I was in Comfort and we didn’t get any drinks, chips or anything! First Class got full service on the flight and Comfort got nothing. Seat was horrible and uncomfortable
The crew was very inconsiderate and rude. My flight was scheduled to depart at 6:00am. I received a call from the crew at 5:40am, asking if I was going to make the flight because I was the only one that hasn't boarded yet and boarding ends at 5:50am. I let them know that I will be at the gate in a few minutes, before the 5:50am cutoff. When I arrived at the gate at 5:45am the gate was closed. Departing early on last minute notice without having all passengers on board is inconsiderate and unprofessional.
FA was a bit strange and dodgy not very characteristic of Delta
The seats were really comfortable. Flight crew were friendly with passengers. Overall was a great flight.

Unfortunately I was stuck next to someone who should have purchased 2 seats instead of taking up their space and mine. I couldn’t move the entire 3+ hour flight. Very uncomfortable flight.
More extra space was awesome. Even though I was on the first groups to board, bin compartments were already occupied by passengers seated on other seat numbers. That is unacceptable.
Crew went over and above to be helpful. Plane had mechanical problems that caused us to depart late.
The flight was excellent, I recommend people to fly with Delta
When we enter the airplane there were many water drops falling from the ceiling all the way long to the seat , and when it departs were even more over us getting the hair wet , and later on was too hot , the A/C not work well.
Airlines should be prohibited from using the seats they get away with.
AA was a very good experience. The employees are wonderful
The "on the ground" A/C was not working. It was so hot while waiting to get in the air, a passenger from the rear of the plan declared "I just can't!" and waited in the gangway until time to close the doors. It was miserable. But the crew were champs and had an amazing attitude. I know they were as miserable as we were but didn't let that affect their performance.
We never made it due to delays on both ends. Gate attendant said it was mechanical but the system said otherwise, so no compensation. That’s not right.
The flight attendant, a black woman with curly hair who sat near Row 21, was wonderful and kind.
We started with trouble checking in 24 hours early. Then my husband did not get his TSA precheck. Finally flight delayed due to no crew. I know things happen
We had a very pleasant flight with very comfortable seats and nice staff.
Sometimes, it is difficult to figure out which seats is window, middle and isle.
It was only a 50-minute flight from CLT to SAV. I could not get wifi in CRJ 900 plane,
There was no entertainment and again, the seats were very cramped and uncomfortable.
