Delta airlines was all about the up sale from charging for every bag to charging for internet ,food so on and so forth. Also one bathroom in the middle of the plane ? REALLY ? The last time I went to Europe I took WOW, the cheapest budget Airline and the leg room was MUCH better. You would think Delta could do better."

The plane we were on had more leg room than your average flight. Also the backs of the chair were very tall, leaving even mpre head room perfect for tall people . I fly a lot and sometimes my knees hit the seat in front of me or when they recline it shoves the tray to close to you. Not on this flight there was enough room for me to lay back in the seat had the adjustable headrest that went up and down and also curved in to hold your head from falling on your neighbor next to you. Love the fact they had the USB plug-in in front of you. And the crew constantly kept coming through to empty trash and offer beverages. The plane was clean bathrooms in front and back of the airplane. Over all quiet engine and we were above the wings. Temperature good."
Cons: "The crew member that was checking in people at the gate would talk so fast we could barely understand what he was saying on the overhead announcement. I was traveling with someone who was hearing impaired so we were unaware of that they were getting ready to board. The electronic TV monitor wasn't updating to say boarding to notify people that would be helpful for the hearing impaired. Or--if a crew member is muffled on the announcement or talks too fast you can't understand or know what's going on. The most frustrating thing for me and my daughter we were both expecting to use Delta online entertainment. There are no monitor screens in the seats in front of us on this plane. So we were able to use our phones, but it would not download and once It finally downloaded we couldn't upload any of the movies. Connection speed way too slow. The warning said there were too many people on it at that time. Also I like it when they offer free headphones for people that don't have them. An example that would benefit people that don't want to listen to loud people on the plane or babies that are crying."

We were almost late to our next flight in Minneapolis to Raleigh which was also pretty upsetting. But, the service was decent, we didn't order any food besides the free complimentary drink & snack and the entertainment was very good. There was a wide range of films, shows, and podcasts to watch."

Virgin cancelled my flight on July 2nd, two hours after I booked it and never let me know. I discovered this when I attempted to check in online. By that time, it was too late to rebook on any airline and I missed an important training event and conference.
The quality of the food was terrible and below a normal standard, the entertainment screen kept breaking down, had to keep reminding the staff several times to fix it. The toilets were dirty, the seats were very uncomfortable, I think this is one of the worst flights I have been on and really shocked how Delta is associated with Virgin Airlines, who are of such high standard and a much better flying experience.
We spent extra for legroom by the toilets, and yet we had not even a pocket to store our headphones or water bottles, so had to wedge them in the side of our already cramped seats. Most uncomfortable flight ever. AND the staff allowed a man to relocate into empty seats across from us and he coughed for the entire flight, yet no one told him to put on a mask! We felt very unprotected by this flight crew—very disappointing.
Slept well in the pod. Breakfast was too large for my needs and crew were great and we arrived on time.
Your check in area was confusing. First no one was there and then we were directed to Delta ro check in. How was I supposed to know this?we were there for an hour before discovering where to go. I looked on line for checking at Virgin Atlantic but it should have been Delta. I wasn't contacted by email for check in durections.
It was all good as usual .Virgin and Delta work really good together so keep it up and I will be back in December😜👍john harrington

Cons: "I didn't make it to Siem Reap because the first leg of the trip from IAD to London was cancelled by Virgin Atlantic after it was fully boarded. The excuse was that a flight attendant had food poisoning and was unable to fly and so the entire flight was cancelled. The Virgin team seemed unconcerned and showed NO sense of urgency to try and get people rebooked. Their solution was to rebook everyone on an evening flight the next day. If a passenger was only going to London, that was probably fine. But for people with connecting flights -- or like me with multiple connecting flights -- that wasn't acceptable."

I want more control over my personal mobility &, lighting. Horrible headsets (bring my own). This flight departed 2.5 HRs LATE from JHB & the crew & cavin service was SLOW. NO requested second cup of tea brought - I waited 20 mins & climbed over trolleys to get another one, even though it was requested of cabin crew. Do they just ignore us? Or forget?"

The trip was non existent. You failed to provide me the proper information concerning my trip and failed to rectify the problem, causing me extreme expense in purchasing a ticket at a later day. If it is reclined , this distance is reduced to 6-8 inches. Too, too close. And reclining does not add much to the comfort of the sitting position. When the person in front of me reclines, then I am almost forced to recline so I have enough room."

Cons: "I paid to choose my seat during the flight. However; they didn't respect the seat I paid for and they gave a different one, and the seat that they gave me wasn't a seat for the one I wouldn't had paid for. That same situation happened two times. During the flight from Panamá to Franckfurt and Franckfurt to Rome. That's why I felt they Robbed me."

Pros: "The plane stewardesses were actually really efficient (German style). Because of being on the waiting list to get on the plane I couldn't get a seat next to my partner so they did the biggest math exercise to put us together. Props to them"
Cons: "The flight overbooked (I still don't understand this concept, since is basically selling twice the same seat, right? Is that even legal?) Also the system was down, so no check-in online = the biggest line at the airport, it took me more than 1 hour to check-in and drop my luggage, all to get there and the ground force lady (the rudest person alive) tell me that I had no seat available, that she was going to put me on the waiting list... WHAT? I bought my ticket already, waiting list? Well, to say that I highly doubt that I'll book with Lufthansa again."

Pros: "We flew from LAX to Venice via Frankfurt. The customer service was excellent. We flew economy class but sat on the upper deck which was spacious, with an extra cubby on the side to store small items. I would definitely fly with Lufthansa again!"

Cons: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Cons: "The plane wasn't refueled and so was not ready for take off once the passengers were loaded. The plane had a technical problem when it tried the first take off and so it had to be abandoned. This was alarming.."

Pros: "The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant."
Cons: "The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

We were allowed a cabin bag and a small hand-bag in the flight but as we were among the last half of the passengers to board the flight we couldn't find anywhere to keep our luggage and the crew had to take them away from us to store them somewhere at the back far away from our seats. As a result we had to wait until all the passengers got off the plane to get back our luggage and we were the last two passengers to get off. Unpleasant!"

Great flight, pushed back and landed early. The only negative was one of the cabin crew had a face of thunder and spoke to every passenger like she hated them, which is unusual for BA.
Great crew, very comfortable aircraft. No in-flight entertainment but for short flights it’s not needed. Only not excellent because of a 30 minute delay

Cons: "We had just a double seat but the center divide only went up half way, wouldn’t go all the way up. Since I was flying with my husband this was disappointing. They also didn’t make many beverage trips considering this was a 11 hour flight a little surprising since we had a 6 hour one that brought drinks more than this one. Also stingy on the drink size so it was disappointing to set less and then come around 1/2 as much."

Cons: "Flight LCY-ZRH (19:35-22:10) departed delayed by >1h, we had to wait in boarding staircase standing with 9mth old baby for 45mins. Due to late take-off we were too late to land in ZRH as runway had already closed. Diverted to Stuttgart, where no BA staff was on the ground to deal with and all services had already closed (~00:30). Basically ~50 customers were dumped at a place they didn’t want to be and no info on his BA wanted to deal with it was given. After 1 week still no info on compensation. And this wants to be a major carrier?"

Cons: "On the return flight back from London to Las Vegas, I sat at an economy class aisle exit seat on a 747. The flip up TV set wasn't working. One flight attendant initially offered to move me to a cheaper less desirable seat, which I declined. I asked for at least an exit row seat of any sort. A second (more senior) flight attendant then promised he will either fix the TV (by resetting it) or find an acceptable alternative so I "won't need to go the entire flight with a TV." But he never returned and the TV never worked. I didn't fuss because I slept and read instead, but I thought this was a poor follow up and follow through on his part."
