Never had so many staff members be rude and disrespectful. I had a staff member sarcastically call me “girly” after making me wait 20 minutes to be seen by her. I was able to print my luggage tag and she told me I was too late to check luggage I said the system obviously disagrees. And you had me wait way too long while you asked every single passenger ahead of me about their Disney vacations. She wasted so much time to then say “girly your bag won’t make it on the plane” I’m not her girly I’m a full grown adult. She needs to learn a hell of a lot of respect

Same crew flew with us from Palm Springs to Bellingham, so they were great! Friendly and kind from start to finish. Great experience!

The flight was delayed and then it was very short. The crew was nice. The seats weren't as comfortable on this particular craft.

I didn’t know that food needed to be ordered ahead. Please include this in the reservation information. Overall, very good experience.

The WIFI didn't work well enough to get through even 5 minutes of a movie I had selected (it just kept pausing and spinning), and I just gave up and read a book. The selection of movies was a little sparse though, so reading wasn't that bad of an option. This was an older 737-800, with undersized overhead bins -- but it doesn't make sense to me that we are told to slide our bags in with the wheels facing us (most people ignore that and put the handles facing us). This makes it more difficult to remove the bags (no handle). The flight went well, and the fruit/cheese platter I pre-ordered was good -- although it is a little annoying to have to pre-order for this (but I suppose it saves time). When I pre-order it automatically gets charged to my personal credit card (Alaska VISA), when I'd prefer to use my corporate card for that on business trips.

Seats are crowded & tight. Flight attendants were nice enough. Flights were on time.

We were delayed boarding, but the crew got us boarding in record time it seemed and we made up some of the time. It was just a very turbulent flight and not much anybody could have done about that. I could not read easily because of the motion. The crew were just fine and did their best I think.
