Flights delays were communicated timely and helpfully, but there was a significant delay without any real effort to make up for that. Also, the in-flight WiFi was very spotty. That said, this was my first time with Southwest and I was quite happy with the service and staff otherwise.

Fairly good - the seats seemed more comfortable on this flight. The staff out of Detroit were quite friendly. But they directed us to the wrong carousel for luggage. :(

I liked the new boarding process. I thought the buyup options (legroom, early boarding) to be easy to request and reasonably priced. All the Southwest team from gate to in-flight were so nice.

Flight coming out of Buffalo was delayed, so we had to be rescheduled on another flight from Baltimore to Phoenix which means we had a long layover and got home 3.5 hours late. Shuttle to parking stopped at 10pm, so we had to pay for an Uber to the parking lot and got charged an extra day of parking since it was after midnight. Not the best experience. Long day!

Southwest continues to do less for more money. Flight attendants used to be fun and friendly. But now it’s like they don’t even see you. Such a shame.

I liked it better when you were truer to your roots Am paying more for less fun

Crew could have been friendlier, maybe I'm spoiled by SW crews. In flight wifi was good. Would be nice to have more food offerings on a 4 plus hour flight

The cabin was quiet for the redeye flight. The area was clean. The staff was great. The 787 Max was in good condition. Drawbacks were that the seat widths were tight for some passengers. The seat padding was at best average and for a long flight uncomfortable.

The flight took off late, which really stressed me out for 5 hours worrying about my connection. We started boarding late... not sure why. There was a long line for preboard of folks that needed assistance or were in wheelchairs and not enough attendants to help. There was one lady who seemed to hold up regular boarding bc she needed to consolidate her 3 bags into 2. I'm wondering why we all had to wait for her and not board around her. Crew on board was great! So funny, so helpful and very nice. They reassured me my connecting flight would wait... and it dead. Seems it was waiting on several connecting flights, so it took off late too. Overall a very long trip but I'm glad I didn't have to spend the night in the Baltimore airport. And why are SW terminals so far from each other. I had to haul from the end of one terminal to the end of different terminal to catch my flight.

2 hours late leaving… had to fly to Florida to then fly back to ny… bad

Boarding, time to take off, in flight offerings, and staff were all great. I recommend using UA for this short flight.

Baggage claim signs were not updated with my flight information, so I had to guess. The app wasn't updated either.

Not being stranded in Chicago for her airport to 11:30 tomorrow morning the 3rd

Everything was great. Only thing that could’ve made it better was buy on board options for hot food, but the snacks were decent. The flight attendants were great. I had no complaints. I was able to make it to my destination safely

The crew and flight was amazing. I haven't flown United in years but plan to switch to you being my main airline

I paid $380 for my one-way ticket from California to Minnesota. The fair did not include online check-in. I received instructions from their app to check in at a kiosk. At the kiosk, the boarding pass would not print until an actual person came to verify that I had a personal item and not a carry-on item, On the plane, the person next to me was drunk and allowed to continue to order alcohol. United is garbage I’d rather fly spirit.

Wouldn’t let me check in said couldn’t find a ticket had to wait very long Time

Delays!!! Maintain your planes so your customers don’t have to sit on their assess for over an hour on the tarmac!! Also, United app is buggy. Videos did not load. Overall a miserable experience. Flight crew was awesome though.

My fi t er t esed to Denver was cancelled and need to schechedule

Seat cushions were worn down and it hurts as I seated under 5 hours of the plane ride.
