Pros: Toasted seeds snacks were great.

Cons: Land crew was a bit annoying asking to drop hang luggage. And the flight was a bit delayed.

Pros: Traveling from JFK TO GRU. Fight got delay by 2 hrs. Arrived at GRU 8:28. Got the luggage in 20-25 mins. Run like crazy to the check in 15 min. Got there by 9:15 only to find out it’s been closed for checking bags. I beg , implore and there’s nothing to be done. Pay extra for 2 extra bags, for what? Nothing. Lost about $75 altogether non refundable. SUCKS.

Cons: The check in line had a three hour wait....it was a mad house. Then they told me the flight was boarding at 5:30 for a 6:33 departure, so I got stressed out to get to the gate. We did not board until 6:45 and left at 7:30????

Cons: Pressed call light button. More than 1 hour later, crew noticed it, while serving beverages and simply shut it off without even asking what I needed. With difficulty, I got her attention and asked for her help. Announcement made before descending that seat backs should be up. Person in front of me ignored instructions. Cabin crew walked up aisle so fast she missed that and I could not catch her attention. So, seatback was in my face, a safety hazard, the entire descent. When we left, crew muttered thank you for flying us while she was looking at her phone. Did you ever feel that the cabin crew was totally useless?

Cons: I did not like the delays. My flight to Rio was delayed almost 4 hours and my return flight was delayed 1 hour. I would not fly this airline again.

Pros: I missed my flight, latam's computer was down, I stayed at the airport for 16 hours with them telling me I can't refund, I can't reschedule, pretty much they took my money and left me stuck in Houston. I waited for this day for 6 months, I sold my car, just for this trip. never flying latam

Cons: customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my life.. worse then any other place I've gone, they will not even try to look into your situation, they took my boarding pass and left me stuck in Houston. $1,000 put into their pocket with no service rendered. I hate my life

Pros: Great airline. New Boeing 787. Very courteous crew. Nice business cabin with reclining seats and seatback IFE. Light meal served with some very good Chilean wine. As they are part of One World I used the very spacious Iberia lounge which also made the whole trip extremely comfortable

Cons: There was no entertainment provided, and besides extra legroom, no real benefits of paying the extra for GOL premium. This is also the first time I have ever had to pay for luggage on an International flight, very disappointing.

Cons: A delay of 50 minutes was sent to me a week ago. Then another 50 minutes delay was due to weather conditions.

Pros: The price was competitive compare with other airlines for the end of the year holiday travel.

Cons: Flight left over an hour late, we were told we would leave just a half hour late then the time just passed without further announcements of delays. Cramped A320 aircraft. Just water and soft drinks for a 3.5 hour flight.
