Pros: We got an upgrade to business class and the experience was extraordinary. The service in general, but the warmth smile and courtesy of the flight attendants made the experience fantastic

Cons: 50 min. delay for absolutely nothing. No proper gate available. Only one bus had to serve all passengers from terminal to aircraft. Lufthansa should not operate as a budget airline.

Cons: Orderly sitting of economy class passengers

Pros: It was my birthday and the flight attendant gave me a rose, gummibears and champagne and congratulate me and I was very happy to receive that gesture

Cons: Food could be better.

Cons: The crew can be a little more personable. They were very professional and courteous. Didn’t go out of their way to serve.

Cons: No luggage and you had 4 hours! And 20 min late. Not good

Cons: The seats had such little cushion that it made the flight extremely uncomfortable.

Pros: Never got on the plane due to weather restrictions in the connecting flight prior to this flight. Called SWISS customer service on a Russian line, were told to get a paper from another Russian airport that no flights were leaving the city. Did that. when arrived to Moscow no SWISS customer representatives were at the stations and had to end up buying a completely new ticket to get home.

Cons: Have customer service representative available at the airport 24/7 knowing that some people arrive from all parts of the country.

Pros: Great smooth flight, crew were friendly and many movies and shoes to choose from.

Cons: Seats are tight and not much leg room for the unfortunate ones who fly Economy class. Food was ok.

Cons: For economy class, nothing.

Pros: Seat was very comfortable, plenty of leg room.

Cons: Food trays left for 45 mins. This was premium economy Check in took forever even though I checked in 3 hours before departure. Didn't seem to be any staff near self serve check in screens to advise passengers.

Cons: Asked me to check luggage when there was plenty of room on board... Brand new, two week old, luggage is now broken.

Cons: ...debarkation at SFO was dismal. The nearest bathroom upon debarking was closed for cleaning. The passport control signs were misleading and confusing (the term "residents" was misused). And there was no one at baggage claim to prevent bags from piling up atop each other on the conveyor. I received a bone bruise trying to get my bag off another one. Avoid SFO as an international destination if you can...horrible airport.

Cons: No food on the flight! Due to some problems with the catering service, only a small sandwich was available.

Pros: Full bottle of water and continuous refreshments in flight.

Cons: Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies

Pros: Crew was helpful and ver polite and efficient

Cons: At the boarding gate they were cherry picking whose bag is too large and whose isn't. My bag was tagged for nothing, no one at the aircraft was to load them to baggage hold. Plenty of space on the plane. What is the point of the fuss.

Pros: It was an uneventful flight. The entertainment system worked well and food was good.

Cons: The lights kept coming on every few minutes making sleep nearly impossible.

Pros: Salmon dinner was the best dish Lufthansa ever served

Cons: Flight attendants disappeared after serving dinner. They didn't come around once between dinner and breakfast. This was the worst LH crew ever.

Cons: As a petite person I find the seats in economy class small and cramped. When passengers in front of you recline their seat backs, there is very little room to move, making it difficult to get up and out of your seat.

Pros: Nothing. I missed my original connection because the flight from Budapest was late and I was put in a cramped middle seat while there were seats open in First Class. I should have been upgraded

Cons: Communicate with the other airports for delays....we got home 9 hours later and missed events which were planned because of a failed paperwork delay in Milano.

Pros: We got to Chicago at least 45 minutes before the expected landing time. The dinner was pretty good and the crew came around many times offering drinks. The ground crew did a good job of evaluating luggage and tagging people’s bags before the overhead bins got too full so it didn’t delay our flight.
