Crew was Friendly and accommodating.
For an International flight needs to be more entertainment options. there was none!
Flight was late and crew was very rude about it. Not to mention the flight times kept incorrectly updating and I almost missed my flight even though I was 4 hours early to the gate. Worst experience flying that I have had.
Alaska Airlines has been an excellent airline for many years. Being a Seattle native I have had a chance to use Alaska Airlines many times. All of the staff are friendly, professional and patient. The planes are modern and the flight crews the best.
They lost our luggage and can’t find it
I was told repeatedly I was in the wrong seat and told to show my boarding pass because I did not appear to the stewardess to belong in first class. No other passenger in first class was treated this way. It was rude and embarrassing, and frankly very unprofessional.

On time and no lines
Got in a little late but not too bad. Having a direct flight was great.
Hospitality of the crew.
My luggage that was to be loaded in the cargo area of the plane never was put on the plane. No clothes, no shoes, no medications, no gps radio equiptment, and no special fishing equiptment, (as I was on a sportfishing vacation). Really, Really dissappointed.
I like the efficiency and speed of the process.
Myself and another person were assigned the same seat. It was resolved.
Good leg room
5 plus hour flight and one movie as entertainment option shown on a tiny screen from cabin headliner. Like in the 1980’s. and do not forget your headphones or you will be buying some earbuds!

Wish they had told me there was a shuttle to other side of airport. Had not been to this airport in many years.
had to take another flight, ticket agent was able to change me to a different flight on JAL. however, JAL could not access the ticket info and ticket agent would not take my payment. result was missing that flight, ticket manager told me it's my fault and tough luck no refund. American airlines told me the same, ended up losing my money for the ticket purchase. i booked another new flight with another airline direct. worst experience in my life using kayak.
