It’s less complicated from Culebra to SJU airport. Next time I will prefer to leave from Isla Grande airport to Culebra !!

10 seat Cesna. Equal parts transportation and adventure. 20 minute hop at 10000 feet and 160 mph, sitting 10 feet from the pilot. Panoramic views of the island. Very simple boarding, very low stress. VQS airport tiny, undeveloped. Highly recommended flight, Cape Air doing a great job here.

We traveled in a small Cesna so there was no food or entertainment. The pilot was excellent enjoy being able to see the places we were flying above. It was an OK flight.

Very smooth flight and landing. Pilot delivered his safety instruction in such a monotone that it wasn’t easily understandable. Words were said but he didn't communicate to us. If he was communicating to someone he cared about, he would have used inflection and other nuances of speaking. Virtually all emphasis was removed so it was just blah blah blah (really fast, like the end of a Pharma commercial)

My pilot on Cape Air was AMAZING!!!! I hoping that next time I fly I have him as my pilot. He made me feel safe and secure in his skills.

After 14 hour delaybwith departure time changed 9 times then announcing the flight was canceled. Another later announcement said the cancelation was in error. Also after paying a higher fare to leave in the afternoon then departing at 4am was not right.

I cannot say this enough, I NEVER BOARDED OR HAVE HAD ANY TRAVEL IN THE PAST YEAR. However your app says ive been traveling a lot lately. GET REAL HUMANS TO GIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Not sure why planes don't just board back passengers first.. also wifi connection could be beneficial and keeps passengers occupied

late lack information taney changed my sit even after i had checked i. a day prior and had been at airport checked in for 5 hrs. i have medical condition that i need to sit in aisle but changes to window. only apparent at boarding and they had no explanation why they changed my boarding pass and had no other seats. very bizarre, uncaring and disrespectful. Made my trip very challenging I should sue you. will NEVEr fly JB again. Ever. Would have blasted in social media but did not want to disclose my medical disability.

The plane smelled bad, the temperature in the plane was over 75 with times over 80. Jet blue tried to mask the smell of armpits married with butt. Overall mediocre. Crew was nice

Our actual Flight was great & smooth but it was delayed for 4 hours and Jetblue weren't able to accommodate us in the earlier flight. That was Awful. I lost work/clients because of this delay

The flight itself was fine.. the customer service was amonst the worst I’ve seen. When booking my flight, I selected my window seat as I always do because when I’m flying alone so I can rest against it without worrying about falling asleep on anyone.. Then when it came time to check in, there was no record of my seat selection and the only window that was left cost me an extra $74. I called and they said there was a glitch when I booked the first time and there was nothing they could do about it.. Meanwhile the only reason I was flying JetBlue was because I had a $50 credit from the last awful flight we had that was delayed for four hours… So it actually cost me more to use that credit. Never flying with them again.

Theres several thing i will like to mention and please share this feedback with JetBlue. I was concerned that the food options were limited. Theres no vegetarian options on the sandwiches that they offer on board. Vegetarian options are limited to only cheese and crackers,. Specially on mid day flights there should be more options offered to people. Second comment is that during the flight I watched TWO movies without audio, I tried a few ear sets to listen and none of them worked. Its a shame that they were good movies however no audio. Maybe updating the auxiliary cable and making Bluetooth connections on media will be great. Finally, the bathroom on the plane looked like they needed an update, being remodeled or changed. They look dirty however they are not. Maybe changing, replacing some pieces and updating the air filters will be great. This is not an aesthetic recommendation however a necessary one.

No entertainment, no WiFi, not great seats. Crew was good.

Pro: The stuff was great. Friendly, patient and caring. Our seat row was clean. The bath room was clean. Our flights were close to on time. Con: The leg room is too small. No blankets or pillows. No entertainment devices at all. I can’t remember to have a food choice. I would fly again with frontier for short distances.

Lost baggage on my connecting flight. 24 hours later, still no update on my bags.

Due to delay of our first flight, we almost missed the second flight. Workers were more agreeable, and baggage did not seem to be an issue.

Horrible flight, rude crew, someone had so mu h perfume on breathing was difficult.

Was using the bathroom and arrived 1 min 45 secs passed the terminal door closing . Wouldn’t let me on the flight and Frontier gate attendants as well desk manager were very rude and didn’t not assist nor provide any type of guidance. As a result I will not be able to get my children for the holidays. Frontier I will never fly with you all again. I also purchased a perk package what a waste .

Great option to American Airlines. Affordable prices when compared to AA. Prices in AA to and from Puerto Rico are like Fly Emirates to Kwait.

The flights were right on time. The issue that was the most difficult was the lack of legroom on the planes

Took 60 minutes to find an open gate at Atlanta Hartsfield airport after landing. Making passengers wait 60 minutes is poor planning and gate management.

Frontier is the embodiment of get what you pay for. Both flights delayed. First flight we board, then de boarded only to re board ten minutes later. Turbulence was awful. But it’s cheap. So that’s what you get. But regardless, they are the worse and there’s times when it’s just worth the extra money to avoid all bullshit.

If you take this airline, they WILL change the flight time, and make you miss your connection. It has happened every time I used it. It's so unreliable that I think it shouldn't be offered on Kayak. You will regret it!

In addition to the fact that Silver changed the flight time several days before the trip without offering any choices , I was sick with Covid and unable to go on the trip. I tried to ask Silver for a credit for a flight when I’d recooperated but they don’t do credits, even for illness. I will Never fly on Silver again

I canceled due to a 7 hour delay. Was forced to book another airline last minute , very expensive. Silver Aorways sucks

I spent hours with orbitz to get my tsa # on my ticket. They didn’t have a place to enter. I will never use orbitz again. No customer service. A number in which u press offered options and the message replays instead of getting customer to that area. Silver did not make the promised call back. Finally someone responded to my email and took care of it after I lost hours of my vacation arranging this. Staff on flight barked orders.

Our pilot and flight attendant, Desiree, were great. I always fly this route and this crew was better than most.

Easy boarding and deplaning. Short flight. Water was given but that was it.

While this is a VERY SMALL plane; take-off to landing was fine. It's the constant departure time changes that wore me out and I'll try to never use this inconsistent airway again. Four delays in one day. Done!!!!!!

This has been, by far, my worst experience with an airline company. I had a reservation for a Tuesday at 8:30 pm departure from Gainesville, FL (1.5 hours - direct flight) I received an email on Monday that my flight had been changed to Monday at night to depart from Jacksonville, FL (and it was an 11 .5 hours flight ). There was no way I would have had the time to gather my things, drive 1.5 hours to the Jacksonville airport, and make it on time to board the plane. Besides, I had a full day of work on Tuesday. The only good thing I xan say about Silver airlines is that they did give me a refund, but I had to wait about 4 hours for a call back
