Our flught was rerouted to another airport 60 minutes from our destination. We were told we would get Lyft vouchers to get us to our original destination. We did get vouchers, but when we arrived at the rerouted airport, we realized the vouchers were for a Lyft ride from the starting airport to our original destination. We were lead to believe that once we arrived at the rerouted airport, we could use the voucher from there. Nope. So we got stuck with a $100, 1-hour Uber ride. The flight staff was annoying. We were seated near the rear, and for the entire flight, both attendants were gossiping about some drama on Facebook. And they weren't being quiet about it. The back dozen rows or so could easily hear their entire conversation. I've flown Alaska Airlines many times before and have never had problems. This was an awful experience.

Never had so many staff members be rude and disrespectful. I had a staff member sarcastically call me “girly” after making me wait 20 minutes to be seen by her. I was able to print my luggage tag and she told me I was too late to check luggage I said the system obviously disagrees. And you had me wait way too long while you asked every single passenger ahead of me about their Disney vacations. She wasted so much time to then say “girly your bag won’t make it on the plane” I’m not her girly I’m a full grown adult. She needs to learn a hell of a lot of respect

You need categories to denote when food and entertainment are not available.

Canceled flight. No communication of this prior. Rescheduled to next day. Our good seats we purchased months ago turned into last row middle. No apology, reason, nor compensation for time and $ spent.

I got the last seat on the plane, in the back in the corner against the window, and I paid a competitive price for my ticket several weeks before the flight.

Flight attendant took my carefully folded coat and flung it across the aisle to the bin across the way. Where one of the passengers rescued it for me, because that just wasn’t right!!

Was flying out of a small airport so that I could avoid long lines. However, Alaska Airlines wanted me to check in two hours in advance. I was there fifty minutes ahead of time, but because I didn't check in the Alaska Air app deleted the trip all together. By the time I was able to speak with someone and get a new boarding pass twenty minutes had passed and they wouldn't let me board the flight. Poor communication through the app, gate agents were unhelpful, and overall felt like Alaska Airlines doesn't care whether they do a good job or not. Will avoid as much as possible. Southwest Air seems like a better airline.

Hard to figure out how to put back the seat, how to get the entertainment, how to upload passport docs. Also, a warning in the airport that food was all for purchase would have been helpful.

Horrible. My dad was recently hospitalized and diagnosed with lymphoma and Icelandair refused to refund flight even though I had a letter from his physician.

The WiFi wasn’t working, so no one could watch any entertainment for 5 hours. The plane also was delayed and did not leave, nor did the staff prioritize those with connecting flights to de-board first. Everyone with a connecting flight to Munich missed their flight by 5 minutes. Then the next flight to Munich was 14 hours later. The airport could not compensate us because the closest hotel was about 2 hours away. This did not seem like the truth. I was not pleased with this traveling experience.

I DO NOT recommend Iceland air...missed connecting flight.....paid for isle seat upgrade for health reasons...had to do that over....baggage left in the rain so clothes got soaked other items ruined....called customer * dont care* service

The ticket was reserved in my name but not paid for by underpricer. Alaska airlines was unable to issue my ticket (could not connect the ticket with the PNR) due to an error with underpricer and I spent the better part of 2 hours at the ticket counter trying to rectify.

Damage May baggage and I report the airport agant and they see it

I liked the crew but not the uncomfortable seats and lack of movie and tv selection.

They wouldn’t check in my luggage even though I had one checked bag prepaid. So I took my bag to the gate and tried to check it in there and two employees scolded me for bringing a large bag to the gate. I told them I was trying to check it in and that it was prepaid, and they said they couldn’t guarantee that it would arrive at my destination but they finally let me drop it off when boarding the plane and pick it up right after exiting the plane. There was no food, and there was no entertainment.
