Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.

Lost one piece of luggage even though I checked in 2.5 hours before the flight

Not being stranded in Chicago for her airport to 11:30 tomorrow morning the 3rd

Everything was great. Only thing that could’ve made it better was buy on board options for hot food, but the snacks were decent. The flight attendants were great. I had no complaints. I was able to make it to my destination safely

Boarding took a long time for a couple of flights. We arrived at our final destination an hour late. Others missed their connecting flight. We had no time to eat between flights. My checked in bag was delayed because it was in another flight. At least they gave us a voucher because of that. The staff was very kind.

Seat cushions were worn down and it hurts as I seated under 5 hours of the plane ride.

I wish I had another choice. Domestic flight in the USA is atrocious.

I had no problems but the changing of planes that I was supposed to be on was confusing. Maybe it would be helpful to let people know your flight changed. Not everyone understands airports or how flying works.

The boarding and fllight were good. The reason for the ok rating was the long walk to get to the transport to finally get to the gate.

Flight was delayed multiple times without giving any particular reason and the only thing that was communicated was that 'Aircraft is getting ready'. I was stuck at SFO airport for 15 hours and finally took Southwest Airlines flight back home to Dallas.

I was not clear if food was offered or not.

I like that the crew kept us informed but we moved back and forth from gate to gate before the aircraft arrived.

4 hours late, including over +1 hour waiting in plane to take off. Baggage left behind too.

Do a bit better with n first class offer some real food and pillows

It was Christmas and the crew was awesome. And the passengers were patient.

Boarding went fine, the plane was clean, and the crew was very friendly. Seats were a bit cramped, but that seems to be typical on all airlines anymore. Cookies and pretzels were offered as were beverages - the usual. I’d fly American again.
