The chicken on the flight Boston to Zurich wasn’t very good. It was bland passable. Too much sugar in the Cole slaw. Cabbage is an amazing veg and can be much more crisp and alive. Flight attendants were Wonderful! Seats were a bit beat up but okay. In economy it was tight when the person in front learned back the screen became too close.
On time and my bag made it. My parents on British Air had their bag held/lost at LHR, so Swiss definitely won that contest.
Wonderful, i asked at front gate to change my seat up closer and they gave me a row with no one in it. Very kind of them as the flight was on the light side.
Great crew, great food, horrible aircraft seat spacing for a 9 hr flight.
The food could have been better but everything else was superb.
Terrible airline both Swiss and Lufthansa that are part of the same corp. stay away if you can
The flight attendants are amazing. The plane itself was not in good shape for passenger comfort. A good share of seat reclines were broken so they went back an unlimited amount, which meant the person in front of me was fully in my lap (the crew helped me find another seat but that would not have been possible on a full flight). Moisture from the ventilation was also dripping on me. And the entertainment system is almost impossible to hear.
Everything was fairly easy just hard when you get to Heathrow not know your Gate number until an hour before but otherwise really everything great. Did not get my texts in time though to do me any good but that is why I still like everything the old fashioned way and print everything out.
I have no complaints. The crew was attentive, pleasant and heloful
Missed connecting train since flight was late into Zurich and I had to stay at airport hotel because of it as well as I had to repurchase train ticket
Selection of movies didn't include recent box office hits. Food was average not great. English sparkling wine is not drinkable. Otherwise, everything was great.
Great staff great experience, made a 2 hour delay very bearable

Overall, flight was excellent but check in was very slow for Premium Economy. Economy queue was shorter but we weren't allowed to use it.
Good overall. Cannot fault the airlines. I have had better entertainment systems before ie ice in Emirates but it was not too bad. Food was decent and staff were friendly.
Miami airport needs more thorough signage. It was a long walk from my transport point to the check in desk,
Flight took off an hour late. Had to stay on the tarmac for half an hour after landing. Both annoying.
The crew was very good. However, the equipment was a bit dated. Some of the electronics were not working. To top it, three bags didn’t arrive with me. Two of them were delivered a day later. I’m still waiting for the third bag, I was so looking forward to this virgin Atlantic flight, but, I am disappointed.
My only complaint is that the pocket in front of me was ripped and my things, like iPad and airline magazines, kept slipping to the floor.
Flight delayed yet again. Crew apathetic and unhelpful re affect on connecting flight.
