It's fine but Newark to Nashville was too long
They delayed the flight 3 hours because it wasn't full they moved us to 5 different gates probably the worst airline ever not even spirit is this bad.
Poor communication, flight was delayed for preventable reasons. I missed my connection.

The flight was delayed so we were dead tired, and after that the turbulence was horrible. I was very scared.
Was happy we finally got upgraded in 1st class. The seat getting old. The cushiness need some improvement.
Once we got in the air the pilot made up some of the time of the delay. So that was really nice.
Boarding took a long time for a couple of flights. We arrived at our final destination an hour late. Others missed their connecting flight. We had no time to eat between flights. My checked in bag was delayed because it was in another flight. At least they gave us a voucher because of that. The staff was very kind.
Would had been nice to see a movie without having to pay to watch

technology worked well and everything ran smoothly. The seats are quite cramped so please don't try to re-engineer the cabin to squeeze more bodies on board.
Flying in the United States with the major airlines has become so underwhelming. A 2-3hr flight in most other parts of the world with the major carriers of the area comes with newer, CLEANER aircraft and significantly better in flight service in terms of both staff attitude and a actual meal service.

Flight was smooth, quick and felt safe. The 2 delays not happening would have been better but I guess that happens in the airline industry
The pilot greased the landing and the crew was fantastic.
Crew should be nicer and emphatic with customers. Same cookies as the past 20 years. Seat are ok and the plane was clean though it was delayed.
Delayed because of weather in Nashville. I think God or some higher power generally has cursed me when it comes to flying out of Charlotte on American. I'm delayed pretty much everytime. We need Team Cobra Kai types to come in and "sweep the leg(s)" of the Charlotte ops people on principle. Don't let the sweet southern rocking chairs fool you, Charlotte is a sinkhole
Delays on all NY flights. There was no communication on why but they didn’t say it was weather. Other carriers were not delayed.
I never have a good experience with American and this was no different. The airplane was INCREDIBLY hot. Like unbearably so. Everyone was fanning themselves with pamphlets and sweating. When someone asked the flight attendant to turn down the temperature they were told there was nothing the crew could do. Once we pushed back from the gate we then had to wait an hour to take off and the communication from the crew was not good. People were getting up this whole time and a man was even in the bathroom when we took off. Once we landed at our destination we waited another 30 minutes at the gate to deplane with, again, no communication from the crew as to what was going on.
Same basket of unhealthy prepackaged snacks (junk food) which was depleted by the time it got to my row!!
