I elected to pay for the upgrades and found very little difference

Flight was hours late, unable to sit next to spouse, I have had so much better experiences. Substantially better, only saving grace was that it was a short flight.
An entire day of delays. Cost lots of money. Meals and a hotel.
Only downside was the legroom and seat width, which is always a problem unless I spend more for a premium seat.

Never went on board this flight. Kayak uses Underpricer (which is a scam business) as it's "customer service provider". This customer service is a classic bait and switch "service". I Got caught in the UnderPricer Bait and switch scam. 14 hours on the phone with people from India with heavy accents and upselling me to useless products. The original sell was a flight on spirit. Then they contact me later, an say after they have my money that the flight is no good as is is only one seat for a party of two. I am still in dispute to get my money back. Went to Spirit direct and had a beautiful vacation. I should never have used Kayak and their rip off artists UnderPricer.
No delays and arrived to destination 30 min early. Staff was super friendly.
My flight was canceled a few hours before boarding. I was rebooked on Copa airlines and missed an important meeting .
Everything was on time and service on the flight was great!
The boarding in Buenos Aires (at the on ramp) was not great. They had to check every carry on. Not a United problem but was a Buenos Aires problem.
Staff and aircraft were good. However, weather in Houston lee to a ground stop. We were looking at circling behind three other planes until the stop was lifted. Pilot said we didn’t have enough fuel for that. So we flew on to New Orleans as the closest port with immigration and customs staff. Landed there and sat in the plane for two hours plus while staff was sorted. Turned away by ICE. Waited for pilots to be switched out, but after they were approved by ICE. Then had to wait to get a runway because so many planes were ahead of us. Finally took off and flew back to Houston. We all missed our connecting flights because it took too long. Hotel voucher from United was only a link to booking site. Total BS. Finally got a flight out the next day after a night without sleep because all the Houston hotels were booked by rodeo and spring break crowds.
The travel company that you have on your site did me so wrong. I don’t know how it happened, but they put my son‘s name on my plane ticket flying to Vietnam. Along with his birthday. They would not have let me fly from Fort Myers to Ho Chi Minh City. I don’t think that I can ever use your service again. I typed my information into the browser along with my passport number and four days before I’m leaving I have to quickly search another ticket to fly out here.
Good flight. Efficient boarding and competent flight crew. No problems until we arrived at our destination gate. We were early so there was an aircraft at the gate that had to move before we could pull in. Then, due to the type of aircraft we flew, the cabin door could not be opened until some luggage from the cargo bay was offloaded to preserve center of gravity characteristics. So, that further delayed deplaning. Despite being 20 minutes early on landing, we ended up being 5 to 10 minutes late after all the delays.
This trip did not start off well. The inbound flight was delayed about 20 minutes. Then, after initial onboarding, the passengers had to deplane due to a mechanical problem. That took about 30 minutes to fix and be cleared. Then, reboarding was chaotic. It took a long time to sort passengers and two passengers on standby were ticketed but there was no seat. So, they had to deplane. One of the flight crew was trying to help passengers figure out a place to put their carry-on bags and that took more time. In the end, our scheduled 10:30 am departure did not actually take off until about 12:05 pm CST. The flight itself was long but we got to Houston. Some passengers missed their connecting flights and had to rebook. Not the best of flights I've had.
Complimentary light meal would be appreciated. But great flight crew service on all legs
Crew was tired as we all were. Pretty abrupt. Flight was delayed. Not as enjoyable as the other 3 legs we flew.
Given I (and I’m assuming most people) have both carry in and a personal item included in their fare, I find it very unfair that on neither of my flights I was able to use the overhead for my small backpack because they were completely rammed with luggage, people personal items, jackets, hats and other items. So the only item I brought in had to be stuffed under my seat while they had their leg room and sat comfortable with all of their items in the overhead. This has to stop because I was uncomfortable on both flights when I only had one smaller item that could not be checked due to its contents (medication etc). Plenty of people could have checked theirs but chose not to and then took up the space allotment for 2 people.
The flight attendant in business class was excellent! Professional, friendly and attentive.

Where do I start!! I was delayed with my flight from Dallas to Tampa. On the way back from Tampa to Dallas the flight was delayed over 4 hours+. I was put on another flight that was also delayed but not as long. Traveling on American Airlines is becoming exhausing.

I guess if you don't run the AC it saves on fuel? Everyone complained the entire trip about how hot the cabin was. Also, extremely cramped. AA allows a little space per passenger as is legal. Not cheap, ticket prices were high.

The flight from Boston to San Juan was boring since you guys don’t offer wings if during the flight. The returning flight was better offering WiFi to passengers. The food was horrible not enough on stock.serve paying customers better.
Forgot my anxiety pills, crew didn’t knew what to do then few minutes after they gave me a bottle of water and told me to walk thru the hall. They should be trained for this kinds of situations cause it really would help someone. Tips: bottle of water (airports should allow passengers at least having them thru) for this kinds of situations. Alcohol wipes just in case they don’t have. Tap water on skin (preferably little cold or a normal temperature) this will help.

Terrible. I never made my trip to Puerto Rico and my layover flight from IAH to MCO was delayed over 3 hours and made me miss my connecting flight. I spend 2 days in an airport just to have to go back to Houston. This was a trip for my birthday and I lost money on this trip. I understand the situation with Venezuela affected flights but it’s always something with Spirit.
Every Spirit flight we took was delayed by nearly 2 hours. We arrived in MCO and learned that our connection had been canceled. There were no options for rebooking for 4 days. No hotel vouchers provided, no transportation etc. The airline essentially stranded us, and rhe passengers from 6 other flights hours from our destinations with no assistance. Still no word on my refund. Terrible customer service.
Absolute disaster. Was delayed, delayed again, then delayed while loaded, causing many to miss connecting flights. However, spirit had only one person to process over 20 missed flights, taking forever. They then provided little guidance. No wonder they are bankrupt
Loved that all flights were om time or early. Hated all the additional costs for a seat and luggage.
It was an early flight and most people napped/slept and the crew let us which was nice.
The crew acted like they had never done this and kept barking passive aggressive orders at people. + the security line + the delay + sitting on the tarmac for 2 hours + none of the apps or signage updating with correct times

My flight was originally from SAT to MCO connecting from MCO to ORD. We got diverted to ATL and than Frontier staff there was sooo un helpful first they said they couldn’t give us any accommodation since our flight first got delayed that cancelled and now it’s 221am and I am still in ATL since they said they need to create a new flight my final destination is ORD and I have been delayed twice and cancelled. With no real help the frontier app didn’t work no email updates over all such a horrible experience
There's no seats that lean back with little leg space i wad uncomfortable the entire flight. Your charges for extra baggage is despicable and costly!!

Flight was canceled. Most upsetting was message from Kayak, stating that the flight was canceled and click with Kayak for details regarding rebook, refund details. THERE'S NO INFORMATION PROVIDED BY KAYAK EXCEPT THAT FLIGHT IS CANCELED. AND NOW THIS SURVEY TO FIND OUT HOW WAS THE FLIGHT !!!!!!!
