired plane and take off with no problems about 3 hours late and a plane full of pissed off people. Out of food out of everything blah blah heard I'm sorry 100 times from stuerdess. Then they ran out of the declaration forms for passengers so I was of course short changed and had to fill one out off the plane. They should have paid me for the flight. Cost me more money than the flight itself because of changed transportation and ruined fish I caught that dethawed from the delay. thanks Alaska you let me down again. 2nd time in a year.
