Pros: food and flight attendants

Cons: not enough room for legs in latam and japan airlines...I know is just economy class but still for such a long flight it should be a bit more comfortable

Cons: Long lines of confused people trying to figure out which is the right one for them. Need more people giving orientation as people arrive to GRU airport.

Pros: Their boarding is more orderly than many Brazilian airlines.

Cons: check in was difficult. Their app is terrible - check in was not allowed.. The website is worse - it couldn't link my locator number to my account. And the gate check in had an absurdly small number of kiosks and no one to help the confused passengers. Boarding was done on time and they kept the door open for 20 minutes after take off time with no announced reason for the delay.

Pros: Cabin crew amazing

Pros: Crew was friendly, helpful, overall awesome. Comfort level was great.

Cons: There was no entertainment provided, and besides extra legroom, no real benefits of paying the extra for GOL premium. This is also the first time I have ever had to pay for luggage on an International flight, very disappointing.

Cons: Person behind my seat was kiking! Luggage took for ever to be deliver.

Pros: The seats are comfortable, the attention of the crew is great.

Cons: 1 hour delay with no email or other notification. Flight number changed with no notification until check in. Electronic check in system was not working twice, perhaps due to international minors, had to wait in line in order to check in. The boarding pass for our connection from Rio to Miami was not given to us in Sao Paulo when we had to manually check in. As a result, we had to exit the secured area in Rio to go check in manually again for our connection and then go through security and customs again.

Cons: Travel agency accessed through kayak (kiwi travel) didn’t allow for online check in ahead of time. It also didn’t allow for seat selection ahead of time, so I was stuck with middle seats both ways.

Pros: Great airline. New Boeing 787. Very courteous crew. Nice business cabin with reclining seats and seatback IFE. Light meal served with some very good Chilean wine. As they are part of One World I used the very spacious Iberia lounge which also made the whole trip extremely comfortable

Pros: The check in and punctuality of boarding, take off and arrival was excellent. The flight was enjoyable. I would travel again.

Pros: There's actually footrests that fold out like a lawn chair in economy and there's lots of leg room so you can actually put your legs up and sleep. First time I ACTUALLY slept on a long haul flight. Chairs seemed to be made of soft leather or some other super comfy material. Puts the older US-based planes to absolute shame. Super soft fluffy blankets, the flight attendants were amazing, courteous, hospitable, the food and drinks were awesome, loved the movies. 10/10 would fly again.

Pros: Uau!! Azul! Amazing!! Every single staff I met treated with so much professionalism!! Thank you! First time flying with Azul!! I had heard raving reviews fr9m my parents and now I know why!

Pros: Very nice and modern plane with attentative staff. Also they served maybe the best airplane food I’ve ever had.

Cons: We boarded just a bit late but still arrived on schedule.

Pros: Azule Airlines incorrectly charged me 60 Rais for my first bag of 23 kg. When I showed them documentation of my connecting flights, they reversed the charges.

Cons: Check in using the online system was impossible, even with helpdesk staff assistance.

Pros: Seats comfortable, till passenger in front leans all the way back.

Cons: Pressed call light button. More than 1 hour later, crew noticed it, while serving beverages and simply shut it off without even asking what I needed. With difficulty, I got her attention and asked for her help. Announcement made before descending that seat backs should be up. Person in front of me ignored instructions. Cabin crew walked up aisle so fast she missed that and I could not catch her attention. So, seatback was in my face, a safety hazard, the entire descent. When we left, crew muttered thank you for flying us while she was looking at her phone. Did you ever feel that the cabin crew was totally useless?

Pros: Me gusto el servicio y la gentileza de su personal. Aerolíneas siempre es muy placentera para viajar.

Cons: La comida podría ser mejor. Alguna vez la hubo. Y deberían hacer cambio en las películas. Ya viaje varias veces y aun están las mismas películas. Me gusta cine nacional y sus series.

Cons: The crew was non-responsive to simple requests. The food was abismal and void of nutrition.

Pros: The tickets were a good price, movie selection was excellent, and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

Cons: The leg room was terrible. I'm a tall American and I could barely fit in the seat, let alone fall asleep in a 9 hour hour flight. Also, there were no plugs that would work for an American outlet.
