He insisted I will get my luggage as soon as I exit the plane in Houston, which I asked him 3 times . The plane was not full there were more than 10 empty seats and lots of luggage space.I got to Houstonew to be told I would have to go the the luggage belt to pick up my bag, which did not appear for half an hour after we landed. I was truly disgusted"

WE ARE ALL SO THIRSTY AND SHE IS GOING SO SLOW. YOU CAN ATLEAST HELP HER". Then the hostess went to help the one serving drinks alone. We finally got our water. It was upsetting for everyone."

They had a wheelchair at the gate and helped push my disabled brother which was such a help for my elderly parents to make their connections. When I got my parents their tickets I was very apprehensive that it might be difficult making the connections but thanks to United's wonderful service their whole experience was fantastic. In the future I will always try to book United."

However, the amount of food served was unacceptable. This seemed like a budget flight. Very different from the flight to Europe on a Lufthansa plane. This was on a United plane. Will make me think twice about flying to Europe on a United plane."

Since that time, I have yet to hear any positive feedback from anyone that travels frequently. You seem to pray on people that do not travel often. Cons: "Actually the allowance for baggage is too much. I am living in KSA from about 20 years. I have visited many countries in Europe. Including Middle East and Asia. I have never given such a huge amount for baggage. It makes very senseless to charge for baggages because if your are providing us the service for transportation, than baggages is must with anyone travelling, obviously. In other words, because its a must for anyone travelling, you are simply taking advantage. Anyhow the over all service was quite impressive and its been one of my best lifetime travel. Hope to travel again from your airline and see any changes in the baggageing allowances. Thankyou soo much. Have a nice day."

While boarding the employee was not audible and I could not get a space for by bag (WHICH I PAID FOR) above my seat because people had put their "personal" items there. The crew was not pleasant and looked like a mess and when we landed one looked like she just woke up herself. I will never recommend this airline is horrible. I never leave bad reviews, this is my first."

Cons: "I waited about 30 minutes to drop off my (prepaid) bag, although there were only 12 people in front of me on my initial flight. It took over 1 1/2 hours to drop off my prepaid bag and get a printed boarding pass on my return flight. Customer service is really awful."

Pros: "I was charged by Spirit $100 per carry on, there was no obvious note or warning for the charge when I checked in on line. I felt that I had been robbed $400 By spirit. The the service at the Oakland airport was terrible, the people working at the Spirit gate had very bad attitude, one of them was called Lavinia, worker ID 34448, and her coworker was horrible too, unfortunately I didn't get her name. I will not book spirit anymore."
