The delay ....

I came off a red eye flight from LA TO NYC. I was very tired. A 2 hr flight delay due to a broken PA System. Finally they got another plane. Should have given a viucher for inconvenience

Nothing... Entire experience horrible for my 17 year old.

The staff was friendly... I liked the dimmed lights... The free beverages n options to purchase alcohol... The flight was quick and steady

When I got to my seat I had to use a wipe to clean it because there was what looked like either throw up or oatmeal on my seat.... The pocket in front of me was filled with trash like an empty water bottle, a bag of chips and dirty napkins (they were very big so it was obvious that no one cleans between flights)... Also it didn't matter how many times I tried connecting to the wifi, I couldn't and I was willing to pay for it to because it was important that I work during my flight.

Things were going well until the pilot had us get off the plane.

Flight was cancelled. United couldn't get me out until Sunday. So I rented a car and drove down instead.

The flight was cancelled hours before it was supposed to take off leaving me minimal crunch time to figure out a new flight for myself.

Arrived twenty minutes late. AA refused to accept responsibility for this and compensate me, even though my transportation had departed without me as a result of their tardiness.

I arrived at my destination

AA changed my flight plans which resulted in a 4.5 hour layover in Philly. The gates were filthy, there is not much selection for in-flight food and nothing for entertainment. I couldn't even find an outlet that worked at the gate.
