Pros: "Everything it was ok. Travel on time."

Cons: "Missed the connecting flight by about 15 minutes, strange that we get delayed for about an hour but the connecting flight can’t wait a few minutes. Currently en route to another airport to spend the night at the airport and then take an early morning flight to my home city. Would have been nice to get a hotel room. I also had trouble with being charged for a second checked bag when I only had a single checked bag, would be great if the customer service help desk could help with that at the airport."

Cons: "Boarding crew in front desk was not too friendly and could have used better words to communicate. Seen I was waiting for 20min before realizing that my gate was changed after check in. I approached the lady in the front desk to see if it was time to get my seats assigned. The lady in the front desk asked me in Spanish if I new English seen I was speaking Spanish to her I really don’t get why me knowing English had to do with me getting my seats. Also I went to gat 7 cuz that’s the gate I printed out 1hr before my fly but had to run to gate 3 cuz JetBlue changed gate seen 7am but couldn’t change it on the check in printouts/information (does that even make sense). Finally the answering service is a lottery you have to pray you get someone nice(and I hate to say this cuz I’m Puerto Rican but we can be so rude in customer service). You can tell from the accent a person has where they from and every time I get a Central American person they are so nice but when you get a Puerto Rican person they can be so rude and almost always you get nothing answer or done. This particular time before my flight I call to get my seat cuz when I flew to PR and almost always I call 24hr before my flight and get my seats assign free of charge. Not this time the customer rep answered and I tell her that I’m calling to get my seats and she answers you can do that when you check in, I tell her that I try but I’m being charged to get them and that in my previous flight the girl said to call 24hr before this flight and I could get them assigned free of charge (which was true cuz I had call for my fly going to PR and the girl also said it too) and the customer rep said well it probably cuz is not 24hr before yet. I told the rep yes it is I’m currently on my way to the airport but I want to get them before I get to the airport and the rep answers well you can do it when you get there (mind you I’ve been on hold waiting for almost 2hr that’s why I’m on my way to the airport cuz I usually do it 5-6hr before my flight but the answering service has been very busy) I tell her that I’m trying to save some time and get them before I get to the airport and the rep said well I can’t help you cuz we can’t give you seat on the phone you have to do it when you check in or wait until you get to the airport and they’ll give you your seats. It’s very frustrating that there’s people like this and they are from the same birthplace as you. So sad!"

The child was about 11 but for some reason her mother was sitting on the isle next to her and wasn’t concerned about having that changed or helping her daughter have a better experience on the plane. The lil girl was screaming , she had a car that she rolled on my seat and the seat next to me for hrs. It’s not her fault, her mom didn’t do anything to help.. nothing .. Then the Crew was arguing and wasn’t happy at all .. Craig talks so fast on the intercome I couldn’t understand him .. Craig wasn’t happy with him having to do credit cards and wanted to do trash . Him and the crew from the back were arguing and I was in disbelief that not one crew member tried to help, talk to the mom or do anything about it .But they were involved in their own mess so they were not worried about the young lady screaming . I left that flight with a headache and no rest what so ever..i really wish the mom or someone would have said something.. absolutely awful flight .. awful I left there saying to the crew get me off of this plane pls .."

I don't fly everyday, so why would you expect me to know where everything is and exactly how your process works? The emotional exchange at the airport when I checked my bag. I was the only person in line and there were two JB employees behind the counter who were more interested in their social conversation than in assisting me. I made a simple request for assistance and was immediately blown off. I can't complain enough about this."

I also found there was not spray if needed for this sort of accident. Other issue - which is just a general is people who bring the big suitcases and people who have smaller cannot get it in overhead due to the size. Also the fees for a second bag is ridiculous and it was unfortunate that I had to pay as if I did not then I would have been over. either way....lose lose"

This is exactly why people don't like checking their bags. There is no care for other people's belongings. It's bag enough you're packed on these flights like sardines and then you have to worry about receiving your property back the way you gave it to them. Placed a claim, but meanwhile I had to purchase new luggage for my return trip."

Having enjoyed five years with Delta - I enjoyed my job and the people. No one seems to like their job now. Shame. Takes even more fun out of flying these days. It's a job - more people - more coffee - more sodas.... Don't LIKE it. . . give someone else the chance to fill that position. Flying Should be Fun. . . it's special!! every time."

Which I can understand. What I don't understand is why they continued displaying a mute TV set for three hours. Why not just shut it off? BTW, my daughter flew from LA to Boston that same day and exactly the same thing happened on her plane."

Cons: "Had 2 plane tickets to Puerto Rico for my mom funeral But all the sudden my dad passed away one week before the date Iso a have to change the date They did charge me $200 and the other ticket was for my friend was my support he couldn't go cause he's job So I call and they said yes that they gonna help me with the refund all I need is a dead certificate so I send it the papers by email Now they telling me that they can't gave me the refund All my brothers and sisters didn't have no problem with South west air line and other airlines they understood the problem And they did everything without problems Worst service ever Not flying with them ever again"

No call or email before hand, the had to wait until 2am to change the flight and get a hotel voucher. After that, next day they board the plane and de-board the plane due to mechanical problems. Another night and just a couple of 10 vouchers. She never received an explanation or recompense for loosing part of her trip in the san juan airport. This is the second time ahe has gone thru this in the same year with United. Awful experinece."

Cons: "Plane from Chicago to Savannah was small. I was all the way in the seat not slouching and my knees were crammed in the set infront of me. The arm rests were digging into my thighs as well. Im used to not much leg room but this was a first for how crammed in I was into a seat, Im 6'3" & 270lbs. Ive probably been on 50 different planes over the years to give you some perspective of my experience flying when I say this was a first and a very uncomfortable plane. The plane to take us to Savannah arrived so late it pushed my flight back by like an 1.5 hours from what it was supposed to be."

After boarding my early morning flight from San Juan to Houston, all passangers were seated we were at a stand still for 2hrs before being instructed to depart the plane. We were sent back to the service desk for rerouting. This line was also an hour and 1/2 long . Fortunately I was able to transfer to another airline, but this overral experience with United was horrible."

Very unprofessional most of the staff. I'm a ARMY VETERAN 90% disabled and my wife ssg Ayala active duty the flights that we took on our deployments were smoother than the united airlines flights"

Cons: "No food in a 4 hour flight, plus being early at gate, plus travel to airport. A lot of time without eating, expensive flights and no food. As a matter of fact only 1 tiny bitty snack for the entire flight."

Cons: "United waited until last minute to give seat assignments. Out party was split up throughout cabin (departing and returning flights). No entertainment on flight. Most unorganized carrier I've flown with."

Cons: "The transportation service demands tips, and they sit around waiting to be called instead of being alert and close by to those in need. Also there were broken seats in the plane. There are no flight specifications for travelers during the flight in Spanish. I also have a complaint since I am a diabetic and no food or drinks were offered as opposed to other flights I've been on."

Cons: "When I got to my seat I had to use a wipe to clean it because there was what looked like either throw up or oatmeal on my seat.... The pocket in front of me was filled with trash like an empty water bottle, a bag of chips and dirty napkins (they were very big so it was obvious that no one cleans between flights)... Also it didn't matter how many times I tried connecting to the wifi, I couldn't and I was willing to pay for it to because it was important that I work during my flight."

Pros: "Newer low profile seats created more room. Because of late take off, entertainment was free. Late takeoff also made for a short connection, but we made it thankfully."
Cons: "Attitude of the older flight attendant white woman. I asked her about putting a piece of artwork in a bin that had a yellow thing which looked to be a flotation device, and she was sarcastically rude saying it was a raft, and no I can't put anything in there. I watched the attitude with some other guests as well, so realized it wasn't just me, but how snarkily short she was with people about their luggage and such. If you're not enjoying your job, then quit and let someone younger and fresh come on board to create a more pleasant atmosphere for everyone."

Cons: "Im not sure when this happened, but in an effort to add another row or two of seats - you are no longer able to put your seat back. It almost feels like you are actually leaning forward in your chair, 4 hours later, it equals the most uncomfortable flight of my entire life. In addition to one measly snack package, no drinks, charging for a movie... conclusion is I will NEVER fly a united flight again. Please Beware flyers, this might only be worth it if your flight is under 1 hour..."

Pros: "The crew was great. Nice and very polite and was a very nice landing."
Cons: "Delats delays and more delays, also I'm a 6'5 guy who needs his space, very little leg room."

Pros: "Crew , flight and aircraft was good."
Cons: "Checking in was the slowest I have ever seen. If I had not prepaid for luggage and tsa pre approved I'm pretty sure I would have missed my flight. I was there a little less than 2hr before flight. If I ever fly from there again I will be there 3 hrs ahead."

Pros: "Attendants were polite and courteous while they were serving. The problem was when they WERENT serving..."
Cons: "Sitting in first class - the very first seat on the plane - I was able to hear EVERYTHING the flight attendants were talking about. When they were service us they were great. But I don't think they knew how loud they were being and talking about inappropriate topics (i.e. Sex, complaining about a crying baby and putting vodka in its bottle to "shut it up"). Was very uncomfortable because of this. Excepted more CLASS for what I had paid. This is why I am unable to give this flight an "excellent" rating. Disappointing."
